Can you show a screenshot a cart you tried that isn't discounting please?
Yes, the coupon is now giving us the full face value! Thank you, Daz fixer people.
In today's "Historical Top sellers - 50% off, 60% with any new release", there are shown the gift cards, the annual and the quarterly PC memberships. Neither of these work with a new release, they give no discount whatsoever.
I'm wondering if because the small print says "Cannot be used to purchase Items already owned at a lower price" and gift cards and membership NOW show as "purchased" when the store software changed. Still, it's advertising as 50/60% off and it's not doing it.
Thanks for letting us know. There were a few products that should not have been in there including those. They have been removed.
What has changed here after the new store was implemented? It seems not much. People are filling these pages unabated as before. Nice going guys. My own issue today is that the cloths discount is not working. The 55% off if you buy 3 or more isn‘t adding up correctly.
An example:
dforce agc @ starting price of 13.77 (40% off original price) with 55% off applied to that should be (drum roll): 7.57, but price shown is: 9.64.
Now, multiply that error ratio to the three items I have in my cart, and I am being bamboozled out quite a bit of dough.
Nothing has changed in the “new” store. Same ol same old. If you want to get what’s being advertised, you need to come here and raise a stinkt, wait and hope somebody does something,

I'm also being affected by this issue - Holiday Loyalty Discount was 30% until Tuesday now 5%.

It`'s 5% if you are not logged in, which you can`t see because the icon in the above right corner always looks the same.
i had mentioned it but 1. quotes didn't go back that far and 2. they might not have read the quotes fully anyway so thans for saying it.
Not an error, but something to watch for. The list of items eligible for the Genesis 8 Female Clothing Mega Sale includes items that are in Fast Grab, which means that they are NOT eligible for some stacked discounts. One way to notice is if the item appears in the list at 70% off. For example, the XFashion Clown. It is in fast grab and it appears in the mega sale list. But fast grab negates some discounts. Just keep an eye out.
I do my share of complaining, so here is some gratitude. Being able to stack the featured artist discount with the G8F Clothing MegaSale was a nice treat.
Were we supposed to get the loyalty 30% off on top of the 55% off in the clothing sale?
The clothing sale is a "Today Only", which is explicitly excluded from the Loyalty discount.

I'm not sure what the issue was, but the help desk responded to my ticket. It took a few rounds of emails going back and forth, but the issue is now resolved. I had to log out of daz and clear the cache on my various devices before logging back in, but this time it worked. My discount is now back up to 30%.
A huge thanks to the people working at the help desk for responding to my ticket within 48 hours and then working with me to resolve the issue so quickly!
I just successfully completed a checkout on Daz with the Visa card that I normally use (before the checkout errors began occuring this week).
Thanks Team Daz for getting the credit card processing squared-away and working properly again... Well, I thank you, but my wallet doesn't
@DAZ_Rawb I just received an email from Daz stating that my Platinum Club Plus membership has expired. My monthly payment processed last month (November) per usual and nothing has changed on my end and it is just getting to time for the recurring charge to go again for Dec but no indications it tried and failed already, so... ?! Is this related to the issues with Daz processing CC's that have been discussed in this forum lately, and more to the point.... My debit card is the same one Daz has been hitting (as recently as last month) for the recurring PCP charge and the card has not expired nor been locked by my bank etc; again, no problem on my end i can find to explain this email. Can you fix this please, so that I am not "expired" from the PCP?

@Sevrin - The backlog of tickets and people talking about days & weeks to get tickets done made me think I should post here first in hopes this may be an issue already seen and resolvable quickly. As opposed to putting in a ticket and waiting while holiday loyalty-fueled deals go past me.... Especially frustrating since in theory nothing on my end has changed since my PCP recurrent charge went fine just last month and CC-paid orders just went fine on 1215, 1216, & 1217.

Regardless of the backlog, and I'm suffering from ticket fatigue myself, a ticket is the only way to officially go on record with a problem. Some people have posted their ticket numbers to get a little extra visibility. I would do as well that if I were you.
All those $1.99 products would have been too good to be true I guess.

Yeah... would have been nice to have the correct selection up at start of sale. But I save more this way, as there is nothing from my wishlist in the category now.
Had 10 supercool products already in the cart. All gone from the $1.99 offer now. A lot still in the category but I personally got most of interest with earlier sales. Nothing left for me there, sorry. But hey, one day just getting a free item and not spending anything is absolutely fine ;-)
On that sale I'd have spend some money, but now XP. Come on guys do some decent sales I haven't spent a single penny in December not even store credit.
