Is the download for the textures timing out? If so, try again later, as even recent downloads through DIM fail several times before succeeding.
No, the download button disappears as soon as the store software redirects me to the product library.

Nope - it was released here, I remember pouncing on it, and I'm fairly sure I have a render on my laptop with it made around the time. After some digging in my records I have found the Order number, date 04/07/2012 and the other thing on that order is in my Product Library. The invoice is in my account too - but DMs Druid Valley isn't in my Product Library or flagged up as owned. I had a sleepless night thinking I had bought AM's Brown Bear Cub a second time, but I can't find any trace of a previous purchase, I just thought about picking it up before...
I just went to my products to sort by order date like I've done since 2018 it's a mess. Even the store credit page is a mess any idea how that is sorted? It's a minor issue but one that should be fixed now.

I can't add Mara HD for caryn 8 to my wishlist. It's telling me that i have to be logged in to add items to my wishlist. Is this something new? I logged out, logged back, tried a different browser, no luck. I had no problem adding a new item to my wishlist. And i did check to make sure she's not already on my my list.

Not a new problem. Sometimes just reloading the page works for me, sometimes just waiting for the next day (I have my browser set to clear cookies and cache when closing).

I am unable to wishlist products. The website tells me that I must be logged in to do so. I am logged in. To make sure it was not a cache issue, I logged out, cleared the cache, and logged back in. When I click to add Oreste's new product to the wishlist, it again tells me that I must be logged in to make an addition to the wishlist.
Tuesday's 20% discount on entire order with purchase of 2 new items is not being applied in my cart - is this happening for anyone else?

I am able to add to/remove from wishlist. It may be a browser or plug in issue, or an account issue. You should probably open a support ticket.
Well I bought a GC with 20% off this morning. I did have to make a couple of attempts because I thought it included Still New as a qualifying item. It didn't has to be Debut New.
Sometimes, opening a product page doesn't carry over your login status (if that's a thing), and won't recognize you. Could be some web function call doesn't get through in time, who knows for sure. Just make sure you appear logged in by checking for the blue man in the corner. Refresh the page and try again. If it persists, then it might be a bigger problem.

I purchased Short Skirt Shaders and it did not properly download or install trough DIM. Also the wiki page for this product is a place holder. I hadto manually download to figure out where the files were supposed to be installed to figure out that DIM only installed the videos in the General folder and did not install the shader or runtime folders at all. Jack, I have already sent a ticket but wanted to document here in case anyhoine else is having the same issuw with this or another product and to let you know incase you need to contact IT about this.
Did you download both files? The product page indicates that there are two installers, one DSON (presumably with the shaders), one General (that's where the videos usually come from).

Been downloading constantly with DIM for 52 hours now, smallest files first, looks like the larger a file is the greater the risk that it fails which seems to indicate that it's a "random" error that occurs periodically within a certain interval, and not something that is related to particular files as such other than their size.
Just tried to cancel and restart download, retrying all the smallest files that failed the first time, seems to confirm this. So far over 30 files each less than 10 MB downloaded and only one failed, while before I restarted the size of each file was about 200 MB and here one out of three failed on average.

I wanted to give another update of my experiences concerning this update, so we all can finally get through this, and to help find the flaws that has to be rectified.
This post is meant as assistance, and i appreciate the efforts made by daz studio technical staff and the staff in general. I'm sure you have your hands full with this update..
I apologize for the obvious typos in my previous post. I am simply exhausted.. It seems i have left the shallows and drifted out into the deep end.
I have spent most of my available time, days and nights, building my digital library and meanwhile trying to notice what works and what dosn't.
When i first started purchasing digital assets for daz studio, everything worked without a hitch. Now things are abit more complicated and confusing.
I'm sure this will pass, as soon as this store update is completed.
Keep in mind that i'm still a "newbee" and there might be things of which i'm not aware. But i know how things was before this store update, and how they are now.
I try to keep myself informed of the current store issues through the forums and i try to heed the warnings.
I have kept on buying non the less, and hope this is of some benefit to the ones in the other end, those who are upgrading the system, to discover what works and what dosn't.
So here goes:
* My DIM is missing purchases from 31.10.2020 and not 01.11.2020. This is probably because of the time zone difference, between our countries. I'm not yet certain if there are missing items even further back.
* Since i have kept on purchasing many digital items in this store, even through this update, i try to keep my eyes open, to spot any discrepancies. Like missing items.
There has been afew that i have noticed, and probably some i may not have. My last purchases was 14 byob(build your own bundle(s)).
That's a total of 112 items, and i noticed atleast one of the items didn't get installed through DIM. (Carnival Midway Interiors).
In DIM there was no trace of it, and at first it wasn't showing up in my product library in my account neither.
While writing this, it has now re-appeared in my product library, but it's still missing from DIM.
I have started compiling a list from my receipts. To get a better overview. But this will take time....
The order history in my daz3d account seems to work flawlessly, without a hitch, as far as i can see.
The e-mail receipts have also started working again, but the billing information and payment method, is still partially missing, which isn't really a big deal.
* Since DIM still isn't working properly, there might be a chance for double purchasing items. DIM (download install manager) is linked to your product library in your account, so if you forget what you previously have purchased,
you are now able to purchase the same digital items, anew. And i must admit, i've been purchasing a lot of digital items, and might have double purchased items. I'm not entirely sure if i have, i usually remember them.
But there is now A LOT to keep track of, and being exhausted, one is prone to do mistakes.
I sure could need some help from Lieutenant Commander Data and his computational capabilities of his
positronic brain. Because mine is starting to short circuit :)

