I used the Daz Deals % Off sort on the "PC+ not included" categories and went to the last page. Everything listed had at least the advertised discount. Have you tried refreshing your cart page again, several hours later? If the discounts aren't back, it could be that Daz pulled those products out of the Birthday sale categories for some reason.
That is exactly what appears to be happening. The stores keep being pulled from the Victoria sale and then offered with lower discounts as "featured artists". See also this thread: https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/260146/what-is-happening-with-the-victoria-birthday-sale#latest
This is the trouble with gift cards...your subconscious (or at least my subconscious) tends to think of it as "free money", and so I normally end up spending it all in short order and then see something else I have to pay for in the normal way. All in the same credit card billing period. I've been good this month, partly because I was really BAD at spending in past months, and partly because of the nature of the deals.

Thanks for reporting. So, we shall see. I am already pretty unhappy that the Beauty of Asia sale and offer ended a day early and had complained to sales about that.

I guess I should have put for some reason in quotes. Or I could have just stayed with the original, to prevent stacking discounts, but that sounded a bit too much like stating speculation as fact…
Soooo... out comes a splendid new male figure (-addon) named Dolb... and what do we get as an incentive to spend some more money on him, his additional hair colours and whatever else is new today? Is it "buy 3 to get another xx% off..." or "buy XX to get yy% extra off the PAs below..."?

Anybody getting a banner with additional discount for the Raiya/oot-bundle? Bummer with those last two sales. Really nice products but no real incentive (like buy 2-3-4 for extra discount) to buy. Still sitting on my store credit recently purchased.
I didn't check out my cart yesterday during the "New Raiya and Outoftouch bundle" today my free "gift" with purchase was no longer free and only one item from the artist back catalog was getting the additional % off.
I've been away for two days, and I don't feel like I missed anything in the store. With no incentive to buy more than one new item, the things I want went straight to wishlist.
should I just check out and put in a ticket or wait for them to fix it?
Also my purple banner for today's sale is not working on all items in artist catalogs. For example "Project Eyeray" is listed as $6.99 on the catalog page, and when I put it in my cart I do not get the additional 20% off.
It's working on that product for me.

The Boom Chica Morphs HD for Genesis 8 Female, which I popped in my basket this morning, has lost its original 30% new release discount (and so has Japanese Cottage).

Still the same price on the wall as it is in my cart, no additional discount for me. Basiclly it seems to be that everything already marked 60% off or more is not giving any additional discount for me in any of the sales even if I "meet the requirement" such as purchase the new item in yesterday's sale, or have the banner in today's sale.
On a side note, I am having a lot of trouble attaching files to my posts too. They say "no file chosen" even after I have picked them, so I give up and then just post my message then one of them is attached.....

Well it is the entire sale category that has lost it's base 30% off and the enhanced 50% off if you buy an approriate new release is not working either.
At the moment there also seems to be an issue attaching images to posts, but I'll see what I can do about attaching after I post, actually it does seem to work but says it's not.

Is anything working in this sale? I do believe it ends today and I'd like to buy a few things but I'm not sure I will if it's all messed up.

It's getting closer but it now seems that we have the base 30% discount and an added percentage as the discount increases to 45% instead of the advertised 50%.
I decided to just screen shot everything and turn it whatever didn't discount. It's a pain, I have to screen shot each item at it's store price and then in my cart to show that the additional 20% is not being applied. For the other sale I had to screen shot my cart before and after adding a new product item to show discounts didn't apply.
I could swear there was a message/banner offering an additional discount on the products of the Vicky Birthday Sale (not the new releases!). This was supposed to last until end of the 25th but now both the message and the added discounts are gone. Did I get the date wrong and it expired on Sunday? But I could swear FaceGen still showed the additional discount some hours ago.
No. You got the date correctly. The message has disappeared but checking a couple of items that wouldn't otherwise qualify for the extra discount it appears that the extra discount is still being applied
I have a problem that I am very concerned about. A few days ago I bought a gift card at the 10% off price to use on the Victoria Birthday Sale, but I never received an email with the redemption code and it did not go to the spam folder. I contacted customer support and opened a ticket, but I haven’t heard anything from them yet. I am afraid that I will not get this issue solved until after the Victoria Birthday Sale is over, and my question is what will happen if I can’t check out before then. I know that if I buy an item and the price changes, customer support can credit the difference, but if the items are in my cart and I can’t check out will customer service still give me the items at sales prices when this issue is resolved even if it is after the sale ended? I would just go ahead and check out except that I bought a $325 gift card to pay for the $318.41 (regular price $2,289.48) items in my cart and I don’t happen to have another $325 to spend. I took screen shots of everything in my cart showing the sales prices and my total. I haven’t had to use customer support in years, but in the past I was able to call and talk to someone and get the issue resolved quickly. I see that there is no longer a phone number listed, which is a shame, because waiting to hear from the help desk before the time runs out on this Sale is making me nervous. Does anyone have any helpful suggestions?
