    After two hours, I was granted access to my account. I decided to try the coupons again. They each applied! But when I went to checkout, the total changed, and the coupons were only worth $2+. I had no free items in the cart. I guess I'll wait until tomorrow and see if the site works.

    You can’t use coupons with free items in the cart.

    The PC coupon just worked for me. I had the new pro bundle and the HD morph in the cart.

    I normally receive emails with an order confirmation immediately after purchase.  It's been 10 minutes now and still nothing.

    Edit:  It just popped up, but the delay was unusual.

    same here. actually, i don't wait for them or check - they just come, i see them when i check my mails. but right before i got this weird order confirmation, NEW DESIGN, at least for the header, and it was "sent" right before noon in my time - now i see it and it's after 6pm.

    so they changed the header / order number too, uh?

    EDIT: actually, 3 of them just popped up, because i got me the 3 pc+ freebies whenever the cart allowed the checkout

    The DIM link on purchase seems to be back! 

    However, instead of allowing you to download the product via DIM it sends you to a page to download DIM itself.

    The order page links to download via DIM work however now, so that's an improvement~!

    OK n..I thin..finally was able to use the PC+ coupon on bundle and make the purchase. HOWEVER, THERE IS NO WAY TO DOWNLOAD THE BUNDLE. It states go to order page, there is a download link, but when you click it it goes to product library and no dowload link. The other product indicates it can be downloaded through DIM. will try that in a bit

    Random DIM question (not worthy of it's own thread), is there any point to downloading/installing "legacy files"? indecision

    I have seen them turn up on DIM, but other than being tagged for earlier studio versions (3/4.0 which I don't use), and being slightly smaller, don't seem to be any different. But there's no mention of them on the product pages or updates.

    There is, in fact, no download option AT ALL for Westbound. No manual download, no DIM, no Daz Central when you look at the product page in the library. The order result page for Westbound is also weird; it shows a Manual Download option, but no DIM option; however, when you click on "Manual Download", it takes you to the product page, which shows no download options available at all.

    Not as far as I know. They are for the now ancient programs like 4.0 ;-)

    And it's a known bug which is why I shrugged and reported it rather than going off about Central-only etc.

    Pc coupon working now. I still cant tell if im getting the right discounts though. I dont think im getting the extra 10% off for buying two debut new releases. The store lists Millawa as 17.31 and her HD addon as 13.08 and thats exactly what I see in the cart. No additional discount.

    One is character price and the other is bundle price.

    I'm pretty sure that was for the base character. You can get the bundle down to $23.91 with all applicable discounts and the monthly $6 DO coupon (when it works), but the base is $17.31 with all applicable discounts, but no monthly $6 DO coupon.

    Twelve hours past Daz Midnight + three full days/four business days after the store change and:

    The advertised additional 15% PC+ discount on new items still doesn't work...

    Clicking on the LIE Make-up Set 2 for Genesis 8 Female product on the PFAD page still takes you to the Daz homepage...

    The total in the cart and the total on the checkout page do not match because new items will appear to discount and then revert to full price (exists across browsers)...

    Constant "unable to load recent personalized data" issues...

     

    The tired old song and dance of logging out, clearing browser information, and restarting the browser because it's now somehow our responsibility as customers to make sure the Daz website has proper pricing, has not fixed ANY of this.

    As of November 4th, mid-morning in California, I've a bunch of purchases which refuse to download. They start, and then the download quits, claiming the action cannot be completed. 

    This is Manual download, by the way.

    Earlier, a couple of them wouldn't even start downloading. Just sent me to a page which wasn't even the oops page. Just a blank withdow with some text that I didn't think to copy.

    I'll try again later and see if whatever is interfering has quit. There are a halfdozen of these, most of the items are PFAD, but the HD add-on to Millawa 8 is one of them, and there was also an item from FastGrab.

    Be careful because some new releases get randomly an extra 60% off (about $5 or $8 )

    • 61% off -> 84% off
    • 40% off -> 76% off

    It's probably an issue with the order date, it's the same issue in Smart Content if the products are sorted by Order Date.

    In Daz Studio many products have these dates

    Dates : 
      Released : thursday, january 1 1970 1:00 am
      Purchased : thursday, january 1 1970 1:00 am

    Yep, constantly having manual download failures. It sometimes corrects after I log out and log back in. Thats IF I can log back in.

    Thanks for the reply ♥, so it is a known issue, do you think that I need to submit a help ticket or are they aware of the problem? they didn't want tickets about the pc+ problem if I understood correctly so that is why I'm not sure if it's right to send one.

    Yes as PC+ problem was affecting everyone creating tickets would not have helped, that needed a global fix.

    I think they know of the mail problem, but as it doesn't seem to be global it might be worth a ticket.

    I submitted a ticket, It feels better atleast to have done something about it, a little bit. It feels very uneasy to not have a reciept of my order. I checked everything carefully before, so I think everything is correct, but I still needs a reciept. And the store credit needs to show the balance before the order so I can make sure it adds up.

    I still haven't recieved a confirmation email for my order yesterday sadangry. I submitted a ticket about it but no reply yet, I realise that everyone is very busy with all the current bugs, but for me it is very serious with no reciept for my order sad. My pc+ prices works and I love the selection of todays pc+ for a day stuff so that is good, the only problem is that I'm scared to make an order sad. What will happen? Will I get my stuff through DIM?, will I get a confirmation email this time? Will my storecredit show correct. If only there were a way for Daz to communicate to us that due to the current bugs the pc+ for a day stuff will remain the same so I can wait with my order..... frownfrown The Daz weckly/daily freebies are not free btw.

    I have lost my pc+ prices again, my membership shows as active, but no pc+ prices. I did try to put some in my cart, and I had some there from when it worked, and I got a very good price on them in my cart, better than intended so I hurried and made my order and of course I got no confirmation email now either. It's been a few hours, and I still haven't received a confirmation email from my order yesterday and no reply from my ticket. I had a lot of troubble getting the stuff to show up in dim also, and two of them wouldn't download so I had to try several times. I hope this gets fixed soon, I want to be able to shop normally. And I read that someone bought a giftcard and got no code email, it was one or two days ago, and  no code. My storecredit is running low,  don't know if I dare buy a giftcard now sad.

    Interactive license discounts not working on bundles, show as discounted on page but not in cart.

    Just also adding another day of:-

    Past interactive licenses not showing up in product library (and therefore not showing on product page so allowing duplicate purchases).
