With no real confirmation on why the change in prices in my cart as to what the correct price should be I m just dumping it and not buying today. The ad copy clearly says PC gets 15% plus 20% for 2 new debut items, I have 4, but only getting 10% for PC not 15%, unfortunately I didn't purchase right away because I wanted to still check out the PC daily items to buy and in the meantime lost that discount.
Oof, thank you for the heads up. I hadn't noticed that after making a small purchase a couple of hours ago. Got back to the laptop, refreshed the forums, huh, why are there still items in my cart? I bought everything in it, they should have cleared out so what would- oh. Well, then.
Clearing the cart manually took care of it and at least the items are marked as owned, but what is this new mess even.
Same here, 58 products from 2 orders missing in product library. Can't say if they're available for download in DIM as I already downloaded them immediately just before the store update. I could move them out of the Downloads folder temporarily to check, of course.

That's an understatement. Not only are we not seeing discounts, but we cannot participate in gift card offers, sales populate at full price and in the years I have done business here, for the first time am appalled at the help desk 'solution'. This is much bigger than a PC Sub renewal quirk. Also your team 'solved' the issue without sending an email so you may want to see if that's broke too. I had to go into the help center to discover the resolution which the solved as fixed, and apologized for refusing to refund me for undeliverable goods. Solved as you can see by the attached is far from the truth of the matter. DAZ should disable accepting payments for memberships until this is resolved so that when an offer and acceptance occurs, you won't have a situation of making an offer where the transaction that actually takes place and is one-sided.
The meaning of offer and acceptance is the basis of a contract. To form a contract, there must be an offer made by one party which is, in turn, accepted by another party, and goods and/or services must be exchanged between the two.
I just bought 4 items, and while they all show in DIM, three will not download (yes, I tried deleting the .part files - I even said a prayer, lit a fire and sacrificed a rubber chicken). Frankly, this is just a bit of the straw that broke the camel's back. This hoop-jumping and bending over backwards is exhausting.
My PC+ expires toward the middle of the month. I will not be renewing. I will not be buying until this mess of a screwup is fixed. I have better things to pull my hair out over.

Can you tell me which product SKU's you were attempting to download?
There are lots of files that fail in DIM, the bigger they are the more they tend to fail, which seems to indicate that there is a periodic error that breaks download, which isn't related to any particular files.
This. And the check for already bought items seems to be gone too. Just bought the same cart of items twice, in a hurry to add some fastgrab itemts to the cart and checked out. Noticed weird figures on my credit card statement as the second order was way too many $$$. True enough, the cart from the previous order was still there and I'm now the lucky owner of two of each of a bunch of PFAD items :(
Yes, put in a ticket asking for a refund for the items there were purchased twice. Just wanted to mention that besides not clearing the cart after a successful checkout, it also no longer checks if you buy an item you've already bought.
66311, 71817, 63675. I deleted partial packages. I've tried about 20 times so far. No love.
I've had five or six files fail download in DIM over the past week. If you keep clicking on them over and over they eventually download. I'll write down the sku numbers if I have trouble again in the next batch.
Also, everything I bought today was left in the cart after purchase. I see others are having that issue too. It was fine for me yesterday. Looks like the order went thru fine so I just cleared the cart.
What is the size of the failed files, as well as the one that succeeded?
Yes, I know. I had one the other day that didn't download until I tried about 50 times (no exaggeration). I could also bang my head against the desk too, but I'd really rather not and I shouldn't have to, you know what I mean? Like I said before - I appreciate that they are trying to get it fixed but it's been 9 or 10 days and when they get one thing fixed, they break another. How much are we supposed to put up with before it becomes ridiculous? (and btw, we passed ridiculous days ago already).
We just did a fix for an issue that was causing some to not be able to see their products in DIM and Daz Central with that JSON error. If you're still receiving JSON errors from DIM, please let me know.
Again DIM is showing nothing in my Ready to download tab, and I did buy Carra for Genesis 8 and DD Glass Shader for Iray both are showing in my product library but Carra when I click on it there is nothing there the page doesn't load. I had to click on the link from my order invoice for manual download which took me to the page in my product library and it only had the manual download option which I used to download the product to my library.
I don't know what's happenning but up until tonite everything was working for me and sudden'y it's falling apart and nothing is working, discounts aren't showing properly ( see my other post that was not addressed), DIM won't work, and products I purchase aren't able to download from the product library.
Which also indicates that it hasn't anything to do with any particular files, but a periodic error that happens regularly at different intervals. If the interval is long enough a large file may succeedd in downloading before the download breaks, otherwise it fails. With small files like < 10 MB I can download maybe 30 before one fails.
What about international clients;
- There are no states and what could be considered a county, is not a state and therefore not included in any official address
- Zip codes, with or without the country prefix (with the prefix not necessarily the same as the official one)
- Names and addresses do contain characters not found in US character set and the practices differ in how those characters are presented... Someone named Räikkönen would use Raikkonen in Finland if there was problems with "umlauts", but in Germany the name would still be written as "Raekkoenen" (never used in finland due being hard to read)
My one time test a 3-4 months ago gave me all of one possibility to figure out how to write and formulate finnish contact information into the (US centric) form without any kind of guidance for international addresses that do not follow the US practices.
The layout is just terrible on an iPad! Why are they making it more and more incompatible with mobile? They are moving backwards!
DAZ seems to have randomly removed all my previously stored payment information, both my credit card and PayPal. Because my payment method was removed with no notice, my monthly Platinum Club membership was automatically canceled -- with no notice.
There is no functional option to add payment methods back -- I've tried adding my card several times and it doesn't work. The information I type in is submitted...and disappears into the ether. There is now no PayPal option to fall back on.
I have logged out/in, tried different browsers, all the usual things, and ... I'm incredibly frustrated.
Should I bother with a help ticket or will that just pile more work onto the heap of things that are already on DAZ's to-do list?
Yes, AFAIK anything involving PC membership time periods involves CS. And certainly they would need/want to fix the money page!
Alright, I found the missing ownership records that somehow slipped through the last hours of the sync system. I also had the system rebuild the ownership caches for all users which should also clear up the DIM login problem that DAZ_Jon had found.
What was the problem that DAZ_Jon found and slipped passed our testing? Data migrated from the first store transition (when the store migrated to the software we just migrated off of) didn't bring along some products/services so they ended up in the orders with a product ID of zero and claiming ownership of product ID zero products. The new system cheerfully migrated that data, but failed out in a really weird way when user accounts claimed to own product number zero.
When first purchased there was a page displayed in my Product Library. That page is now AWOL. CS ticket is still unanswered [not a priority, no biggie] but still I think there should be a page displaying!

The store is still loading some images directly from backblaze. Is this intentional and is this going to continue?

...OK, this is a new one. Purchased four tems late yesterday evening and when I looked at cart about 90 minutes later they are still there even though the order has been processed.

The link in the Product Library has the text "halloween fun bundle" after customer/file/prod instead of the product number.
Try going to your account/ recent orders and view the order, click on the product link there and it may take you to that item it your product library with a manual download link. That is what I did in order to download Carra for G8F, it was showing iin my list of items in product library but absolutely nothing happened when I clicked on it.
I and others have experienced that too.
