But it doesn;t matter to me any longer as I am curtailing my buying here to as low as possible from now on. actually since the 12th. I have downloaded all of my previous purchsases, as far as I can tell without going through one by one my over 8500 products.
Seems to be an ongoing issue looks like I saved some 357.13 and I won't have to worry about downloading 26 products.
Edit: Tried logging out and also tried a different device. Nope. Daz wan'ts me to keep my money. So I'm off to see who won the voice.
The free holiday items seem to have disappeared from today's sales page. It says free holiday items and then the items are not showing up under it. I already got the free items for today, but I thought it was worth mentioning. EDIT: Nevermind, brain fart. They're not showing up because I own them. Disregard.
Hey, just thought I'd let you chaps know that MMX's Fantasy Eyes Mini has a description that rather contrasts with its price tag. The descrip reads;

But uh, it costs $11 on sale, so uh... yeah. Either wonky description or this shouldn't be free?

Hello! It has since been taken down... perhaps it's a promo or freebie coming up or something that was accidentally put up early? It was in the new releases section. The quote I pasted was literally ctrl+c'ed so it *was* there, but I suppose the DAZ gods have taketh away... for now
I saw it as well, but it's now disappeared. I suspect it's one of the daily free items that hasn't dropped yet but got put in accidentally and then removed.
Does it show your loyalty discount at the top of the promo page? Have you submitted a ticket? Take a screenshot showing your discount to send them. And what did you try it on that didn't work?
Credit card orders are still failing two days later.
Just paid with a credit card with no issue, other than my now owing more money on my credit card. Canadian VISA card.

I am confused, as usual. Does the Enter the Fae sale involve buying the bundle plus 1, 2, or 3 additional new releases for additional discounts? Or, does the Fae bundle count as debut new release for the sale?
There is not a 10% difference in price between a cart that has the bundle plus 2 additional debut new releases and a cart that has 3 additional debut new releases.
In the attached, I've combined screenshots of carts with just the bundle, the bundle plus 1 debut new release, plus 2, and plus 3.
Given my loyalty discount and the presence of other debut new releases, the prices of the Orla Fae bundle in my cart are
alone = 17.89
plus 1 = 15.90
plus 2 = 13.92
plus 3 = 13.92
Should the 'plus 3' be lower than the 'plus 2'? Or, is the first 10% applied to the bundle when it is in the cart alone?
Is it an actual credit card or a pre-paid card? Have you tried removing and reentering your addresses if it is a regular credit card?
The Fae bundle plus any 2 Debut or Stll New qualifies for the maximum discounts. In this case, there is no advantage in buying more than 3 qualifying items to get the maximum discount on the Fae Bundle. For people who don't want the Fae bundle, then any 3 Debut or Still New will trigger the maximum 30% off on Gift Cards, but no additional discounts on the Featured Artist Stores. Does that make it clearer?

Actual credit card, the same one that ive used at daz for years. I do not save my credit card information at daz.

According to @ von Hobo they called their bank credit card issuer and they said that they see the transactions, but DAZ is not returning an AUTH request.
All Daz needs to do is look at their checkout source code from 1-week ago (when all credit cards worked correctly), and compare it to the code from this week to see what was changed, and then revert the changes. Their Merchant Account provider should also be able to help them resolve the issue.
We've made 2 out of the 3 credit card processing changes, with the final one probably coming tomorrow (if not sooner).
Should improve checkouts for prepaid cards, european issued cards, debit cards and changing the address on previously added cards.
I'm just wondering, and it's not the end of the world if due to the sale price reduction it's not giving the full amount off, but I just tried to use my 6 dollar PC coupon for a DO on the Valentino HD morph, it shows 11.75, then when I apply the coupon it only goes to 7.75. There's nothing in my cart otherwise, no freebies or anything. Shouldn't it be down to 5.75? Or due to the percentage off for it being in the holiday sale, the full amount won't get taken off with the coupon?
A $6 coupon should take $6 off my cart total, I think, but it doesn't do that for me either.
I just checked and it seems to be working now!

Yes, indeed that is fixed and seemed to be due to the layering of discounts. It was applying the coupon and then the loyalty discount, now it's applying the coupon on the final amount.
I submitted a ticket when I started having the issue; I can add screen shots. It shows my loyalty discount as 5% in a blue bannner on top of the page and in the box on the day's holiday sale page.
I tried it on two different computers, using chrome and microsoft edge. before trying, i made sure that I was logged out of literally everything and that the computer's cache had been cleared. Also tried on a phone.
