    And a different scaly pair.

Nice Dragon Will. The neutral background really makes the colors pop.

Very cool!  I'll have to save a few pennies!  :)

Awesome. And if money is an issue, just let me know and maybe we can work something out.

Ah, thanks, that's sweet.  But, I think I'm good.  Although, if you ever need a tester, keep me in mind.

@Mattymanx  Your Spanish Rose looks awesome!

I like the dragons, Will.  They turned out pretty good!

And, since I haven't shared in awhile, here's one I did last month while testing out some weapons for a new vendor.  Just a little nod to one of my favorite legends.  It was kind of fun to put it together.   I still need to work on using those Godrays effectively, but I'm getting there.

Trying out one of my own images as a backdrop. Tried it on a Plane Primitive first, didn't work; tried it on th Iray Dome, close but wrong size and didn't look right; Tried it in Environment/Backdrop, much better. Added two rocks and instanced them once and added three trees and the fox.

    @Knittingmommy

Wonderful image, inspiring. I wouldn't think you have much more to learn with the Godrays. Looks really great.

Yeah, ThePhilosopher... one area of skill I am working on is composition and lighting, to help scenes pop better.

Ah, no, but it's on my wishlist on Steam.  I was thinking more of the Sword in the Stone and King Arthur when I made it.  Just a slight nod, no anvil or anything.  Is there something similar in Skyrim?  Hopefully, it will be on sale again soon at a good price.

Thanks, guys, for the kind words on my little picture.  It was only the second time I had used those Godrays.  I was pretty pleased with them, but I'm assuming I'll get better the more I play with them.  There were very good instructions, though, which made it easy to get good results right the gate.

Yeah, the weapons in that pack are great!  Last I heard, they've been accepted by DAZ and are going through Q&A.  The vendor is Strangefate and he has a thread here if anyone wants to see the other weapons in the pack.  He does great work.

Picked up some of the V4/M4 elite skins, which are really high quality... here's the V4 Amy skin on a G2F figure.

  • Here is my first 3 renders, feel free to provide some feedback :)

I've been working on the skin color to make it lighter, but so far nothing (any tips would be greatly appareciated) :( am still new to DAZ and tring to learn myway around, my plan is to dive into Octane, but Nvidia has put a stop to it, since the folks behind Octane have to wait for CUDA 8 to be released :/

What i did like about the 2 half body shots, were the expression the model shows, unfortently DAZ crashed on me, after the 2nd image, and i forgot to back it up :P so i tried to re-create the expression in the 3rd image.

This is quite lovely. How did you do the swrily/wavey bits? They look super cool.

    Thank you!

The clouds inside were done with a monochromatic cloud texture map that I made in Photoshop.  I centered a sphere primitive inside the crystal ball, and applied the map to its opacity layer and dropped it to about .2. Tweaked the diffuse base color and turned off Thin Wall.

The supports were done by creating a path and ushing the shrinkwrap projection modifier to wrap the path against the sphere.  Then I built a simple geometry and used the curve modifer to wrap it against the path.  Then adjusted scale with ALT-S in various places to increase or decrease width.

    I learned the technique here:
