One more minor suggestion: if a vendor has left DAZ, they no longer appear in the vendor filter in the Product Library. I know the old library didn't have vendor filtering at all, so this isn't really a complaint. But now that the feature exists, it would be great if we could still filter by retired vendors as well. It would make finding older purchases much easier.

I've mentioned this a number of times in the threads, and certainly wouldn't call that a minor suggestion.  Frankly, it would make managing large inventories a lot more practical, especially as many of the names of DAZ products are rather undescriptive and even nonsensical.  Unfortunately, it does seems to run contrary to the way that DAZ has traditionally treated vendors and products that are no longer in the store, something which has always felt, to me, as uncomfortably similar to how how some people will have "break-up bonfires" where they destroy all of their photos and other mementos of an ex.  As emotionally satisfying as that process may be to some people, it does leave those of us who've bought products that are now effectively "children of the divorce"  losing some of the basic support that we expected at time of purchase.  So, while I applaud the addition of the artist selection to the Product Library sort as an idea, it's value is badly crippled when I have several thousand products, many purchased in the last six months, that won't come up unless I can remember part of the name and/or do an extensive apge by page search of my PL... even when in many case the vendor that made those products is still selling in the store.

Um, maybe I missed this, but I just noticed that a few new options seem to have appeared in the store's Quick FiIlters pulldown list... which is to say, I don't remember seeing some of these options being there since the "Newest" version of the store launched.  Specifically, these include one of my most-used DAZ Deals options "Only show owned", as well as "Only Bundles", "Hide Outlet", "Addons," and "Required items".  If these have been added/back for a while, or if this is the result of DAZ Deals catching up, I appologize for the interuption, but I'm hopeful that this is a sign that someone out there has been reading this thread and other comments, and been inspired to take action.  Thank you, and have a nice day.

    EDIT - It's DAZ deals.

Looks like that's from DAZ Deals. Thus the blue squiggle underline.

Yep.  It's DAZ Deals.  Knew as soon as I opened the store on another browser and it wasn't there.  Ah well, the fact that the features are there somehow is the most important thing... although the fact that DAZ Deals can make it work even though they have nothing to do with how the store itself is programmed would make it appear that the store itself could implement these features if they wanted to.

  • The last 2 days the main page is again slow to load and freezes immediately. If I'm lucky, I can click on something during loading. And the navigation arrows and page dots on the banner still don't work 99% of the time.

    We need hide daz+

Does  Hide outlet hide quick-grab too? If not, it needs to hide both.

Yeah, the inability to use my mobile device to browse the store is really gonna be a problem if Daz has those rotating 4 to 6 hour flash sales again. I can't be on the desktop to check all day long. I imagine many are in the same boat, so with crippling slow mobile usage the sales will likely suffer. I don't understand why this still hasn't been fixed. How long has it been now?

First page of the shop is worse and worse to load. That I wait on doing nothing, that I look other sites, that I do something else in my folders, it's the same. And I'm on computer, not on tablet nor phone. What a bad joke from Daz... apparently they love that situation.

The site loads just fine for me... It's quite snappy.

Right now I'm using a BeeLink mini pc that I bought a year ago.

It's good for most stuff. But I use another computer to run DAZ Studio.

I stopped shopping here in May. The tests for A B were annoying DAZ should have a link to opt out. The Library windows and products windows are awful. Daz had a great interface once upon a time but it has gone downhill. On an LG 38 inch curve with a desktop it is just annoying. Feels like I am on an inflated (scaled up) mobile app site.  And that search is sad. s=score refreshes pages dynamically and I hate the 80 limit because when I click next page the order seems to change and items by last page I have seen on earlier pages. This may have changed since I last shopped but looked around today and it felt worse. Guess I'll not bother again.

Edit: This is half the screen 1920. Not a full 3840.

yes I understand that products cannot be shown as available when vendors are gone. But, I remember as a newbie, buying add-ons for products that did not exist. When I complained I was called out, and rightfully so. People who own products from vendors and PAs who made add-ons for those unavailable/inactive products should have the opportunity to buy those add-ons. If DAZ populated those inactive products as owned, and populated any add-ons that are lingering, they might get extra sales. I have multiple versions of DAZ Studio on various machines. And I prefer older software versions for certain projects. And I am not alone in this mindset. We all have plug-ins we like to continue to use. Hiding things and making things difficult for customers won't stabilize or grow customer retention. I am no longer a customer here but I feel after spending $60K plus here, DAZ should listen and take accountability as to why some of us leave. Searching the library via the library filters is a painful experience . . . but it is sad when shopping here becomes a tedious task.

Edit: Where is next page? In library page limit is 40 how do I see the rest of what I own?

...they still need to add the "Category" selection to sales.   In a big sale with 30 - 60 or more pages it is a pain to slog through items you have little to no interest in purchasing  particularly when there are some stores which dominate a sale.

    @ArtAngel

Change the Product Library to 20 items & you will have the page numbers at the bottom again. Then you can reset to 40/page. Unfortunately, it won't stay that way if you leave the page, unless you change your main page to display something less than ALL. Otherwise it's a Rinse & Repeat every time you check your Library.

    Category fix: https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/742841/extra-shop-filters-bookmarklet

But optimally, Daz would fix it and would also add a Promotions filter where you could check/block active promotions.

The truly annoying thing about all of this is that when they redid the library, they made that HUGE space-sucking graphic for "Game Ready 3D" in both the PL and on the shop page, and yet after that initial spurt of character releases, there's been nothing new added since... well, I can't really tell since none of the new stuff even has readmes, but it's nearly a month at least.  It's like marketing was going "like, were doing GAME stuff now, this is going to be HUGE," forced a really clumsy bunch of changes to the interface, and then everyone completely lost interest.

  • Ninety percent of the time, I still can't use either the arrows or the page dots on the main carousel to navigate to 1 of the other active deal banners, but by then the page has frozen so it won't go to the page. The main page freezes too fast, just as soon as it loads. If I'm lucky I can tap the banner

It happens with both my Chrome and Duck Duck Go browsers on my Android tablet. It's not much better on my laptop with Firefox or Edge.

IMO, adding View: All to the Product Library page would be a huge improvement! I even put in a ticket for it, but looks like Daz ppl have done all they care to do with that page.

The search system is a mess. During promotions, some artist names are completely unsearchable. Searching for the "office environment" category only yields one page of results, and many products don't even appear.

The other day I searched my database looking for full-sized renders of some products I bought.

All too many of the products apparently no longer existed.

A search of the main store disappointed as well.

Sometimes, the name shown in the Content Library is different from the name in the product database.

We shouldn't need to jump through hoops like this.

Given the size of some of our product libraries, I think it would be more likely to crash the store.
