    Which coupon, what are you using it with?

    I'm using 11_20PlatClub coupon code. Used the browser extension to filter by coupon to make the most of it.

    Those are PC for a Day items and PC coupons do no apply to PFAD Items.

    You need to have eligible items for a total of at least $18 (actual price after discounts I assume (in the old store it might be different sometimes, but that was probably an error?)) in the cart before that coupon works.   Sorry, that's for the other PC coupon. 

    But if the items you have in your cart are PFAD items the coupon doesn't work, no further disounts work on these.

    You need to have items for a total of at least $18 (actual price after discounts I assume (in the old store it might be different sometimes, but that was probably an error?)) in the cart before that coupon works.

    That is the 11_20Save6 code - the quoted code is the Daz originals, excluding PC (and PC for a day), Gift Crads, Fast Grab, and anythign i've forgotten code.

  • DAZ should perhaps remove the space after the PC+ coupon codes in our accounts. There's a well-above-zero chance that highlighting and copying the code will also highlight and copy that space as well if you don't go irritatingly slowly and carefully.

    If you paste the code + space into the box at checkout then the code obviously will not work, even on a cart full of items where it should. It's a very easy thing for customers to overlook at both the copy and pasting points and I would not be surprised if it's contributing to at least some of the issues people are having with codes not working on items where they should.

    I did not know that, thanks.  I can at least keep track of what I purchased now while the store Order Confirmation gtes fixed :)

    No reason they can't still show the correct product when they pass it to Paypal already.

    Yep, me too! If it weren't for the pc+ for a day selection I wouldn't consider buying anything here as it is now. That particular sale has made me hesitant to buy stuff even for 60-70 % off, I think: well, it could be 1.99, 80 -90% off. So I must buy as many things I  need now. Well must sounds weird but it kind of is that way for a Dazoholic lol. I missed a few stuff yesterday from my wishlist from the pc+ for a day stuff sad, because of real life troubbles made me not have the energy to try buying a giftcard under the current situation. I'll see if I dare buy one today. Sorry to talk about this again, just wanted to say that it's the same for me, if it wasn't for this particular sale I would stay far away from here sad, until everyhing is fixed.

    what discount????? i don't get any discount O.o, just the regular sales discounts, this change in the system is a "big no" for me, because in some cases like bundles where i just want some stuffs from the bundle, instead of buy the whole bundle i would just buy the stuffs from the bundle i want then buy the bundle license to have the license for all the products (which is also bugged since now is not anymore marking the products as if i own the license as it was in the past", it i feel is really wrong, the customer must have the right to choose the order if buy the license or the product first, because again sometimes can make sense buy first the license than the product.

    If you add two debut items you get an extra 20% today.  So the $5 interactive Licenses are $4.

    I hope you've logged a support ticket about not all the Licenses getting flagged (in the case of a bundle license) as I've not seen any response on this thread other than it's "Fixed"

    hmmm , i saw it, but being honest it only really is good if you are going to "really buy any of the debut itens, becauuse for exemple if you just want to reduce the "licenses price" it would means which all the money you are "saving" on the licenses will go direct to the debut, making the stuff" still expensive. for exemple if yoy are going to buy let's say 10 licenses and pay 50, addinf the 2 new stuff unless they together are less than 10, you are going to still pay 50 or some more, instead of 40, that promo only would be really good if was also the "still new" because you could have bought some really cheap stuffs and get a real discount for the licenses.

    Maybe this is intended, but my guess it is not. Anniversary Bundle 1 and 2 are again available (today is 3&4, still not that odd) but they are cheaper, 6.99 instead of 9.99. Seems odd.

    Fair enough. I'm just willing to bet that fixing that specific issue, however it needs to happen, would solve at least some of the problems that we're having getting coupons to work. That trailing space caused a whole lot of invalid coupon messages for me until I realized it was getting picked up and the site was interpreting it as part of the code.

    Probably still other gremlins in there but getting rid of the obvious one would hopefully make pinning down instances of the others easier.

    My cart is completely borked.  Tried deleting browser history, cookies, etc, and logging back in.  No dice.  I get an "OOPS!  Page not found!" message any time I'm logged in.  If I log out (and thus lose all PC+ benefits), the cart works fine.  What the heck?

    I agree, I think they should take care of some of the problems that are simple and quick to fix, like this one, as quickly as possible.

     

  • Is anyone else having a problem purchasing through the DAZ 3D store? I'm using the same credit card (and billing information, address, etc.) as always, but I just see "There was a problem processing your credit card." over and over again, with response status HTTP 400. This is an Apple Card, and Apple Wallet isn't telling me anything like "rejected" -- no record of an attempted transaction at all.

    Still lots of problems with this new site!  Lots of missing links on the content pages - especially for the legacy sale - for required content such as dresses, outfits, hair, etc...

    Also why is it taking so long content to be added to the cart and for transactions to process in general.  I have given up on using my saved CC and am making all my purchases through PayPal.

    Does anyone here know why these issues are still coming up or when these issues will be fixed??

    Honestlythis has been the Most Frustrating store update I have experienced in all my years with DAZ!

    ...If I would have performed an update like this during the middle of a major promotion or seasonal push that would have caused similar issues, I'd likely have been sacked as well.

    This is the kind of thing that's done during slow times.