* In the smart content tab in daz studio, i have since i started with daz studio, made great use of "sort by order date: recent first, to keep track of all the digital items. Now this smart tab isn't working properly.
The smart tab isn't showing the items purchased in the correct order anymore. I'm guessing this has something to do with this update, and will be fixed eventually. I just wanted to bring it to your attention, in case this
was unknown.
* DIM will now often fail to download the items purchased. As stated in my previous post, i suspect this is caused by too many users trying to download the same items simultaneously. Usually the most popular ones.
* In earlier correspondence with customer support, i mentioned if one had purchased a single item, and later bought a bundle which contained the same item,
the older Order# hyperlink would be replaced with the new one in your product library overview section in your account.
You would of course have the original order on record in "my orders" section of your account, but if you go into your product library and click on one of your items, there was, prior to this update, an Order# hyperlink available.
When you click on this Order# hyperlink, you would be taken straight to the order details of that specific order, showing everything one had purchased in this order.
This order link is now missing and i'm guessing it's missing because of the current ongoing update. But will this order hyper-link function be back? Or will it be discontinued?
This was a very useful function, atleast to me.
Since it's easier to find the order details of a spesific order, by first looking up the spesific product in you product library, and from there,
clicking on the hyperlink, which takes you straight to the order, showing all items, in this order.
Instead of having to search through all your orders, looking for the order in which the spesific product is located.
I hope this is understandable, i'm trying to be as spesific i can be, to avoid misunderstandings and confusion.
Since this update, i have been locked in a pattern, where i'm worried i will double purchase items i already own.
Because the "check-system" i previously had, has been derailed.
I have kept on purchasing because of the lower prices, but i'm starting to lose my overview over my assets,
what i already own and what i don't, to avoid double purchasing items.
And since not all product are shown as "owned" in the store,
there is a possibility that i might be double purchasing items.
I also need to check if these items are keepers, and with everything else going on, i'm starting to get pressed for time.
Sometimes, not very often, the "compatible software" in the product page, shows wrong information. Has this been changed recently? It seems alittle different.
My head is abit dizzy now, think i'll go get some rest, recharge the battery.

Email confirmation of orders seems to be hit and miss. No confirmation for orders yesterday, but OK for several before that.
Lots of spinning balls in the store this morning. Really slow. If it wasn't for the sale, I would jst stay away. :)
Logging in misbehaving again.
If you quickly move from one page to another you will, in my experience, briefly see the Unable to whatever personal data - I think that just indicates that the updating of the top bar has been interrupted, not (in itself) that there is a problem with the log-in. In fact if you are logged out you won't get the message, since it doesn't know who you are to show any personal data.
My $6 PC+ coupon still isn't working, the other one does though.
DIM only shows two downloads. Both are listed "Short Skirt Shaders - Iray" and both are a 361.9 MB download. When I downloaded manually from the site there were 4 zip files. 74125_ShortSkirtShaders_Videos.zip (369,607 KB); IM00074125-01_ShortSkirtShadersIray.zip (370,637 KB); IM00074125-01_ShortSkirtShadersIray1of2.zip (1,425 KB); & IM00074125-02_ShortSkirtShadersIray2of2.zip (370.637 KB). I imagine I can manually install it since I downloaded it and am familiar with the manual installation process (lots of manual installations from other sites) but I prefer to install anything purchased form DAZ through DIM.
Which coupon, what are you using it with?
That is definately something they wanted to implement, from a PM I was sent by Richard H. I think that was the major reason the discount was broken.
Also the 20% today is working on the Interactive lIcenses. I bought 8 a couple of days ago and as I can't see in my order history what products they were for I'm not buying anymore unless it's fixed.
