    Here are some screenshots to show what I mean. "Phx Ohanzi for G8M" is definitely part of the category. Lexi Outfit triggers the 60% off, while Alia does not, even though they are both still new releases.

    I am frustrated that the list of known issues is not maintained. There has been only one recent update, and that removed a bunch of things that are still plaguing people. For example, you say iffy downloads are a current issue that Daz is aware of, and yet it is not on the list. Where is a real list of what Daz believes are problems that are not yet resolved?

    I feel sorry for having to add to the list of troubles, but I'm also getting a little annoyed right now. Yesterday, certain things didn't work, they weren't that big of an issue, so - okay, no sweat. Today, in the (European) morning, I put the US add-on in my cart as a debut item, the Kraken and the Instancify product, and Instancify went to something around 2,50 in my cart with the loyalty bonus of 30% and being 50% off already before that. I thought it was a real good deal. But I had to go to work first before I could check out, and now I'm getting back to my cart to make some last adjustments and then buy, only to find that Instancify has lost the loyalty discount completely and is somewhere around 9,50, and no matter what I try, I can't get it to change back to the previous price. I mean, guys, look, this is not some sort of roulette we're playing here, right? I'm tired, I had a hard day, I was looking forward to my little time-out buying pretty virtual things, and here you are messing me about again? After all that trouble with the store update and such?? Please, do stop doing this, get a fix on things! I don't want to start shopping some place else, why would you try to make me so hard???

    I'm too tired now, I'll just not buy anything. And, thanks for the gift guys, but really, I'd much rather the prices were stable. Much, MUCH rather.

    EDIT: Yes I know, the actual store fellows hardly ever read the forums, but I'm hoping that things do get passed on now and then. Moderators, I'm well aware that none of this is your fault and you're just always the ones having to deal with the fall-out. I'm very sorry for this, and I think you're doing a grand job.

    Yeah, the impression you get is that the store upgrade came as much as a surprise to Daz as it did to the rest of us.  I guess they were preoccupied with DazCentral, and the upgrade just sort of snuck up on them.

    Yes yes, I guessed something like that ... But I'm just tired of all these mistakes. It was so much fun initially when I came back here after more than ten years absence and was just amazed at all the great products and the amazing images DS produced with Iray, and I was more than happy to spend lots of money just for being a part of all this. It's not fun anymore now, and that's not even a year after coming back. It's just - well, tiring. I'm sorry, really, it's not your fault at all. It's just that it was my birthday today you see. And this really wasn't a very nice kind of gift.

    Still would like to know why these items, at wee-o'clock this morning, after the other mistake with putting new items in the Buy 5 Get 60% Off stuff was discovered and I'm guessing corrected (I haven't checked), these were in Historical Top Sellers, and showed in my cart at 89% off, and suddenly went to this.  Also, it cut off at five, which it doesn't state a limit on the ad.  Yesterday, the discount for similar items was around 89-93%.  I don't think that I am getting loyalty on anything, and I'm not even sure what it applies to anymore.  I dumped my cart to get the freebie, and put it back together to check all day, but it hasn't moved.  So, is this the correct discount, and I'm waiting for no reason?  Sigh.  Thanks....

    Edit:  Just checked the HUGE savings of 60% off area, and the items that aren't marked down there at all come up at 72% in my cart.  The items below were already half off but ended up at the same discount.  My nerves.

    Yeah, that was presumably a glitch. Those discounts (50% and 60%) weren't meant to stack, and it was corrected sometime earlier today. Best you'll get is 72% (PA) or 80% (DO) (with a 30% Loyalty discount).

  • I did finally figure out the misdirect on the Buy  5... but by that time I realized that I'd already used the only new release that I would buy... 
    GRRRR. 
    But it would be nice instead of getting 51% or such.. the discount said "30% plus 30%" then you can kind of figure what you're getting in discounts.
    Dear Daz.. I'm not looking in to do math checks, I'm here to buy stuff, make it easy, make it so.

    FYI, the discount is not working for me in the cart on the PC+ items.  It worked fine yesterday and I bought my fair share but not working today so won't be buying. It does not state that you have to buy a new item for the discount to work and I did not buy a new item to get it to work yesterday.  

    I just put a new item in and it did not change the discount anyway.  The discount I am getting is a flat 80%. It is not doing the math that people are giving in their examples.

    As far as I know, no purchase of new or other is needed to use this category. Can you show me a cart please so I can try to duplicate? What is your loyalty discount?
