I saw them and thought, still not cheap enough. The Presidential Bundle is editorial content, so worthless to me. The extras are unappealing. And the other bundles are nothing special since I don't use Gen 9. I couldn't find one bundle in the whole set worth it to me.
@FrankTheTank a lot of the content in there is g8.1, g8, and older. Naturally, it's fine if the content doesn't appeal to you; but it's not really a G9 thing. There is some G9 content, and there is plenty of other stuff, too.

The 2 characters are editorial license. Not sure about the rest of the contents.
You know what else? The coupon can be used more than once.

Sadly, it looks like it caps at using it twice. I went back for a greedy 3rd time and the coupon is invalid.
Seems that it was a mistake. It now has the "usable once" on the page, and only works once (or at least not anymore if you have alraedy used it once or thrice).

@WendyLuvsCatz look at the individual products, like Donnie 9. They have hidden the fact that the bundle contains product with editorial content, as far as I can see. It is not disclosed at bundle level anyplace that I can see.

It happened at least once. One of my fellow role playing gamers got me into this hobby & taught me the basics of DS 2 & 3, even though I have a terrible learning curve for software or hardware of any sort. Anyway, one time as a gift he got me a $100 GC here. I don't remember why, we didn't usually exchange gifts. It might have been when I was getting back to the hobby after a long break. But it was very welcome and I never forgot the kindness.
I'm kind of glad for a bit of a lull in the mega sales (yeah, sure- if one were to pop up now, I'd be all in!); it gives me a chance to play with what I've accumulated during the last two sales. Even so, I still stumble on surprises in my Content Library.