    I don't think the percentages off new debut items is working properly,  I hav 4 of the debut items in my card, it says PC+ get an additional15% off plus you get 20% if you buy 2 or more ... how do I calculate the math as this is how it was earlier in my  cart  Carra is 6.21 * .85 * .80 = 4.22 but now she is 4.47 in my cart which is 6.21*80*80 = 4.47  that means the extra 15% PC members are supposed to get is now only 10% ...this happened after the new Mega Artist promotion was added to the store.

    Honestlythis has been the Most Frustrating store update I have experienced in all my years with DAZ!

    If you are still having problems processing your credit card, please go to your account settings and delete your saved credit cards and addresses and add a fresh address in there. Then during the checkout re-enter your card from scratch. The new credit card handling system is more strict so differences in your address could be showing up more than they used to, the only information we see on this end is that the card was declined and obviously we don't log any of the information that you are entering so we can't see anything more.

    There are more things that I have bought that I can't download. The problems I'm having are the same as others have reported here so is there any point in putting in support ticket for them? Is it best to just wait until Daz thinks they have fixed everything and then only contacting them if I still have problems? Is anyone from Daz reading this and have an opinion?

    My two problems are that DIM doesn't show anything ready to download and there are some items where I can't get to the product page to manually download them. If I click on the item in the list on my library page nothing happens. If I right click and select open in new tab I get a server error. I've tried clearing temporary files and using a different browser with no change. So far it has been new items only, not older stuff in the sales. Not all new items and it is consistent, if an item fails once it fails always, And now I can't download the Spiderfolk, their extra textures or Oreste's new skydomes.

    Sorry but no, PC members get 15% instead of 10% plus 20% for haveing 2 or more which should be 4.22 like it showed me at first then changed, all 4 items in my cart that are new debut items went up by that same percentage

     

    As well, another item in my cart prior , Crocobeast ws 8.88 which is the 15 % and then 20%, but now is showing 9.41 which is only 10% plus 20% ....something obviously changed in the last 2 hours to affect my cart like that.

    I'm seeing a lot a of the same issues posted.. please know that everyting is being reported, but it might be some time before everything is ironed out.

    Please take a moment before you post to just check and see if it's already been posted, and if it has, then don't worry about repeating it.. we're aware of all the issues and they're being worked through as time/energy allows.

    I appreciate this is frustrating.. but please be patient, and it will be sorted ASAP.

    The bigger issues are getting ironed out - some remain, some are now more intermittent/user specific.

    Please check the cart prices, not just the product page

    Wishlist quirks (could be Firefox related?)

    PC Sub renewal quirk

    DIM missing purchases from the 1st

    DIM issues ongoing.

    Gift Cards - Please file a CS ticket if you haven't received an email(s) with the code

    Interactive Licenses not showing

    Onsite Message Inbox (Don't close the top banner or it will be gone)

    Misc - filters, product list order, Gallery and Wiki still offline)

    Store credit page (Display etc)

     

    Latest Updates: 10:00 am, 11/5

    We’re getting closer every day to the full expected site experience, and are able to keep making progress on more specific issues that present. As of 9:30 am, 11/5, the following issues have been noted and fixed:

    • PC+ coupons now only work once and are live again

    • DIM issues with large accounts should now be fixed. At this point, we have resolved each DIM issue that we are aware of. If you are having an issue with DIM, please submit a Customer Service ticket to let us know about what you’re experiencing.

    • Gift Card emails have been amended and should send after purchase. Please let Customer Service know if you have not received a Gift Card code you are expecting.

    • Artist stores are now all linking correctly

    • Daz Artists/PAs should now have new serial numbers for specific PA building products that require them

    • The filters in the store are working correctly, so go crazy!

      And one more update that’s great news:

    Latest Updates: 12:15 pm, 11/6

    We’re getting closer every day to the full expected site experience, and are able to keep making progress on more specific issues that present. As of 12:15 pm, 11/6, the following issues have been noted and fixed:

    • Pricing: the wishlist now shows the correct prices for most PC+ Members

    • Interactive licenses are showing up in product libraries, for those who have bought them

    • Video tutorials are playing throughout the website

    • DazCentral tutorials are playing

    We’re currently working on the following:

    • Credit card details for checkout: requiring to be saved

    Once again, the issues in this update, like those in previous updates, are fixed to the best of our knowledge. If these issues are not fixed for you, we do not know that yet, and ask that you submit a Customer Service ticketto let us know about what you are experiencing.

    Latest Updates: 10:15 am 11/9/2020

    We were able to work over the weekend on a few updates and should have more updates this week. As of 10:15 am, 11/9, the following issues have been noted and fixed:

    • Credit card details for checkout: no longer require you to save to checkout

    • Pricing of Daz Original interactive licenses (for items you already own) is showing the correct discount

    • PC+ memberships that are not set to auto-renew now show active (instead of canceled) with a note that they will not auto-renew.

    • Published Artists should be able to see/use the PA forums

    Our major area of focus for today and this week is PC+ memberships. We are aware that some customers who have bought a PC+ membership are not seeing discounts.  This is a top priority for us.  We’ll have more updates on this throughout the week.

    As of 10:55 am, 11/10, the following issues have been noted and fixed:

    • Customer Orders have been re-sync'd and should now show all products that are owned in DIM, Product Library and DazCentral. If you still are not seeing the products you own, please reach out to customer support.
    • Fix to a few products including BodyScapes for Genesis 8 Female, which were giving some users a 404 error

    Only posting because I didn't see my issue listed. Check out page does not load. I have full confidence the issue will be resolved. Thanks in advance. Downloading the 4.14 update as I type.
