It doesn’t need a “PC+ for a day” for the discount to work, it’s supposed to give you extra discount on them too (which wasn’t working at first but seems to be fixed now).

Hmm. At first I thought it was being weird, but really it's just really easy to max out. One new release, plus both the All Hallows (free because new release) plus Bundle 8 is 4 new releases, which gets you to the cap of 20% off.
Ah, okay. I thought there was a Halloween category somewhere that I missed.

This isn't be the first hour. This was yesterday, but part of the sale changed earlier....
@L'Adair Is sales usually pretty busy? I put in a ticket at the time I spoke with you, but I still haven't received a response.
Customer Service is usually very busy during sales like this one. It took about three days to get a refund on an overcharge a couple of weeks ago. Most of the year, something like that would have taken about 24 hours. I'll be surprised if you don't hear from them later today.
I was going by the time at which you posted which was after daz midnight.
It's very busy unfortunately, I've waited a little over three days now for a refund of a couple of products I returned (wasn't thinking when I bought them, just impulsive buying of something I didn't really need *sheepish*)
It took 6 days for me to get an answer on a ticket I opened last week. And it'll be next week before I can restart my subscription :(
Fortunately there hasn't been anything much from my wishlist on sale the last few days.
Yes, CS is taking much longer than usual to respond to new tickets, but they are hard at work. I am still receiving active support on an older open ticket. I think they are just overwhelmed with the volume of sale-related tickets. I'm sure they will get to all of them. Maybe they are shorthanded, too. Who knows?

Yes, the categories are merged; so far, every second category has merged with the previous start of the week category to allow you to build a bundle between both.
(I'm not sure they meant to leave the 7 link up, but there's no actual error in the sale).
Suddenly a lot of the "Debut New Releases" and "Still New Releases" are showing full price on today's PC sale page.
Also, I'm starting to get "unable to load personalized data" on some screens. I even had a "bad gateway error" when uploadfing an image to the gallery.

Oh yeah forgot that they were lol..but more like making halloween special with the majority or all of them back on sale. A major flash sale is an option. I guess it's up to marketing.
I think the ship has sailed on halloween items now tbh.
The PC+ for a day DOES have new items in it... but it's hard to find them mixed in with the 2700 items they didn't clear out. Especially since they all come out in random order, even when set to sort by New Arrivals.
