    Definite buy, wasn't expecting the next generation to be released so soon, still waiting for dental plan for the genesis 3 folks if it's in the works

    Genesis 8 took me by suprise as well. Wanted the pose converter done first as that would help more people. The morph packages are on their way. Still busy designing them.

    Zev0, will this convert facial expressions as well, or just body poses?

    Expressions are morphs not poses, they can't be transferred this way.

    Not in the G3 and G8 lines-- the facial rigging is there so they are poses and not morphs.

    A question. Victoria 8 is Genesis 4? I see Victoria 8 and G8 being mentioned I want to make sure my nomenclature is correct.

    Never mind, I see the new line is being called Genesis 8. I will mourn Genesis 4 through 7.

    This might eliminate some confusion though.

    Technically yes she is Genesis 4. But Genesis 4 was renamed to 8 so the numbers match figure numbers.

    So it doesn't convert the transforms on the facial rigging?

    Depends. Most of the face rigging is locked to pose dials. When people add expressions in poses they normally use the expressions or pose controls. In that regard the script will detect those and port it over.

    Just so I'm understanding... you are designing a program that will bring G3 characters (Georgia, Kimberly, Rune etc) onto G8F... I have an extensive G3F (and G3M... but we have to wait for G8M) library and I really want to use them on the G8 figures.  I know it's not related to THIS product, but I thought I understood that you mentioned it off handedly... becuase if you are, I will DEFINITELY be getting in line to throw you money.

    Unfortunately not. I never handled or made character translation products.

    meh... I probably got my wires crossed.... but while I have your attention, Will it be possible to convert V4/M4 poses into G8F/G8M with this if you have all of the other converters as well?

     Perhaps you should go back and read Zev0's initial post. Look at the last promo image.

    Oh no... I've already bought a lot of Zev0 products and will continue to do so and the pose converter is a nesccesity.
