  • Twelve hours past Daz Midnight + three full days/four business days after the store change and:

    The advertised additional 15% PC+ discount on new items still doesn't work...

    Clicking on the LIE Make-up Set 2 for Genesis 8 Female product on the PFAD page still takes you to the Daz homepage...

    The total in the cart and the total on the checkout page do not match because new items will appear to discount and then revert to full price (exists across browsers)...

    Constant "unable to load recent personalized data" issues...

     

    The tired old song and dance of logging out, clearing browser information, and restarting the browser because it's now somehow our responsibility as customers to make sure the Daz website has proper pricing, has not fixed ANY of this.

    The 15% is working now, I believe - it affects the price shown on the product page, it isn't one that shows oly in the cart.

  • Is it that whoever enters their names here and says the coupon codes don't work gets them to work eventually. If so let me try, none of my PC member coupon codes are working and why are the product prices still randomly increasing and decreasing how is that possible?

    You may need to clear your browser cache and delete your Daz cookies.

    Please refer to the other thread, coupons are inactive currently (they were ok.. then they weren't).

  • Been clearing my cache all day. Each time I do it I also see a different price.

    Are PC coupons supposed to be working yet? .... because I have $19 plus of Plat 1.99 items in my cart and no matter what I do, I can't get  .... 11_20Save6 ..... to work (even with nothing else ... free stuff or whatever ... in the cart.)

    First my cart will look like screen 1 pic here.

    Then I'll go to checkout 1 pic... all looks ok.

    But then I put the checkbox in for pay with store credit and poof what the heck checkout pic 2, now my prices are higher

    So wait a min.. so I go back to cart and now prices higher as showng in next screen 2, bundle add on items all went higher price.

    So if I log out, or go shop around some more and come back or reload my cart... poof I'll be back to the lower price... till I try to checkout. Getting weary of post store upgrade apocalypse...

    And also any word yet on when DIM will be working for all those of us that its not? Haven't been able to DL anything since before the upgrade, it just gives me 0 nothing on 'Ready to Download'. Which it should have lots of stuff (stuff I don't have installed, and stuff bought since the upgrade).

    update added another screen shot, thought I was about to be getting through and clicked place order, only to then get this error about a cart change

     

    Another attempt similaly to checkout, gave a different message "There was an error processing this request"

    welp that does it for me for today... seems that last error dumped my cart empty... it only had like 42 items in it

    Maybe it actually purchased the items and that is why the cart is empty. Check your product library and store credit balance.

    I think the order number format has changed. I've been getting email receipts, but have not tried today.

    You may have to do a search of your product library if it's like mine and all screwed up with old and new purchased files jumbled together

    Hmm, well you raise an interesting point. I have not received an order confirmation email. And my store credit balance looked unchanged. And when I had first looked at order history there was nothing. But now after seeing your post I pulled up the Millawa page and found all the icons hidden like if I owned and indeed the bundle page says purchased. Though the interactive license box is not checked which it should be. And now checking order history page again there is now an invoice there. Wow so I guess the order is sort of somehow processed, or processing slow. No working DIM here so I can't download anything. Actually it seems to depend on where I look as far as if there is an invoice, under store credit screen invoices, its not there, but under My Orders, it is there now. Maybe some problems with the store credit payment system, I think I read other folks having issues in that realm. And yep, stuff is showing in product library, except missing the interactive license which was in the cart for the bundle. Well maybe that will iron out after a while.

    I bought the Millawa bundle and it shows in my product library but none of the items in the bundle are there

    I think this is already being worked on

    Some products get an extra 60% off, it's probably an error. For example BlindXLook Textures $4.71 -> $ 1.91

    $94.39 is the wrong total. The correct total is $107.47

    Okay, that's up and running again. Good, progress.

    However the additional 10% discount for buying two or more debut new items still does NOT work, in spite of being advertised once again. Adding two debut new releases to the cart, carts them at the same price that is displayed on the sale page. Daz is advertising the discount, why aren't they delivering it?

    Getting the same cart instability as garrettg11 as well, and I'm getting really sick of it. Between that and Daz's inability or unwillingness to deliver advertised discounts, all new item are out of the cart. I'm not risking my card getting charged $9 more than the total says it should, whether that lower price is a glitch or not. Sorry to the PAs, I know you rely on early sales for most of a product's revenue. Maybe Daz will have fixed things before they leave the "still new" category.

