    Just tried checkout again, still doesn't work. Any chance someone from DAZ can confirm that they're at least aware of this? EDIT: I just went ahead and used Paypal instead, couldn't risk waiting for a fix and potentially losing out on the discounts...

    I just tried again a minute ago and the Checkout still failed.  A few additional notes...

    I am using a Chase Visa card and in Checkout, I select --Add a credit card-- and I uncheck "Save this credit card" box.

    Ok, so I added a few more items to my Cart and tried to checkout again tonight. The Chase Visa card that I successfully used yesterday, the day before, the day before that, etc. failed every time today, including this most recent attempt. Still getting the message, "An error occurred while processing this transaction". I have a Mastercard as a backup, and another Chase Visa card.  I decided to try my other Chase Visa card first, and the order went right through without any problems.  So, this should mean that it is not a Visa issue, and it would seem to be a problem with the Daz store.

    @AnotherUserName posted at 6:32 pm on the other thread, https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/comment/6320261#Comment_6320261 that their credit card orders are still failing as well.

     

  • I am getting this when I try to look at the Wishlist sale items. and no, I don't have everything...not that I know of anyway.

    ...not just Visa, I got the same error message about 20 min ago.  More screenshots and will have to submit yet another support ticket.  

    This is getting very old.  Bad enough it put a damper on the PC+ sale, now this one.

    It's a minor issue, but the "little man icon" in the upper right corner is always blue, whether I am logged in or not.

    ...I was aware of that and checked it after I got the checkout error twice (I was still signed in).  For good measure, I signed out and back in again then tried to checkout again but with no luck.

    ETA:

    Just checked my cart after the midnight Daz Time (23:00 where I live) rollover and it went from 8$ to 23$ & change.

    Monthly PA Coupon can't be applied to a cart with Interactive Licenses only? The system keeps saying coupon not valid when trying to apply the coupon to a cart with four Interactive License items for a total of $20.

    I hate to mention it but just a few minutes ago I had a network error again when I tried to download 'Tiles Aplenty X'. Maybe I'll try again later...

    On Orders receipts still getting just "Interactive License            DAZINT" while before the store upgrade it was clearly stated "Interactive License For ?????" ..where the ????? were the product name. Could this be fixed so that I can save the receipts that clearly state which Interactive Licenses I bought ? Thanks.

    Why is there no menu at the top of the loyalty sale page, all the links are gone for forums shop etc on that specific page, it's like once you get there you have no way to leave it.  I always have to have a second store page open so I can use the links there to navigate to main page, forums, cart etc.

     

    Edit:  Never mind, suddenly as soon as I sent this message the links are there, for the first time since this sale started.  I have been annoyed everyday by the lack of links there, hope they stay now.

    If you're on Windows there is a license checker here, it's currently broken because of the store update, but it will be updated soon.

    I've been using the same Visa Credit Card on DAZ for the last two years and suddenly I am getting an error message:    

      • An error occurred while processing this transaction

    I entered everything correctly. Even double checked.

    So I called the credit card issuer and they said that they see the transactions, but DAZ is not returning an AUTH request whatever that means.

    All I know is that this card no long works on DAZ, but works everywhere else.  

    So I'm using my VISA Debit Card now on DAZ and it works just fine. WTF

     Is anyone else having an issue?

    Just want to say (and maybe it's been said) the editing of the forum posts are working right again, as are attaching images then placing them in the posts.

    Yes, there are several of us experiencing this same issue.  I too have been using the same Visa card on Daz (nearly daily) for the past couple of years and yesterday I received the same Checkout error message.

    Hopefully, someone at Daz will see this piece of info that you provided, "DAZ is not returning an AUTH request" and be able to remedy the problem.  I know Daz is losing sales due to this issue, so they should make fixing this problem a priority.

    I haven't had download problems for a couple of weeks now, but today I'm getting a failure in both DIM and Manual Download for this product:

    I don't know if this is a known issue, but the store filters only work from regular store pages - if you search for a particular thing and then try to use the filters, they don't do anything.

    The seach box at the top of each filter dropdown is also missing.

    Thanks. Well in the meantime, I'm not spending any money at DAZ. Strangely enough, my debit card "VISA" works, but I don't want to use my checking account for cash flow reasons. 

    Using a credit card for DAZ purchases is just going to be put on hold now for a while. It's been 2-3 days since the error has been occurring. At least my budget will thank me for this reprieve.

    re: DIM DL's.

    Today, just installed some content bought many days ago.  DIM says installed.  Check content libary.  Nope not there.  Update the Metadata and still no product.  Opened and closed DS 4.14.1.22 . Still not there.  Uninstalled via DIM.

    That issue affected 3 different pose products by Zeddicus. 

    Installed manually with DS open, hit refresh and content is there.

    But DIM is way handier than manual.  Not sure if a temp glitch, but had not seen this issue yet.

    Update: Weirdness upon weirdness. Or just terrible odd luck combined with too much to do.  Despite having checked multiple times beofre reporting.  Working now.  Sorry for false alarm.

    ...well it appears after two days of not being able to purchase anything, the checkout error issue was cleared up.  At least my order today went through (got Filter Forge Pro for 27$).  

    Odd I didn't receive a reply in my ticket that it was fixed.

  • Took a giant risk with the new store and "bought" a Christmas freebie. Still not receiving order confirmation emails. Not in junk folder, nowhere to be seen. I guess my wishlist is going to stay full.

    Since the store was changed, I have not received a single confirmation email. So I don't hold up much hope for this one. I'm just bringing it up to remind DAZ that it's still broken. And to remind them that the reason I haven't been buying anything lately is because the store still isn't working properly. Can't be trusted.

    when I bought FF8 through Daz I reached out to  directly to FF and asked them if I could get the upgrade to 9 since I bought through DAZ and all they needed was my confirmation showing I had bought it and when the new one was released they did give me the upgrade.  they were fantastic to work with!
