I see that red border too and my card (which was stored in the old store and carried over to the new one automatically) works OK, so no.
Same thing started happening to me yesterday. I was trying to purchase a gift card while they were on sale to add to my store credit. Nope. Now my store credit has gotten lower than I like it, but Daz's new store refuses to process my card.
On another note, Daz instituted a product ID icon system, but several of today's and yesterday's icon bars are blank. A lot of people thought it was a dumb idea, but if even Daz has lost the will to continue, what will become of it?
So, I'd still like to shop here unless you guys insist on getting rid of me.

I've not seen that story, but the new store is barely a week old so that person must have bought the GC before the migration if they actually waited a week before support answered. That could be why the code is not in their order details.
I've bought several GC since Friday and all of them had the code in order details.
You can get the Gift Card number from the order history here now, not just from the email, so the lack of emails - if it continues - wouldn't necessarily stop you from buying a gift card.
I wonder why it doesn't work for some people, I had zero problems paying with my card. Granted, mine is a Visa debit card, not a credit card, so it might be handled a bit differently.
That usually means Paypal didn't like the name of one of the products in your cart. That's not an issue from Daz end.
Mine is a Visa debit card as well, and it worked just fine up through Saturday, but then yesterday it stopped working here (Problem processing payment, or some such). The money's there; I used it through Renderosity's PayPal yesterday and today. A glitch has developed for some reason.
Can't submit a ticket either... I tried to but it won't go through. I am aware that the daz staff are working diligently, so I guess patience will be the best move forward.
Thank you to the daz employees for working behind the scens, I know that this is just as frustrating for you as it is for us consumers! :)
Did you try clicking the Sign In button at top-right of the Zendesk (support) page?
I am not sure when he bought the giftcard, but I don't think he had to wait a week for a reply from support. But when I read it a few days ago he had waited a week and still no email w gc code. So maybe he like me got several replies that didn't help. And I think he wrote that they told him about the code beeing in the order page but that that didn't work. So that is why I am still unsure about getting a giftcard. He might have got the code by now, I don't have the energy to read every single post in these two error threads, so it might have been resolved by now. I hope so. But even if he did get the code I might not since they have my email adress since I get ALL emails except for order conf. (don't know about GC mails yet), they say that it is the same system : "Do you know if you are unsubscribed from our daily emails? If so, our gift card and order confirmation emails are currently tied to these daily emails", that sounds to me like it's the same system so they can't have written the adress wrong or I wouldn't get those emails. Very weird. And I am worried that the activ. code in the orders page are wrong, I always got (before this store change I mean) two emails: one with the correct code and one with the wrong code. Every time. So how can I be sure that the code on the orders page are right?

Should I submit a ticket or are other people having an issue with this item?
I ask as I do not want to overwhelm them with support tickets for issues they are already aware of or working on.

My router has a filter for "adult content". When I open the Daz Store page, I receive a message from the router that f002.backblaze2.com has been blocked by a web filter because of adult content. This started in the last couple days. I assume it is related to the store software change.
It was a problem at least two or three weeks before the change. It could be related to what happened when many users suddenly had hundreds of Legacy and Ps files appear in their download lists around the same time.
Nope mine doesn't say that and there still appears no way to set it to not autorenew.
Please open a support ticket to let them know, if you haven't already done so.
I just tried ot filter the store by Daz Originals only, and this showed up among the filtered items: https://www.daz3d.com/gentlemens-library
It is not a Daz Original at all. Quite a few of the filtered items are not Daz Originals either. It seems the filters are still not working.
Yes, the vendor filter currently doesn't work properly for Daz Originals, I think that's still on their list.

I am not sure? Sounds like a reasonable enough explanation. Quiet price increases like that were enough to decide to pass on it all.
It's too bad the timing on this store change, as typically this is my favorite sale of the year.
I still can't buy from the sale/site, and I've heard nothing back customer services... But, hey. As long as Daz can get their money from other customers, what does one person matter...

I am on the opposite side, not in the Platinum club since yesterday but still seeing PC+ prices (and forum) but not daring to buy anything as not entitled to it and doing so would in effect be agreeing to the $70 I am trying unsuccessfully to cancel renewal for (though not been charged)
otherwise I would have picked up the freebie at least with an old DNA item that is still cheap member or not, as it is I cannot buy anything either in good faith
It looks like the Bridges and File Formats banner image on the Store front page is coming directly from backblaze. Is this intentional?

The Bundle itself doesn't get downloaded, just the individual items within the bundle. If you check those items they should have DIM etc. listed.
I think this has been mentioned before but I'll flag it again. Historic assets aren't showing up in the Product Library on the site as bought. I was just checking the Legecy Grab selection and saw DMs Druid Valley - I was sure I already had it or something very similar. It isn't showing up as Purchased, or isn't listed in my Product Library - but it is sitting in my DIM-installed content. So watch when you are picking things up that look familiar, you can't trust the store software just now.
