When I have three Debut New Releases in the cart, the extra 20% doesn't apply, only when I also add in a gift card. Is that how it's supposed to work?
hmmm today sales compared with previous days feels really weak with less products in many places and the 60% being only hairs that was the worst for me, i was expectating it get better for the last day of this week but i'm really disappointed.

But 5 connected products (1 base, 3 textures, 1 extra-morphs) without a bundle is not that cool. Especially those extra morphs are a bit expensive.
If the "buy 3 to get an extra 20% off"-option starts working (it does not right now or it does not combine with the loyalty discount), I'll see what I'll get but I might leave out all those textures for now although they are really nice.
Also seeing this. Definitely interested if it doesn't have to include the Gift Card, but a lot less interested if I can't use my store credit it on it (which is discounted by more than the offer, so a loss overall).

the buttom for the 2,99 stuffs does seems to be not proper working again, many "bundles which are display as part of the discount are not appearing in the list when you click on it.

Don't know if this is the right place to report this, but I'm pretty sure the main promo image on https://www.daz3d.com/couch-and-coffee-table-props is for some entirely different product. It's an office, and it doesn't have any of the items from the product in it.

With 3 expensive products required to get at least the 20% off, takes a bit the sense out for me in buying one.

about the "ticket" it will be pointless because the ticket system only works during the weeks commercial days( monday to friday) the sales will end before you get any support, even if not was that the ticket system in those days is taking much, much more longer than it could take normally(taking days and in some cases even more than one full week), while you will get the support it gonna take much more longer than what you could want.
It's working fine for me, I can't duplicate your problem. You do have one of todays new releases in the cart already, before you added the other product(s)?
Its not working for me either, new releases (todays) and the Visions Bathroom bundle does not cost $2.99 but $18.60.
Did you try it with a bundle ? It works with the other items; just not with the bundles. As an added note: the bundles it isn't working with appear on the main Loyalty Sale page but don't appear on the page when you click on the "View All' button. So, it is possible that the bundles are not supposed to be included in the sale and appear on the main Loyalty Sale page by mistake (??)
yeah the issue is which they are being listed in the main page of the sales as part of the sales but when you click in the buttom to go the "full list" they are not listed and when you add then to your cart from the main page with a "new" they don't go to the 2,99 price" as is supposed to go.

It looks like the error is in the scrolling banner. (Dont know what else its called) If you add the bundles that are shown when you click the VIEW ALL ITEMS button, those get discounted appropriately. I didnt not test all of them but I did test a few different ones that all discounted appropriately.

We wil report this - though I expect the fix will be to remove them from the carousel.
if you had given that example earlier, instead of copying the whole lot of thumbnails it would have been easier to have followed what was happening.

Ho ho ho! Another staff picks bundle. Well this time, there is only one item left for me in this bundle which are poses. Bummer. Wonder if DAZ plays it nice and offers those three freebies coming with the bundle with a heavy discount for folks owning most of the bundles items.
Buying the freebies if you don't want the bundle seems to be cheaper than getting the bundle. I like one designated freebie, and don't need/want any of the bundle items I don't already have.
Rather disappointing. Not paying $78 for one item! Sad to miss freebies. Ho ho ho!

Loyalty discount does apply, but even so, I'm not paying that much for the "leftovers" after I have already bought the items I wanted from that set. As for the freebies, I almost feel that they are taking the mickey - offering stuff that no one will pay for.
Either that, or I have already bought everything I need and want, so whatever they offered would lack appeal.
The think I am most annoyed about is the fantastic render in the Greeble City Blocks 04 which features a lot of items that are not in that set, or any other set that I can see for that matter.
So for the first time in a long time, its no sale.
Actually, I would pay for those goggles, as having another cyberpunk/dystopian sci-fi headset in my collection wouldn't hurt, it would be a new release to trigger some offers, and because I'm not going to pay far more to get the dregs that would be left in the Staff Picks bundle in order to get them as a freebie (IMO, bundles of popular products that have already been on the store a long time is not a well-thought-out model; most people will already have the bits they were interested in, leaving just an expensive price for stuff they didn't want).
However, the store is not applying any loyalty discount to the freebies if you actually want to buy them, so it looks like Daz is getting nothing out of me here.
