Price point precludes a full character - The freebies have been $9.99 items, far as I can tell. I haven't grabbed all of them - Some of them didn't interest me even for free. Characters usually retail for more than $9.99. Anyway, I think that item is fancy trim. I might use it over a bodysuit or other clothing piece. By itself, it's just what you see there. That said, I like the item. Must download it and check it out more fully.
Hadn't even looked at the price point, tbh. I downloaded it for the ear and arm decorations, and maybe the shoulders. The front part would definitely have to be over something, as there's no other way it's staying on short of magic or adhesives (ow). Also definitely not my style, but I can tell a lot of thought and artistry went into it. Kudos to the PA.
It could also be used with a second skin type product to make it look as if it was atached to something.

Also big woot for the PA gifts; I don't have the sweater to go with that texture set yet, but it's on my WL. And the morphable beach toys are so petty, I might just have to figure out a water fun scene.
I have been waiting for some sort of a deal on GCs for a few weeks, but this one is particularly poor. I might have considered it if the discount had been 20 or 25%, but since I don't want any of today's new releases, let alone 2 of them, I would need a GC of a least 200 just to break even. It is an easy pass.

I might have bitten if Still New were included (I have a few things in there that I wishlisted due to lack of store credit) but - no disrespect to the Artists - nothing today is of any interest to me.
Luthbellina bringing the full-coverage badass chick gear that I always want more of, and Polish seems to be returning to their old art direction with the new club. I just need to see some people inside so I can see how they'll look.
I really need a good gift card sale but having to buy two items from such a limited selection in order to get a mere 10% discount is so poor t'hat it is a hard pass for me. I guess I'll mostly be sitting out the Christmas in Juky sale.

I was happy too see it too, though it looks more... shiny? It's on my wishlist now anyway, and I'll buy it eventually.
And I love how thorough the promos always are. You can see exactly what you're getting and how it interacts with different conditions.
Also, deep respect for anyone who gives masc-bodied characters options for makeup. +1,000 for inclusion and shattering stereotypical gender norms.
Emphasis mine. Yes, yes, yes. 1000% yes. Caius is joining my runtime today for sure. I adore CC's characters and how they always come with so many options. Everyone deserves to look and feel fantastic, no matter their gender, and CC delivers time and time again. Thank you, Changling Chick!
The GC offer is a strange one. What's so wrong with offering us a 10% discount with one debut or even one still new purchase? So many of us would bite. Where's the downside for Daz in that? In all seriousness, I sometimes find it hard to believe they actually want our money.

Yes, this gift card sale is not for me either. Two buy-ins for only a 10% off on the gift card is not attractive. Besides, there's only one item I really wish among today's debut new releases (the environment bundle by Polish, which I'm buying, by the way).
Extended til Daz midnight, which was a happy thing for me because it originally ended 1 minute after I got a free minute to look. It includes recent still-new wishlisted items, which is nice.
And then I got distracted - after testing a few wishlisted items, I emptied my cart so i could go get a gift card first and forgot to re-add the new items to get the 10% off the gift card.
Maybe they honestly believe that people will believe it's a great deal if they're told it is. Maybe enough do that it works out for them, but for me they mostly just make it super easy to nope out. I never bother unless it's 20% or over after the buy-in.
Loving the freebies in this sale! That said, starting with zero tokens and zero punches feels like an anti-giftcard. :) Still waiting for an opportunity to play.

Today's 2 free items are near the bottom of the page - I almost missed them. Blossoms plus a set of ear piercings.
.No interest in Madison 9. Not. At. All. Nothing new or interesting in either the character or add-on bundle.
I haven't gotten anything but freebies this month, except for very early on, to use up the last of my Premier coupons before my membership ended. I picked up the cyber augments from the Lyna add-on. And I am fine with that.

I already own all the starter bundles that are offered for $1 with the purchase of a Madison bundle and there is no extra discount for owning all of them. So no real incentive for me to purchase.
Figures yesterday had two HoliDaz items I wanted, AND a wishlist discount coupon (which I didn't end up using, but still). Today... nada. Looks like I'm back to no punches for tomorrow.
Ah well. Always another sale.

Oh definitely! I'm just wishing a bit that I hadn't hit the Outlet so hard when it first came out. I'd have stuff left I wanted, and it could give me punches. Ah well, live and learn. If/when they do end up changing it at some point, I'll pace myself.
I know what you mean. I do have some things left in the .99 section of the Outlet that I'm interested in, and I used them a few times for punches, but I was also lucky quite a few times with the holiday deals. I kinda like this sale, it's fun for me so far.
The "PUNCHING-UP" coupon is not working for me. Did I miss something? In fact I don't understand what it will do....
It'll give you 20% off on 1 item if you have one punch, on 3 items if you have two punches and on 10 items if you have three punches.
If you don't have any punch, it'll do nothing.
the banner on front page says FINAL CATCHUP WEEKEND. Does that mean the current Xnmas in July sale is ending, or does that mean this sale will get extended until sometime in August?
