It's the Nigerian State Lotto, and there's a prince willing to match your $500,000 stake . . . . (must be true: I got an email!)

wondering if people in Nigeria know?

already returning new LG monitor for a Philips.  never occurred to me to check if it had builtin speakers.  it's 29inch instesad of 34.

...Sapphire AMD GPU cards? Those won't work for Iray.

need something for video edit pc.  3 and 5 point cuts

...ahh, don't do animation myself. Not when a single scene can take all night to render. I'm OK in Carrara, but it doesn't allow as use of the many morph utilities I have as well as a lot of Daz content these days only having Iray shaders. BTW, is G3 still not compatible?

    there's a workaround for g3.

Time heals all DAZ wounds.  I wanted Michael7 for a long time but couldn't justify the price.  Yesterday I got him for $13.  Yea!  DAZ models depreciate faster than a new car.

I think someone with an iPad hacked into my facebook account or I am just paranoid.  while I was in the bathrub I got a notification that someone was trying to get into my account.   Well a notice that I was having difficulty logging in, but I was in the bath and not trying to use facebook.   I looked into it and it said that I had an iPad logged into my account.  I do not have an iPad.  Colour me confused or paranoid but this feels like something irritating asbug under my skin.

Contact them immediately and tell them this!  And change your password...to something hard to guess, not your pet fish's name.

    Dana

I have changed it to a password generated by something other than my pet fish's name and also put in some hopefully better security settings.   I will try to figure it out more tomorrow.

Other complaints is that the van that was going to take me to work tomorrow has a bad tire so gotta use Uber to get to work if I want to be there on time.  Also I am having difficulty trying to lie down to sleep because I got yelled at too much over little stuff.  I might have done wrong or something but it was not worth being yelled at over in my opinion if that matters. It is just too much! I do not want to go into much details but I am getting my support team involved for my sanity.  Not to get anyone into trouble but to keep me from doing something stupid. I am afraid I cannot say too much more but as long as it is known for now I am safe other than having some insomnia flair up.

    room mate troubles?

And also apparently tablet problems too.    I need to write on my project Mili and Memories of Camp Joy.  I am trying to figure out if Camp Joy is the right name.

Well it depends on what happens to the heals.

Makes me think of Time heals all wounds and the camp Joy as Mili likes to call it.   To be honest, Camp Joy is not a good place no matter how much Mili sugar coats it, she knows that.  She just do not want to be a complainer.   I want to create her as a character who is always happy.  I also want to give her depth.

..ah half the month's nearly passed and already working on a piece for another challenge with some big prizes.  As I mentioned I'm, "OK" in Carrara, and Leela doesn't translate over very well (a number of custom morphs are lost since as I mention I use several Daz vnedor morph resoruce tools, as well as her skin colour and freckles).

WRONG! surprise  A fortune cookie number won a big prize a few weeks (months) ago.  Unfortunately there were so many winners that it watered down the winnings for any individual. frown

...OK finally some good news. Earlier this afternoon I received a call from one of the low income places I was interested in.  The fellow I spoke with said if I could get there today and put an application inm the place was mine.  This is the apartment I really wanted as it is literally in the heart of the city . So I told him I was on my way immediately getting my stuff together (which included an application I already filed out) and headed to the bus stop.  As providence would have it I never waited for more than two minutes for every connection that  would get me there (Maybe a hidden message?).

Suffice to say, after I filled out some additional paperwork, I got a very good feeling

So stopped on the way home at my neighbourhood pub where the barman made me two classy drinks.

The first was a Gin Buck which is an old 1920s drink.  The gin in the drink was a pre- prohibition styled Gin that also involved herbal digestives, so totaly fitting.

The second is my ultimate favourite, a pre Prohibition style Whiskey Sour (that used egg whites) which I affectionately call it "The Drink".

...yeah a bit "drunkapated" tonight, but the situaion warranted it.

The other point where it breaks down is when it actually does hit 120ºF. No fish, no water, no relief. Planes are grounded (regional jets, anyway... the larger can go to 122º before they run out of lift). The folks in Qatar must have very long runways.

1920s style drinks.  yumma wanna try it. cheeky  mann could go for a cosmo right naos

mucho lluvia this week.  it's what i imagine life in Seattle is like.

complaint google apps.  in a spreadsheet, right click doesn't have a format cells dialog.
cntrl A to select all, i don't see how to set all the row heights.  sizing a cell is in pixels, i need inches. i dont see how to show the spreadsheet in page layout view.
need to set each cell at 3x1.5 inches to  print labels.
the cntrl + '  doesn't dup the cell above it.

on the plus side, the google spreadsheet can print barcodes from an online barcode generator.
