Yes, at the end of the path string should be the main folder name only. The plugin will create, by itself, four sub-folders inside: logs, bakefiles, savestates, and temp.

i checked enabled on the water viewers.  set the input folder path.

i can see the water props waiting to do something.

for speed, i removed the grass and rocks.

    i didn't change anything else.

Did you set 100% completion at the last frame on the viewers? Is about all I can think of.

When you ask the plugin to run the simulation, don't forget to choose the Preset button instead the New simulation default button.

And, at frame 20, set to 100 % the completion value in each viewer.

If these don't work, could you upload the last log file of Fluidos (it's in your output folder, inside the logs subfolder), please?

No, Fluidos Companion is only for Daz Studio. sad

I'd like to create something similar in Carrara. It's very useful for quickly setting up Fluidos scenes.

It's pretty handy in DS, especially the thicken mesh option - it coped quite happily with the underhang in my current wip (see render). If I'd had to bring that back into my modeller to thicken, it would have been a definite pain!

So this is a quick sneak at what I'm currently working on. The waterfall is about 60ft across (you do NOT want to know how long the sim took on my PC getting it to that state! And it still needs a much smaller cell size for the final version, and I haven't even started on the particles & spray yet....). I'm hoping I can use the exported output. as a fliud mass into the final sim. Don't think I can extend the current sim, or start from a preset, cos I'm changing the cell size, and I think that's the one thing it doesn't let you change (please correct me if I'm wrong).

About now I want that 20 grand 'dream' PC, with the 18 core Xeon and twin RTX Quadras . . . lol

Would you believe I have not tried a single preset yet cheeky

Just to elaborate I have used FLUIDOS a lot but no presets

I experiment with stuff I set up myself

I must try it again with my 760 since my 980ti died, I actually think it might go better, I could be wrong but this card handles OpenGL much better I am finding. The fact I am now running one monitor off the motherboard using intel graphics helps no doubt too. I can now actually select both in things like GPU-Z etc

The new Fluidos version will be multithreaded besides the OpenCL.
