Are you referring to Toon Drinks? If so, the Materials are listed as: Daz Studio FilaToon Material Presets (.DUF)
Listed where? I didn't see filatoon this morning.... It does say so now. I was looking for it.
I guess I can YAY again. My apologies to the PA, esha. (In the cart now)
I would assume this was in the readme.
No, it was upfront on the promos in the What's Included and Features and separated out as Daz Studio FilaToon Material Presets (.DUF).
I already apologized to esha. I must have not seen it. My bad. Dude. Thanks for telling me I was wrong after I admitted it.
Chill out. @memcneil70 was responding to Richard not you. Now ypou owe another apology.
Naw, they get a pass. I hope if they bought the item, they will enjoy it and gift us with a render one day. I did buy it, but as my life goes, my actual rendering time is small and I don't have much inspiration now. So just play with it and find peace. Mary
Thank you. A gift for you. Although, drinks don't take up a lot of space generally. This lovely lady loves your bubble tea.
@jmucchiello - Very restful and hopeful for a lovely spring/summer.
What I love about all of esha's products are how the textures work so well with one another.
Mary
I replied two months I'd get back to this. I finally did. And it is beautiful. Works perfectly. Wasn't even interested in the reverse part. I just didn't want it dropping frames. And this script delivers.
Thanks again.
Seriously confused on DreamLight's choice of promo image style. Supposedly they're trying to sell the background, but in pretty much every image, the only thing in the picture that's clear is the character. I seem to remember the previous product from them had a kind of out-of-focus thing going, but this one it's super pronounced, and in a many of the shots it's blurry to the point of being almost unrecognizable.
Why wouldn't you want to promote what your actual product is?
Or at least put the list of assets used in the ad if you're promoting that figure and dress. :)
There has been a dearth of new biomes for UltraScenery 2. I am so pleased the new Maple Forest has come out. I was concerned Howie had lost interest once USC2 was a DO product. And, as usual, Howie has listed other products used, which is so useful.
Regards,
Richard
Great to see, that Howie Farkes are publishing again.
I have worked on the theory that all the PAs who have a lot of scripts/plug-ins have been very busy behind the scenes. The Maple Forest flew into my cart without thought.
Luthbel's Kaien Ren is stunning. If he was out a year ago, he likely would have been an instant buy, despite the price. Today? I love him, but I don't have a particular use for him at the moment, so in the wishlist he'll likely go.
In the abscence of any evidence otherwise I assume the promo' images represent the expected result of using the product, so pass.
It's a product with background and foreground items, and cameras too.
I don't know if the cameras are loaded with DoF active, but showing renders with various DoF settings doesn't feel strange to me, especially when each set has a promo render showing how it looks without any DoF active.
Many of Howie's Ultrascenery modules(?) are on sale since he's in the featured artist list today. There were a few I was eyeing in the "nice to have" bucket that might end up in the "I have" bucket by end of day.
Example render made with:
https://www.daz3d.com/ultrascenery2--maple-forest
https://docs.daz3d.com/public/read_me/index/114000_114999/114957/start
Probably going to get him. Though, is the head and body morph seperate? It says it in the DETAILS, but not in the INCLUDED & FEATURES list. @Luthbel is good about making seperate morphs, but I'd rather be sure.
Ooooo, loving https://www.daz3d.com/bw-sea-queen-outfit-for-genesis-9 for a Mera cosplay. Now I just need an Aquaman outfit....
@SilverGirl: Agreed, the turquoise scaly clothing is really nice. I have loved such things for ages, even getting one on a V3 character.
I also really like the Underwater City too. The way the visibility fades with distance is great. Presumably it's done in the environment definition, tweaking fog strength & colour. The effect is amazing.
Regards,
Richard
Amazing, @richardandtracy!
Could you share it at https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/108001/the-older-generation-victoria-2-3-michael-2-3-and-their-children-renders/p23, please?
Did I miss it? How is there no overhead pic of https://www.daz3d.com/main-street-usa ?
Actually that's the thread where the image is uploaded, it's on page 17 .
Regards
Richard
@richardandtracy: Oops, sorry Richard, it really seemed new to me, I couldn't remember having seen it already
Any use?

I've literally just loaded, zoomed out and added a different render present to tone down the sun.
I’m really happy to see a charaacter as well crafted as OCN Holden HD for Genesis 9, and to see Uncanny Valet again. It’s so refreshing when every aspect of a product screams NEW, new handcrafted textures, new handcrafted morphs, new handcrafted hair... and believable and different facial structures than X cheek Y brow Z jawline.
Vadim was excellent, and the Gopniks were too, they could be integrated with any character, even when dialed as females, and their textures are unmatched. It’s incredibly rare to find a set of matched Diffuse, Normal, Roughness, SSS and Specular maps. You study the texture set and the moles, the wrinkles and the creases all are there in all of the textures. The JMCs also look remarkabely realistic and even the promo quality is stunning.
This is exactly the kind of work worth supporting, and I really hope we see much more from him in the future.
