    Alligator, Diamondback Rattlesnake Seized on Long Island: SPCA
    A three-foot-long alligator and a diamondback rattlesnake were seized from a home Tuesday on Long Island, authorities say.
    The Suffolk County SPCA says the dangerous reptiles were seized after authorities got a tip about the animals. Both appear to be in good health.
    Authorities say they're continuing to investigate the crime, and no charges have been filed. 
    The seizure is the latest in a string alligator and reptile finds this summer across the tri-state.

    3 foot gator can be a bit of a problem, when it get bigger it'll; eat the cat, the dog, the kid, and finally the owner.  The snake? Plain stupid to keep a venomous snake, unless you're suicidal.  Even the most peaceful snake will eventually bite you (I ought to know, I've been bit polenty by "peaceful" snakes). indecision

    ..agh need to check lottery numbers (jackpot at 5.8$ million), 

    There is a fairly nice sized house in good repair for sale down the block that is only 365,000$ which this close in to Portland's centre is CHEAP!  Not fancy small yard (means little yard work) but solid, 2 floors and half cellar. On the 25 year annuity plan I could afford that (including the 2,500$ a year in property taxes).

    It's unexpected, honestly. blush My first real release, my first work with a video artist, I had my personal bar set high but low expectations.

    I definitely feel motivated to crank out more music!

    Funny thing is that Novica thinks that I am a woman too.  I can't wait until my operation is over so that I can buy some tights or leggings to go with my costume.  I have already bought the gloves with Rainbow Dash's cutie mark.

    I need to install some products that I bought from the Daz Store.  I bought Michael 6 when he was on sale for about 80% off but I still haven't installed him.

    ...I only do a single play draw. (actually two lines of numbers the way it's set up)  So for three drawings per week, I go without a latte or pint of so-so beer a week. With no retirement plan, no pension and only the promise of a very meager SSI cheque each month (as I was self employed for a while in the past) just the thought of being able to actually afford to live instead of barely exist is encouraging.

    a dollar and a dream.  i play mostly the Take5 daily.  if it's a big jackpot i usually can't resist buying a coulple of megabucks or powerball tickets.

    Blech, I want ribs but I feel almost too tired to go out and get them, plus it means a cab ride home so that adds $15 to the cost of the meal. indecision  I have leftover pasta and nachos at home.. should just eat one of those.  Will probably bring the pasta in tomorrow for lunch.

    ..don't do Powerball. because you get your name plastered all over and suddenly find you have friends and relatives you never knew of in either Dubai, Moscow (not the one in Idaho), or Delhi.  In Oregon, you have the option to remain anonymous if you win the Megabucks. Heck, even after taxes, the basic 1$ million jackpot paid out over 25 years is more than my yearly gross earnings at the last company I worked for (and I don't have to deal with 4 - 5 hours of commuting each day or "what side off the bed did the boss wake up on?").

    Updated to the latest version of FF on the workstation and it will not let me log onto one of the tech sites I frequent (the button to log in is for some unknown reason being blocked even though my AV shows it as a "safe" site so it isn't the AV that's causing it).  So this morning I start up the workstation to see if I can fond more trouble shooting tips for the notebook only to discover all my saved passwords were deleted.   Being dyslexic this is more than a pain in the bum to remember which is why I had FF save passwords in the first place (I will not use a universal one as that is an invite for trouble).  The only place I now have have stored passwords is on the notebook (which is still running and older version of FF as the newer ones bloat in memory until they freeze due to exceeding the 32 bit 2 GB limit).

    Really unhappy with this latest version and their home page seems to offer no help.

     

    Where else did you post about this password issue?  Using the new forums thread?  See my reply there.  Two words...Password Manager.