    My support ticket will hopefully give a definitive answer.  Prior to the site changeover, you could opt out (or in?) to having credit card info stored.  We'll see what support says. :)

    That really doesn't matter. I'm not giving anyone permission to store the data that I used to make a purchase on this site once the purchase has been successfully completed, but it gets stored anyway. It gets stored even when I don't check the box asking for that to happen. Been happening since the changeover, I along with a lot of other people had to delete old card info and now I'm stuck in this looping hell. Nicknaming an unrecognized card is mandatory and even when the tickbox is not ticked, that card info shows up in Payment Methods after the transaction and is available for future transactions unless I manually delete it after every purchase.

    I don't care where it's stored. I care THAT it's stored, after I explicitly withheld permission for that to happen.

  • And it gets even BETTER!

    If you enter all your payment info and the broken disaster that is this new storefront has yet another one of its constant errors where it cannot keep prices consistent between the cart and the checkout page, and it boots the transaction and tells you to refresh and try again, it still stores what info it can.

    Not all of it, because the transaction didn't go through, but it makes its best effort and stores the nickname Daz forced you to assign, which is subsequently available in Payment Methods and future checkouts (even if there's no other associated data).

    Hey, just found a problem with the PC Club renewals when paid with Paypal.  My "yearly" renewal day is 11/08, and was not due until 11/08/2021.  I have the email in April (April 20, 2020) where I made sure to cancel the reoccurring payment in Paypal when I had renewed during March Madness.  I also cancelled the annual renewal with Daz to make sure I didn't get charged when I paid through next year, and yet suddenly I got charged today by Paypal to renew (despite my PC Club already being extended to next November).  It is not showing that I extended for another year (which would have taken it to 11/08/2022), but Paypal sent the money to DAZ for the renewal.  Not sure why this was turned back on with PayPal or why the yearly renewal would have been taken 4 days early.

    I can't answer anything about how the PayPal auto-renew was restarted. However, for years, Daz 3D has debited autorenewals (regardless of whether they are paid by card or PayPal) several days before the end date. This is to make sure that if there's a payment problem (card is expired, insufficient funds, etc.) you can take care of it before the subscription ends.

    Daz does not refund membership payments, however, if the renewal was charged due to snafu issues with the site migration, I'm pretty sure they will make an exception. You've got the proof you cancelled with Paypal, (and I assume, the renewal box was unchecked in your account prior to the changes.) Provide everything you've got, via a trouble ticket, that proves the renewal was cancelled, and I have no doubt Customer Service will make this right.

    Wow, step outside and come back and LOTS of comments added.

    Okay.

    Good News, the ability to purchase a gift card does work. I would suggest starting with an affordable figure as you traverse the path of least resistance.

    Use copy/paste to put the sender/receiver email address [I copy mine from my email account to be certain there are no typos]. Do not freak out if you have store credit and see that option at 0. Store credit cannot be used to purchase gift cards. {I checked and yes my store credit still existed}

    As you put in the credit card information and uncheck the keep the info box, yes {for whatever reason} the information will be kept in the system. For the moment that's okay ... make the purchase [if you're wanting to, I'm not telling people what to do! just how I did it and it worked, 'k]

    Order confirmation page appears, near to the bottom left corner is an option to print out a receipt. I use pressure on the scroll wheel on the mouse {so it'll squeak, no} to open such pages separately so as to not lose that order confirmation page. SingleFile for Firefox can save many types of pages that do not otherwise save fully using standard webpage saves. {it's a free add-on for Firefox}

    Then waited for about 5 to 10 minutes and yes! The important email did arrive. Copy the code, paste it into a text-editor, {sometimes codes have extra spaces or whatever}, copy it from the text editor and in your account paste it in the appropriate text box. It should vanish. Then go to your Store Credit page and somewhere on that poor confused page should be appearing the claim notice. The important thing is the total Store Credit available does indeed increase :-)

    Why go to all this trouble? Because. If paying with store credit there is no way the shopping cart can ever charge one more than what is available as store credit.

    I did confirm that yes, in spite of having unchecked the keep info box, the system kept my CC profile. So after finishing the transaction, I went to the payment page [in our accounts] and one will find a nice "delete" button to the right of the CC info. If you don't want your info stored, click that.
