    Probably because it only works for PC+ members, not PAs.  Wouldn't be the first time.

    I'm a PC member and my membership was good until the end of 2022, recently my yearly contribution was automatically paid and now they cancelled my membership because of payment failure. It should run for another two years even if I did not pay. What's this all about.

    I logged a ticket and included a screen shot of everything in my cart - hopefully that way if the sale is over by the time they fix it, I can request the sale price on that stuff.

    Wasn't that (completely messed up) store change meant to avoid just such issues? Incorrect sales item list? Codes not working? Discounts not correctly stacking up? If so, then it was an epic fail. Perhaps it was not the store that did not work properly, but the marketing department?

    Well there must be some people not doing their job if you start cancelling memberships which are paid for and should run for another couple of years.

    The irony of excluding PAs from a sale featuring PC+ For A Day items... which are PA items generously contributed to the PC+ For A Day sales by many PAs. :(

    PAs and CVs, who get membership for free, don't seem to be "real" PC+ members.

    We're supposed to be real PC+ members...I'm sure they'll get it figured out.  The cutover to the new store is pretty fresh.  It'll take some time to sort out all the anomalies. Anyone who's been around long enough to remember the rollout of the Magento store, some years back, is probably surprised at how smoothly things are going, compared to that experience!  smiley (Which isn't to say it's not frustrating).

    Well, a lot of the "problems with Magneto" seem to have endured until the current "problems with the New Store".  So they may not all have been "problems with Magneto", at all, but rather "problems with the person(s) behind the curtain".

    I know they're very behind but you need to open a ticket. But it's not you or your account; a lot of people are having similar issues.

    Ron's Embers today is acting up. I know there's been another thread stating it would be available to day (20th) and it was supposedly available but I'm getting:

    Ok, so HOLLY-JOLLY didn't work yesterday, and now today HOLIDAY-DEALZ isn't working either! I've been through the same process (empty cart, add again, check code is correct etc. etc.).
