  As near as I can tell, the name is supposed to be "Korin Hair 2" - it's intended for "Korin 2 for MayaDoll" (the next link down on the page), but it appears to be a simple hair prop so it should be usable with any character with a bit of tweaking.

  Edit, now that I've downloaded both files: Korin 2 Hair is a patch for the hair in Korin 2 - you'll need both files to get the hair and all of its textures.

  A free utility, that looks to be the equivalent to Wardrobe Wizard (or CrossDresser, considering you need modules for the character you're converting to) for hair:
