     You're welcome. I picked up the perpetual license version  before they went to the subscription only option. Well worth the investment.

     I will say that the time saving is worth it. Even if the output is not always what you want. There is a bit of trial and error involved and learning curve too to figure out the best masking options for the layers.

    For example, the red painted metal that I used on this donation bin looked kind of boring  on its own,  I added all the signage,  the water damage and the rust to the textures in the traditional art program way to give it a more aged look.

    Concept for more display areas of textures, the model will be integrated on existing platforms.
    Stairs or staircase is still being built, we are not yet decided.

    Thanks John old friend, sure, did you notice that we made a small call so that Hexagon is not forgotten, do you have any idea what the future holds? The moderators haven't gotten back to us yet. What does the rumor mill say? We often advertise Hexagon, many people don't even know about it, that this program exists.. ^^

    Great novayes

    After I found I was more compatible to hexagon interface than other 3d modeller, First challenge myself, after each video describing function had experimenting it,especially exercise creating flowers with those similar to clay modelling functions 

    Now I got inspired and gonna try new kind of challenge : set x hours deadline to improve productivity speed

    We always set ourselves times by which a model must be completed. However, to follow this path should be well familiar with Hexagon, there are many tricks. We spent days at the beginning of Hexagon trying to avoid mistakes, because when you make them, it becomes very difficult to correct them later. These mistakes happen when you export the models to other platforms like Lumion or Twinmotion. Also the export, meanwhile from Hexagon to Blender version_ 3-2-2 makes problems.

    Please do not put yourself under pressure, good things take time in the beginning.

    Work should be carried out to scale.
    Everything has a DIN standard with us. Thus, they can connect all models without changing anything.

    The objective should never be making money, but passion and joy in building.

    There is no better hobby for us to relax and forget the world around you for a short time, which is becoming more and more stressful.

    Well, we really hope that Lumion 2023 will support VR and we won't have to switch to Unreal. Man is a creature of habit.

    Thanks John, these sketches are always good when it comes to illustrating the models. I also like the line drawing myself. The model is now placed in the other scene. There we found the Comicsysle for DAZ figures.smiley

    We are using the model for a group of islands and are expanding the landscape.
    We are still experimenting a lot.
    Especially with alpha textures, beautiful surfaces can be realised. Everything still needs to be optimised.
    Nevertheless, we show it so that you can see where it's going.

    Villas with a slope, the time limit here was 7 hours with planning. I had to start again because I had to cut out the section for the conservatory from the model.


    Update 28.12.2022

    The model gets an update.
    Two modules are put together.
    Each module has its own textures and can be varied independently of the other.
