My mom wants me to look at my resume and edit it before she e-mails it to her co-worker on Monday morning. It is almost midnight. Why didn't she tell me her plan on Friday evening instead?
Thought I'd give Ron's Rain brushes another try, though like the first few times I used it I haven't the foggiest if I'm using them right~ Also taking a spin using zBrush to make custom morphs and whatnot! Still got no idea how I can package them all up when I'm done then distribute them though hnn. (Right now I only have one - altering the look of the mouth interior - but even still!)
If I don't see anything more that might need adjusting (Lighter rain, colors, etc) I might p ut it up into my Gallery tomorrow~
Any thoughts~?
And also, the raw render, and also the difference between the base mesh and the morph I made :>
I had popcorn for dinner yesterday. I sat in a dark room eating popcorn for an hour. Then the popcorn was gone but I continued to sit in the dark for two more hours except for a quick run to a lady’s room to quickly run back. There were a lot of people sitting in the dark room with me. We were all faced towards the same wall which had a moving picture projected on it.
My complaint about that venue is that the food is expensive. A cup of soda was about 6 dollars for a large. Some think that where I work a soda for two something was expensive, but six dollars for the soda which forced me to go to the lady’s room is too much. The thing is that I bought it even though I knew it was overpriced.
Complain to the management that you should get a refund because you returned much of the big soda to one of their collection bowls.

I never know what to do when it comes to postwork stuff like this haha, especially with all those fancy brushes and stuff~ So many to pick from which do I use and when and where and why and aaaaghh xD
Am I weird for wanting to go outside and take pictures of clovers? Here is a picture I managed to take before being told to come inside. Also a screenshot of my weather app to show it is not that hot outside. I want to enjoy the fresh air before it becomes too hot.
Of course not, I loved taking photos of clovers, moss, etc myself :D
Maybe I'll try digging some up later... If I can find any of them haha

Tell her that the health authorities say that people are becomimg unhealthy because they do no go out into the fresh air enough. One of the most common ones is the fact that more and more people are suffering from lack of vitamin D Hiding inside and dodging rays of sunlight could lead to more brittle bones since sunlight helps the skin produce Vitamin D, which strengthens bones.
There are a good many other benefits, but that is the most important one.
No, not at all... of course that assessment is coming from a person who routinely posts pictures of feaky spiders, large insects and bizarre fungi.
But it’s still way less weird than laying down on a clump of moss to take a frogs eye view photo of a salt water marsh...
I’m bothered that my photo of a ginormous snapping turtle didn’t come out good at all... they are so cool looking up close.
This might be fun to contemplate, but if you do it, you could be found liable for assault.
To clarify:
"A Salt" - Tasty on fries and margarita glasses.
"Assault" - could result in jail time.
Still kind of fuming over seeing these amazing new critters and stuff being denied a cr2 format. I'm used to having to app-hop (since I had to do that when rendering in Vue) so it's really more the notion they've abandoned compatibility to begin with than being forced to use DAZStudio long enough to pose and export to Cinema or Vue.
Really not sure why they still show the "Rendered in DAZ Studio" overlay either, since you can't even load it in anything else now. I guess since you can still export it as a (static...) object into other programs technically speaking they still need to point that out.
Oh well. At least things can still be exported, even if it's static :/ If I knew more about rigging I'd go try that out. Export it then rig it natively in Cinema. Morphs are out of the question though, since that's a Studio-only feature. Funny how DAZ and Poser offer that sort of thing natively~
Yeah, I too only saw the elipses. I also don't live here and weeks can go by between posts from me. In fact, just today I had to skim 300 posts in this thread just to get caught up. I know KK lives on a shoestring budget, and that shoestring is well-worn and frayed. Living to the penny like that is very high-risk. Every time he would bring it up he would talk about it as if there was no other way, no other possibilities. Maybe there weren't; I can't be the judge of that. But wow, if even one single thing goes wrong, just about everything falls apart very quickly. I truly hope he figures things out and I hope he realizes that nobody here ever meant for him to feel ostracized or ignored.
Next time I get paid I am definitely getting that new tyrannosaurus though. It's too nice looking to pass up on, even if I already have several haha (Can never have too many dinosaurs and dragons after all)
Yeah, sometimes the threads move pretty darn quickly and it's natural for stuff to get swept up in it. Even things that have more impact over random musing and whatnot or petty grumbling over things like screwing up a Depth of Field scene by upping the Shutter Speed along with the F-Stop rather than reducing it (Something I did last night)... Sometimes it just happens.
I've been worried about 'em too, even before they backed out of the thread, but... Honestly there's legitimately nothing I could do nor say that could possibly help given their situation :(
Unlike some others around these parts, I can't even offer advice....... It actually makes me feel more than a little helpless really. When all I can say is the stock "Man I hope things get better for you!" response :/
I get you. It's also a tough pill to swallow when we each realize that we're mere mortals and we cannot help everybody. I learned it in my 20s (and re-learned it in my 30s) that money isn't the answer to all of life's problems anyhow. Although lack of it can make life very harsh indeed. Hope he makes it.
May not be the answer, but it certainly can help yes. Here's to the hoping indeed!
On an unrelated and less significant note, I took that HDRI scene from earlier and re-rendered it with Swidhelm's soon to be discontinued Tyrannosaurus, and posed it as closely as I could get to the pose Digi-I's was in. Then some lil adjustments and reapplied the postwork layering to it and huzzah :D
Also made the base skin layer a lil more glossy and stuff, since the original render with Digi-I's I actually never intended for it to be raining to begin with. That was a last minute decision while I was looking over the image and thinking of what I could do to it after it was fresh off the Renderer. ^^

Why does my mom want to send my resume to her office before I have finished studying? I don't think her office is looking for someone who has my skills anyways.
Get it all in writing (say it's because you can't remember all the rules), then get advise from someone you can trust.
