Been having loads of fun doing 'regular' folks with Altern8.

Here's Lucas (with lots of tweaks to make him look Asian), H&C business suit for G3M, and CC beard boss (which I'm probably going to use in just about every male and a few female renders), Agent Hair for G3M, and Altern8 (which I've been having a blast playing with lately)

I like that one, he's a bit more regular than gramps.

This was for Llola's monthly challenge. This month is triangles. Lots of triangles with this set!

Beautiful! Love the silhouette against the gorgeous sky!

    Thank you, @Wonderland.

I know nothing about Coachella, but I really like your image! the post work turned out great.

In honor of the Coachella music festival last weekend. It's funny, I did this image first then later saw this article about fashion at Coachella. I think I was pretty spot on! https://www.cnn.com/style/article/festival-fashion-trends-style/index.html

Did a little hair painting on Wild Wind Hair and got bits and pieces of different outfits and a variety of shaders. Also grunged it up a bit in Photoshop to make it a bit more arty or like a photo with Instagram filters...

Another render in my series 'finalizing projects is really boring and I'm distracted and trying to keep myself entertained'.

Jordynne at about 50%, maybe a bit of Alexandria, assorted other stuff, Altern8 again (though honestly with the lighting I'm not sure how much it matters)

Keep entertaining...I'm bored too and my computer is slower than yours. laugh

Maybe a reflection map or a catch light for the eyes? Or better yet, a single white dot brush in photoshop on each eye.

It's a cheap trick laugh, but I use it all the time!

  • I was inspired by* a new anime (Saredo Tsumibito wa Ryū to Odoru) which uses these "arcane circles" extensively in it's magic system. I wondered if I could recreate them in 3D and with the help of redheadstock's PS brushes it turns out that, using the Iray emissive channel, it couldn't be easier.

    * "was inspired by" as in "totally ripped off" laugh

I was contemplating making a figure for Ollie, but I couldn't make him unique enough, in my mind, for it to work (plus lack of time to get something done).

I made a skin texture based on MRs. Never quite happy with it, but just ran it through Altern8 and tweaked a lot and got a result I'm fairly happy with.

Playing with the new dForce Kimono/Yukata from Rendo. That's on the foreground character (G3). The background G2 is wearing the Peony Kimono (posed, not dForce)

    Visiting Preschool

Yesterday I was visiting a local preschool and since the local law does not allow photographing the kids in there without the permission from a parent or a guardian, I decided to make an artistic rendition of something that happened during my morning there.

I've been playing with Bar Interior 2018. Lighting it is a bit troublesome as it's an interior set. I found that adding three ghost lights helped immeasurably.

    Render time: 35 mins (1,600 x 900).

Another Japanese themed render, this time using all-Daz products, including https://www.daz3d.com/old-japanese-town-edo-vol5

I think it turned out okay, considering I used M3, Genesis and G2 characters.
