$1.99 Platinum club for a day items are full price in my cart. It's been like that for days.
PC+ Coupons are not working. Both Monthly Coupon & Monthly PA Coupon. When attempting to utilize in cart I get "code is not valid."
How would that explain my problem???? I get the newsletter, I have NEVER unsubscibed to it, never. So that explanation is ridiculous in my case
. Sorry but I get ALL Daz emails except for confirmation emails. He said that unsubsribing to the newsletter stops the conf. emails, I did NOT unsubsribe, I get all newsletter, forum thread subsribtion....
A tweak was just applied which, it is hoped, will address this.
I did not get a conf. email for my order yesterday and the day before that. I submitted a ticked about it. And I have NEVER unsubscribed from the newsletter, never. I get ALL newsletters, replies in subscribed thread.... So that is not an explanation in my case. The emails is not in the spam folder in my mail or my mail client. So if that is your only explanation and that is the only way your are trying to fix this, I will not get any more conf. emails and I can't accept that. Just saying so you know that that is not an explanation in my case.
What are you using it on? They should be working.
@DAZ_Rawb How to subscribe to the newsletter after unsubscribing ?
I understand your pain! I get the correct price but I was unable to check out with it. The credit card information was messed up. Resetting up my card in Payment Methods fixed that and I was finally able to check out. I'm using the same browser as you on Win 7. Things to check might be: check to make sure your membership is active in your account and, making sure your logged in. Both problems have been rampant for the last few days with the Store.

Try logging out, then delete cache and all daz3d cookies, then log in again.
Those monthly plat member coupons don't work on all items, 6 dollars off 18 doesn't work on all items where 6 dollars off works on most content i have found.
Error in the URL in Product Library for these items (Product name instead of SKU number)
I had only Geni Tank Top for Genesis in my cart, which is a Daz Original, non PC+. Monthly Coupon 11_20PlatClub ($6 off Daz Originals. Excludes Platinum Club items, gift cards, FastGrab, and memberships) wouldn't work. After emptying cart and trying a few other items in cart, it does work now. Mysterious!
The Monthly PA Coupon is working now too!
I did try to use Monthly Coupon 11_20PlatClub on Platinum Club For A Day items that are Daz Originals, but not normally PC+ as indicated on their individual product pages. The coupon didn't work. Is that how you intend it to be? I thought I was able to do that in past sales.
DIM is now working for me, as are the thumbnails (though I don't like the new giant ones much because they wipe out the other info that used to be displayed beside the small ones).
Any update about my last problem (apparent missing products in Product Library)?
Searching is not good ... I tried to find textures for the new dforce Augmentation Outfit for Genesis 8 Female(s) and copied the word 'Augmentation' into the search text box. It didn't find this new clothes only one hair with a texture set. Even if I used copy-paste and the word is in the product name. I tried with several new products and seems search can't find any of them.
Also still can't use any coupons. DIM finally shows the ready to download items and loaded fast. However the DIM link from orders can't help download the items, only open the DIM.
And notices, many items are tagged as Animal .. almost all animations and poses .. maybe the part ANIMA in both animals and animations?
Also almost all of products' store thumb shown as first popup promo image.
I suppose the missing forums (PC and PA) are known
My DIM is empty as in the fridge has been cleaned out and didn't even leave me some mouldy cheese for afters. I tried a fresh install and DIM is still empty. I even went to the extremes and throwing it out the window and it came back and hit the bird cage, birds not happy.
So in all seriousness and frivolity since its Samhain and Bonfire Night and post Election madness. Can any body tell me is this Daz Install Manager sick, is going to come back to life, should I try CPR again, or just flat line it and go and install my files the old and tested way, cranking up the engine at the front of the old car and spinning the wheel.
pps please can we have a 32 bit install choice for DIM because my little ole computer is only a 32 gasp and its not accepting the 64 thats on offer.

Alright, so I know there's been a lot of problems, and I know there's been a lot of work done, and us as end users may or may not be seeing the differences other than the negatives at the moment, but I just made a cart, and figured I'd try my PC+ coupon, and had to do a double-take. They're fixed! And I don't mean they work (which they do), but are actually fixed! They don't spread the discount around, but take it off the first available product and then the next! I don't have a free item in my cart, but I'm going to assume that since it's not doing the "spread the love" thing that that issue may also be fixed?
Anyway, thank you for this quality of life improvement. I'm sure in the coming days, as the growing pains ease others will begin to discover why we all went through this.

We’re getting closer every day to the full expected site experience, and are able to keep making progress on more specific issues that present. As of 9:30 am, 11/5, the following issues have been noted and fixed:
PC+ coupons now only work once and are live again
DIM issues with large accounts should now be fixed. At this point, we have resolved each DIM issue that we are aware of. If you are having an issue with DIM, please submit a Customer Service ticket to let us know about what you’re experiencing.
Gift Card emails have been amended and should send after purchase. Please let Customer Service know if you have not received a Gift Card code you are expecting.
Artist stores are now all linking correctly
Daz Artists/PAs should now have new serial numbers for specific PA building products that require them
The filters in the store are working correctly, so go crazy!
And one more update that’s great news:
The Movember Render Contest is now open to all international customers, just in case you missed it!

DIM is still broken for me - I see nothing in my Downloads. The one time it worked for a brief moment this morning, it crashed when I attempted to download something.
I'm still waiting to download the stuff I've bought since Sunday.
DIM is still broken - even after shutting down, rebooting computer restarting DIM, and even trying the "refresh" cycle. I see no "Ready to download" listings at all. I do have a large inventory (32,500+ products) and it takes almost an hour for DIM to parse installed products - is there any way to force an update for the DIM?
DAZ_Jacob did you make any progress on the no confirmation email issue? I made an order yesterday and the day before and I have still not recieved any email about it. I sent a ticket about it. I have not unsubscribed to the newsletter, I get all such emails but no conf. email. They are not in the spam folder either. I understand that you think that it's due to some people have unsubscribed to the newsletter, that that is why they don't get the emails. This is not the case for me. I mean this as feedback so you know that there is another problem. The unsubscribe thing might be the explanation in some cases, but not all.
I've submitted a ticket, but this point is a bit ridiculous. I have a large account and it's not fixed, so I'm interested in learning how you made the assumption that it was fixed?
Filters in store are NOT working correctly when filtering for Daz Originals. Example: Rock Formation 06 is included when filtering for Daz Originals, but it is not Daz Original. Filtering for Daz Original also does NOT work correctly in my wish list.
I was getting the error as well, then I found that when I was trying to copy them from the PC club screen that it was picking up an extra space on the end of the code. Typing it in or making sure that extra space doesn't get picked up fixed my issue, but this may not be the same for you.
According to the Artist filters I see, ALL products are DAZ Originals.
After several days of the json-{] -error, DIM decided to start working again about five minutes ago. Items are all where they should be, downloads work okay so far.
I haven’t received a confirmation email since Saturday and I don’t know how to subscribe to the newsletter. Where do I subscribe?
When sorting the items by "New arrivals," the order of the items is different in the wishlist and in the store.
