    This is not strictly a sales issue, but still quite important I think: The link to My Gallery from my dropdown menu no longer works, it's going to an Oops page. I don't know how else to check whether my gallery is actually still there - I do hope it is! Can this please be flagged up as rather urgent? Thanks!

    Edit: Oooh good, it works from when I go into my account first, so it's just another navigational issue.

    My tokens don't seem to be fully discounting eligible items in my cart. I have 8 tokens and I applied all of them and I'm only getting an extra 30% instead of the 45% it says.

    The left image is my cart without tokens applied showing the pre-token price. The right image shows my cart with tokens applied and the discount I should get with the additional 45% off.

    The 45% is only for Daz Originals, it's 30% for PAs items:

    New sale page has issues: "Get Debut New Releases for $5.99 each* if you buy them all together with dForce Scarlet Valkyrie Fantasy Armor for Genesis 8, 8.1 and 9 Females" doesnt actually work with new releases and the Valkyrie armor in cart, and the "PLUS any of these items for 1.99 each" links to the same 'Daz Denizens' that are listed as 80% off with an extra 30% if you have/buy a Golden Ticket item - I am assuming this is not intentional.

    Also, there are no items at all in the Outlet Quick Grab (even with 'Hide Items I Own' off), and the Outlet itself hasn't had an update; I was under the impression that both categories got updated on Mondays.

    Only Quick Grabs are updated each weak, the rest of the outlet store is updated infrenquently.

    And indeed, currently, there is zero item in the quick grab selection:

    Ok, so it should work if you put all the items less the two bundles. There should be 15 items.

    Ah, misreading on my part - I skipped the word 'all' and thought that any quantity of new releases were $5.99 apiece if bought with the Golden Ticket item. That seemed a bit too good to be true!

    I am seeing the $2.99 discount limit applied on items that are not mentioned in what it applies to;
    "Owners or Buyers of any Golden Ticket get:
    An extra 30% off Debut and Still New Releases and Featured Artist Stores
    Or an extra 40% off Val3dart, biuzpharb, FeSoul, and Chrryt Items
    Minimum price after discount: $2.99."

     

    And later down the page,
    "80% off Daz Denizens
    Extra 30% off when you own or buy any Golden Ticket Item" (no mention of any minimum price)

     

    Yet lots of the Daz Denizens items are limited to $2.99 and don't reach the full discount (80% + 30%) that they should. These items are not New Releases or from Featured Artists or any of the artists mentioned.

    Am I correct in thinking that "own of buy Golden Ticket" means only the current 3? So if I bought a golden ticket item 5 days ago, it doesn't entitle me to a discount for owning it?

    I assume that's how it work. However if that's not the case, then I am seeing an error and not getting the extra 30% off on Featured Artists (unless I add one of the currently shown 3 Golden Tickets to my cart)

    Yes, only items that are currently priced as Golden Tickects count as such.

    It seems that owning yesterday's Golden Ticket (FeSoul's hair) does not give an extra 30% discount for Daz Denizens section. Tested by adding the most expensive item in the selection (https://www.daz3d.com/dog-8-animation-cycles--base-and-great-dane), and it didn't drop the price in the cart. When I added today's Ticket to the cart, it discounted. Adding yesterday's Golden Ticket to the cart again did discount it too. The section states: Extra 30% off when you own or buy any Golden Ticket Item, but owning doesn't seem to work?
