Trying to find updates has been very hard. haven't seen anything yet on DIM. and haven't seen any from other sites. So far my only choice is to load everything in Daz 4.24 then save the scene and then open it in Daz 6... this is costing me a lot of time and headach!!!

No plug-ins have been updated yet, when they are I am sure it will be announced by their authors.  don't know that any scripts have had an update as such, though some work anyway.

A couple PAs have said in the Daz PA Commercial Products forum that they've submitted updated assets to Daz. But no one can say how long it will take for them to release.

I don't see any option to select Daz Studio 6 in the Daz Help Center when trying to report problems. ( I posted this accidentally in the beta thread again. I don't know why I keep doing that.)

Anyway to disable the AI agent? I have to deal with useless AI tools at work all day, I dont need it in one of the things I use to relax & destress.

It's a plugin. Uncheck it in the plugin screen found in the Help menu.

I got a problem with the render window in DS 6.25 (with RTX 5090). It looks like anti aliasing (and perhaps other options) aren't shown but once I save the picture all looks as expected. Really easy visible on the left side diagonal lines of the picture, but also the face of the character is all blurry in the render window.
The same in DS 4.24 (with RTX 4090) looks as expected render window = saved render.

Not sure if I miss a setting in DS 6.25, but I didn't find a difference compared to my DS 4.24 settings.

Is the actual saved render good?

Yes, that's the picture on the right. The diagonal lines there are not jagged. While the picture taken from the render window has jagged lines. It's annoying since only once fully rendered and saved I can check how the render looks.

I reported it as well. I didn't read through the rest of the posts before reporting it to see DoctorJellybean reported it. They are working on it, though.

Thank you both for reporting the problem.

I'm noticing that your render window is bigger than the saved picture, so perhaps it is just an upscaling issue in the preview. In DS4 you can't resize the preview.

I reported my toobar problem that I described here and that crosswind was able to reproduce. I was able to select the correct version of Daz Studio in the help request because of this fix. Thank you.

    Potential D6 bug and shaders.

I have a character I have used for a couple of years now who has a Colorworks shader for her hair color. When I open her in D6 the hair becomes a bright neon ball.

She loads fine in both D4 and the D2026 Public Build too, only issue is in the new D6.

The shader applied is this one https://www.daz3d.com/colorwerks-hair-shaders-for-iray

@AstroFox what hair are you using? Is it a strand-based hair or mesh hair?

Don't know if this was mentioned, if it was, I apologize.

Keyboard shortcuts no longer work. Upon investigating, they seem to work only as "context sensitive" shortcuts, which is uninituitive, and not user friendly at all. In order for me to get them to work whenever time I need them, I must be active in the Viewport pane. I need to Orbit, Pan, or Zoom in the viewport, making sure I don't accidentally unselect what I am trying to save out, in order for my shortcuts to work.

I am using Daz Studio with an RTX 5070 graphics card. All the texts in the user interface appear blurry and in low resolution. I didn't experience this issue in previous versions of Daz Studio; it started happening with this current release (Daz Studio 6). How can I fix this UI blurriness problem?

Could you post a screenshot, please? What type of monitor are you using?

Ah thank you this hint helped me to identify the problem. I have display scaling set to 125% in Windows. Therefore the render window is bigger too, both in DS 6.25 and DS 4.24.

In DS 4.24 the picture in the render window is still sharp, although it's bigger, while in DS 6.25 it gets blurry and jagged. Guess I continue to use my PC with DS 4.24 and the RTX 4090 to work with Daz Studio. DS 6.25 has so many issues. :(  Just sad I can't put my RTX 5090 to good use.

Drop-down menus and pop-ups just fine but the problem is main interface. My monitor 2K QHD (2560x1440).

Has the software been pulled due to bugs because I haven't been able to install it at all... Just fails constantly and just says 'Retry'.  No response from Daz by means of support either

No, this is not a general problem as far as I now - have you tried restarting (DIM, the system)? Have you, if you can, tried one a different machine?

Yes, system reboot. Dim restarted several times. Uninstalled all content and previous Daz installs but still the same.

    b) Is DAZ Studio 6 only a temporary trial version and will I have to subscribe to an expensive plan to really use it?

No, it's not. It works like DS4 did, there's a free version and if you're a Premier member you have access to more features.

"Premier member you have access to more features"

Eventually, because I've discovered that even though the the Premier plugins have been installed, they are unavailable, at least on my Mac version. No auto save, no pose conversion, no face transfer, no geometry sculpting, no shape transfer. Or, all the things I upgraded to Premier to have available. Daz sure does want you to use that AI feature though. Really wants you to. Why is that?

Geometry Sculptor is working correctly on my system.
Environment: M5 MacBook, 16 GB RAM, DAZ Studio 6.25.2026.14722.

On the 'Ready to Download' tab, there is an option to 'Delete Partial Package(s)' on the context menu (mouse right-click) for the product that may clear Retry issue.
