Yeah the Victoria AI is hiding. That little symbol doesn't tell me anything.
Yeah, how do we find Carrara and Bryce products now? I only see FBX, GLB, DUF, OBJ and POSER in "File Formats" filter.
Unfortunately, search options still seem to run like mulch*.
For example, trying to search for "Genesis 2 F" (including the quotes in the search bar) in the shop gives me tons of Genesis 9 products and almost nothing of Genesis 2 like I'm specifically looking for., and yet, a search for "Victoria 6" gives me most everything there is that is a V6 with only a few that are not V6. Very inconsistent! I think I get better results searching in the Forums!

Shop is still horribly white, seems even worse since the change to my eyes. Slow slow slow (how many time writting slow will give an idea to Daz to finally do something?) shop page to come. I'm on a comp, but I saw someone on the forum talking of 87 seconds to load on the tablet. Congrats Daz! That's a record not ready to be broken.
And like it was already said since the beginning: for those looking for Bryce and Carrara, how are they able to do? I don't care, but others do, and I see that someone else asked AGAIN above.
It's not an improvement concerning the shop, far from that in the other direction. And it's totally horrible also for the product library. Not giving envy to jump into anything.
Vendor filters seem broken. I set artist to Daz Originals and get some PA listings in the mix. Also I locked up the page a couple times fiddling with the price range selectors it works better if you set the top number then the bottom, or so I found.
I honestly hate it
saves me money as not looking
so there's that
I've never seen that one, but the vendor filter does indeed seem to require some more work.
I just ran a search for some water props, and there were multiple items by SickleYield, Xivon and Polish in the results but these vendors didn't appear among the names in the filter even after using "show more".
The one thing that would have been really useful, and that could clearly be achieved given that the coding information is already being used in the store, would be for the product library and wishlist to be sorted by product categories like Hair, Environments, Props, etc. Also, though probably not as easy to implement, I'd really love to have a way to display the store and hide all the products that are texture only.
Everyday i check the store once a day to see if it is useable yet. It's a little faster today for me on desktop, but still the main page, the main window arrow buttons don't work half the time. I have to wait or repeatedly press them eventually they work. And just scrolling down the main front page will cause the browser to freeze momentarily. Really annoying stuff like that means playing the usual cart jenga to find the best deals is impossible. It would be different if this was a site that didn't reward cart jenga, but this is how we have become accustomed, so we nee a very smooth experience with adding, removing, testing different cart combinations. The lag makes it all but impossible and I just leave and check the next day. The forums seem ok though, I don't have much of a problem with that now, aside from the double posting which seems to be a more frequent occurence.
I wanted to know how many Stonemason 'Streets" products I owned. I typed 'Streets' into the store search bar...guess how many Stonemason products came up...you guessed it - none. Not a single Streets product from the vendor who probably uses that word the most in his products. Very poor. (I only own seven, I obviously need to spend more)
...still would like a filter to exclude specific vendors There are times even when trying to narrow things down or during sales, one has to sift through a plethora of items by a vendor whos store one has no interest in purchasing.
Is it possible to have a store that runs fast enough to be usable on an Android Tablet? (I use a Lenovo Tab M8 with Android 10).
On my tablet I'm finding the loading time of the 'New, IMPROVED' store is hovering around 1 minute 27seconds to 1 minute 46 seconds, compared to the ' Old UN-IMPROVED' store load times of 10-15 seconds. In comparison, I'm getting sub 5 seconds to full screen display on both Renderosity and Renderhub on the same tablet. I honestly thought my tablet had crashed the first few times times I experienced it and re-booted the machine. These load times are hopeless. They are enough to drive someone away when it is their only access method at home (my rendering PC is offline due to the blanketing effects of many feet of brickwork on Wi-Fi), and it's really frustrating that an already 'not great' store speed has become so much worse.
The QG & OS seem to work well enough to use.
Regards,
Richard
I'll ask about it when they come on for the day.
richardandtracy I forgot to ask, what browser are you using?
