    If you believe a snorkel works with oxygen tanks. Evidently the PA who created the product does. For the story, it's just part of ignoring reality when necessary and using what I have. You got the idea, so I claim it worked.

    I do love Richard's fur. Looks so much like our Toby after he's been out in the rain (he's not bright enough to seek shelter) and then we've dried him. Our long hair MC turns into a fuzzball.

    • The cutter is probably not going anywhere exciting. The cutter is clutter and will clatter to the ground.
    • The leopard is G9 Lahr lion with leopard materials. His "paws" look a lot like G9 hands. My Big Cat 2 leopard has Catalyzer hair and Catalyzer is too hard to use without DS crashing, Big Cat 2 has better paws, though.
    • Richard's fur is reused from his encounter with the Van de Graaff generator (fur feels funny).

    I thought maybe the box cutter was going to hit the gutter, bounce, and bonk the leopard (9with the blunt end) so Lola could close the box again.

    @Barbult
    I must admit that's one of my favourites!  Lola is looking extra tasty in that one, but at the same time, Richard was not able to taunt me with that 'I'm here with Lola and you're not!'  grin on his face!

    If we follow the trajectory or Richard's travel through the air, then we know (for sure) where he must have been sitting before being catapulted, so serves him right  :-D

    As for the promise of a more revealing Lola, now you're talking, Barbult!   I do hope she goes back to her original blonde, wavy hair though.  She looks different in that last one, so I'm hoping it was purely down to the fright.

    Regards the oxygen tanks, lol, I did wonder if you would service that observation, and I see that you did  :-D

    Leopard: Calm down, kiddo, it's Uncle Leo!
    Richard: Uncle Leo! I haven't seen you since I was a kitten! Wow, what are you doing here in my leotards box? You scared Lola and me real bad.
    Leopard: Well, I was over at Cat Supply picking up some leopard chow. I'm a regular there. The guys in the office were laughing and pointing at a letter they got. I was curious and asked what was so funny. They showed me how somebody wanted to buy 6 leopards for the Catalympics. They thought it was hilarious, because they don't sell leopards, only leopard chow and other supplies. Because of all the other typos in the letter, they figured he wanted leotards, not leopards. Then I saw that the letter was from YOU! So we concocted this scheme to send me, your uncle, in the box to surprise you. They put in oxygen bottles so I wouldn't suffocate. They had to find some really big boxes, and shipping, handling and insurance cost a LOT. 
    Richard: Oh dear. I am not an excellent speller. Will I have to reorder the leotards?
    Leopard: Oh, no. There are 6 leotards in these boxes, too. I was just an extra bonus. There is one red one, one leopard print one, and some others, too.
    Richard: Oh boy, that's just what I wanted.
    Leopard: Uh Oh, I hear sirens. I'd better get out of here and hop a freight train to get home. It was nice to see you again, kiddo. 
    Richard: It was great to see you, too, Uncle Leo, even if you did scare us at first. I'll have to explain it all to Lola. Bye, have a good train trip home. Say hi to Great Uncle Morris if you see him.

    How do you make two cats of drastically different sizes hug each other? It's kind of hard.

    Run, Lola, run!!!   Don't even bother looking back, it's too late to save Richard!

    I'm parked up at the end of your drive in a white Lamborghini Countach, wearing shades, a white suit, and short cropped hair!

    Quick, hop in and we could have fun under palm trees and stuff!

    Plus, I've got red leather upholstery, aircon, and even a car phone the size of a brick in here.  I bet Richard hasn't got all that, I bet he doesn't even drive!

    I bet he doesn't own a casino, either, but I do!

    I was wondering why I kept thinking of a tiger instead of a leopard, but I realised it's because I had a tiger bloomer in the freezer. ( it's bread btw. )

    I suppose it's good that Lola (I assume) called the police, though I'd be a bit worried I might have been caught in the crossfire (even if my excellent athletics mght have let me dodge).

    I would have thought the local police would have your address marked with a big circle in red marker pen by now. They'll probably start sending you Xmas cards marked "Thinking of you ..until we meet again.".

    Too late. Some things cannot be unseen. Remember Luci45's RRRR Poofy Pants picture? How would you look in Poofy Pants? Would I even be able to construct cat Poofy Pants?

    barbult is worn out from her render-a-thon to finish up the latest story. Gosh, we never even made it to the Catalympics tryouts. That's how many swerves we took, ending up elsewhere entirely.

    Escaping crossfire might have been good practice for the Catalympics "avoid the cat carrier" event.

    Well, we are off in the weeds on numerous tangents again. Yes, as always I am part of the problem. blush I have asked Richard to trim the thread back to conversation more relevant to the thread title topic, the renders, and the stories. When people see that there is a new post in the thread, I want them to come and see renders and comments about stories, not unrelated chit chat - even my own.

    I don't want anyone to feel unwelcome here. I treasure the story-related comments. Let's keep it story-related and family friendly, please. The leopard spelling error was divine! I can hardly wait for December to see those police Christmas cards! And thank goodness nobody was a snack - this time anyway. We'll have to leave all possibilities open.wink
