    If you already bought V8 pro you will may not get V7 pro free because it was supposed to be in the cart with V8 pro to be free. You could have included it with your purchase of V8 pro even though you had already purchased it. All you have to do is click on the red purchased button and it is added to your cart.

    That said, customer service is usually pretty liberal and if you carefully explain the situation to them they may help you, although they are under no obligation to do so.

    Yes, I believe that if you explain to customer service very clearly what the situation is, they will help you resolve this. They are really very nice and accommodating about helping customers resolve problems like this. Although, like Charlie Judge said, they are technically not obligated to do so, because you didn't actually have all the items in the cart at the same time.  Give them a chance, and I bet they will please you.

    In your own words, explain:

    1. When you saw the offer to get V5 pro, V6 pro, and V7 pro free with V8 pro, you wanted to take advantage of that offer and return the previous V7 Pro purchase.
    2. You are a fairly new user and did not know how to put a previously purchased product in the cart again, so you had to leave V7 Pro out of the cart with V8 pro.
    3. You are asking them to refund the price you paid for V7 pro but leave it in your product library as the freebie that should come with your V8 pro purchase.
    4. Make it easy for them; include the first V7 pro order number, date of purchase, and price you paid. Include the new V8 pro order number so they can easily verify your purchase.
    5. If they agree to your request, by default they will refund the money to you as store credit. If that is not acceptable to you, tell them now that you want the money returned to the charge card you used, for example. I always take store credit, because that is easiest for them and for me, since I always have something new I want to buy. I figure  that the simpler you make it for them, the easier it will be for them to accommodate your request.

    They are usually quick about responding to requests like this. I would expect you to hear back from them a couple work days after you submit your request. They may be a bit swamped now, so it may take a bit longer.

    Thank you Charlie Judge and Barbult, I sent in the request with the info and numbers from both orders and made my request as simple as I could. I have to add the part where I didn't know I could put V7 into the cart. I'm not a new user just didn't know I could click on the purchased button to have it added to cart. Hoping for the best and thanks again!

    I remember that. There was a bit of fuss at the time, but obviously they've decided to stick with no bundle for the future. It really bugs me. The head and body morphs for G8 are a necessity. They're not an option like a new outfit or something. You will NEED them for characters, and you need them cos quite frankly, Genesis 8 Female is ghastly. 

    We had a very successful garage sale yesterday, so I actually have the funds to purchase Victoria 8 Pro bundle. I was really torn - get the Pro which could possibly net you a discount down the line when M8 or Monique or other iconics come out....or not get the Pro because I'm tired  of the "new shiny best thing" and that I kinda don't like V8 much. Her face is nice, but I don't like the eyebrows and I'm hearing that peeps aren't keen on the skin shader or her eyes. So after thinking on it overnight, I've decided to pass on V8. I'm simply not interested at this point in time. Yes, she can wear G3F clothing (except shoes) so I really don't need to start a new wardrobe for her.....so that helps. But yeah.....I'm not interested in her. It's a weird feeling to actually be able to safely afford a pro bundle even with australian currency conversion ($59US = $77AUS) and not want it. If my 10% discount for owning one previous Victoria genesis pro bundle could have been applied against JUST the Victoria 8 base, then I might be more inclinded to pick her up. But it doesn't. It only works on the pro bundle which frankly, I don't want.

    They didn't bundle the morphs for G3F or G3M, either. But I do agree with you...

    I am another person pondering about whether or not to get the pro pack. I own all three previous Victoria pro packs, so I get the full additional 30% off, but I am a bit disappointed that 2 of the four outfits are SciFi, a genre I never render, and another one is an impractical fantasy armour, of which I already have many, and almost never use them. I like the V8 base, and one of the characters, but there is no additional discount for picking up individual items in the pack, only for those outside the pack. 

    However I will pick up the two morph packs and the expressions, which at $20 for the three is a pretty good deal, and gives me a good base for creating characters with G8.

    @havros   I think you'd like the Voss Hair, Vertigo Ponytail for hair, and the Boho Outfit is very, very practical- the two characters are nice. So for the price that you get for 30% off, it rather pays for itself just with the two hair products, one casual outfit, and even if you only use one of the two characters. If you follow my logic. And with kit-bashing, Throne Defender has usable boots that aren't flat, but not high-heeled, and the arm guards are nice for kit-bashing too. So without using any of the sci-fi stuff, I think you'd like what you can use.

    Maybe that is my problem with the V8 Pro bundle. Not the quantity of content included, but the type. I understand SciFi and Anime themed content for something like Aiko or Keiko. But it seems unusual for a Victoria figure.

    Anyhow, also on the fence, with a 20% discount here.

    I'm kicking myself for not using my PC coupons during last week's DO Sale.  I was hoping there might be better items to use them on with the G8 intro, but that doesn't look promising thus far...

    Well, if you want the Genesis 8 morphs you could use the one for DAZ Originals on that.

    In general I try to use the coupons on the first order I would make anyways and that qualifies

    I had no trouble. As I recall, that offer was made on two separate days, but you have to have a new release from that day's sales page to trigger the free item  and it won't work if you have more than 1 item from the free list in your cart.

    Yay, MICK! I've been wanting that since it came out a couple months ago. The Armory add-on looks very cool, and with the V8 discounts is a very good price in the shopping cart. Lots of great Faveral stuff on sale today. I'm in trouble!

    I picked up the bone Doctor and OOT's Mega Wardrobe for G8F yesterday... and cleaned out my budget for June, (plus a teeny bit of July's budget!) I'm not buying into G8, as I said, but over in the Morphs for G3 to G8 thread, on page 3, there are instructions from Singular Blues that let you create a G8F clone for your G3F... so I can now use the Mega Wardrobe on my G3 ladies.

    All the sales look interesting... But​, most of the discounts on older items aren't as good as they have been in recent months.  And, I have all earlier Incarnations of Victoria and most of the bundle items...only a couple that I still want.

     I like the new curly hair...but, it isn't exactly what I was after....

    I guess I'll wait and see if anything more exciting comes along.

    So, if you're a Platinum Club member, you don't get any additional discount on the PC items in today's sale...is that the way it's supposed to be? I don't mind if it is, just want to make sure.

    (Edit: nevermind, need TWO new items for the discount to trigger).

    I submitted a help ticket to the Daz sales team for the additional 10% off (suggested by another forum member), and the Daz sales team was nice enough to give me store credit for the difference.  They didn't include the sales tax adjustment in the credit, but I'm just happy to have (finally) received a discount credit for my V5/Carrara Pro purchase!

    Hopefully they get the issue with the cart discounts resolved soon, for those having issues.

    I guess it is because G3F is now the "out of date" female model, whilst G3M is the latest and greatest male model, and as such gets a smaller discount!

    It's not working for me. One new release in cart, (Lennox for G3M,) and the PC+ item(s) are the same price I'd pay without buying a new release. No incentive to start using July's budget today...!

    Still not working for me with the example shown in my post above (Tan Lines and Fantasy Theif)  but did seem to work with Tan Lines and Elven Hair when I tried that.
