The Help/ Support A Ticket is broken. When I fill out the form and click to submit it, it sends me to the stupid page full of questions that you'd go to if you wanted to see if your question is there. Says Help Center, My Account and has a bunch of questions like How To Apply A coupon successfully, etc. I'm going offline until this afternoon, but I can't get help if the Help is the problem.
Now more than ever. With all the converting options available, items at 50 cents or so are pretty good.
Being redirected to Help Center home page after submitting a ticket seems normal to me. Are you sure your request didn't go though? You should find it in the "My activities" sectionn (dropdown under your name).
If it didn't go though: Did you sign in in help center before submitting it? I know there have been problems in the past when people tried to submit a ticket without that.
For me price difference is multiple times higher than who own 30% or more discount. Money saved, well not fully saved,I spend Zev0 products along with a new item.

I just sent in a request asking about the loss of the Darcy Pro bundle deal(s), and it took me to the ticket page after I submitted. Were you signed in to the ticket site before submitting it? Maybe that helps... You should also have a "Thank you for your request" style email by now.

Just want to confirm what Novica said - I've tried several times to pay with store credit and I keep getting an error message. The one time it looked like it was going to work, it showed my store credit being deducted but PayPal shows the full amount due.
Currently? I just used store credit for something without an issue.

Before XTransfer, there would have been one, maybe two characters in that sale that interested me. As it is, I’ve got five or six in my cart, and I’m debating some others.
Flash Sale of 0 of 52. Sigh. If Genesis 9 is around the corner and the other generations are going to be given away, I am so toast.
For what is worth, I used store credit today at around 9am MST. No problems. But, I wasn't interacting with PayPal or partial payment with my credit card either.

the new sales, the buttom for the "double loyal discount today only promotion is not working, when i click on it it only display mika 7 pro (which i already have) it don't show all the itens in that promotion.
and why mei lin 7 pro was removed from the 60% selected itens i was waiting to buy her today it was really bad any chance to put her back??? on the 60% selected items???.

The 50% Historical Top Sellers list hasn't changed, and the ones shown do not discount with any new item nor take the Loyalty discount.
I am not loyal enough to get standard 30% discount I thought paltry 5% discount will not affect much but Daz is started giving double or triple loyalty savings. Hence loyalty savings is started affecting if I compared to standard 30% savings everyone got. I still want to thank for 25% savings. However I am also reluctant to purchase due to this. Specially for the items I can manage without it.

hmm ok but would be good if you could talk with the "sales" teams to see if it can be added, i really wanted to buy it and i've already saw they accepting that sort of request and adding "more stuffs" when make sense to the "sales" stuffs, would really be good to have that chance to get her.

@Galaxy, I know it may seem like it, but not "everyone got" the 30% discount. I know quite a few people who didn't. It's my understanding the amount of the discount is based on your spending at Daz; less money spent means a lesser discount. I have no idea if it's based on the past 11 months or not, but if you're just getting started around here, you're probably going to see a smaller loyalty discount because you probably haven't spent a small fortune. Yet.
