Morning all, I've searched the thread and Google and see various mentions of RKS porting characters to G9 but as far as I can see, none mentioned RKS Emee which to my eye looks very much like Emma Myers (Wednesday Addam's roomie Enid Sinclair). Apologies if this is buried in the thread somewhere - if so it hasn't made it to the main listings.
FN Kim for G9 is most likely Hugh Jackman. Not sure about Rhea though.
Margaux Hemingway would be a nice look to have. She was a notable looker of the 80s.
Just don't mess with her, that's all, cause she ain't mucking around in that last shot :-D
Her sister, Mariel would be good to have to go with Margaux too.

Pretty sure https://www.daz3d.com/v3d-lisa-hd-for-genesis-9 is modeled at least partially on 2000s-era Stephanie McMahon (from WWE Wrestling, if you're not familiar).
I agree, and I'm not even familiar with WWE wrestlers, I just looked her up and that convinced me. As for Nathan Fillion, sure. A bit on the smooth side, but certainly him.
That seems to be Jepe's style, their characters are always really smooth textured and a bit cartoonish in proportion and features, but they are clearly based on celebrities.
On the subject, its been bothering me who JP Zachary HD reminds me of. My best guess as to who he's actually modelled after would be a young Jannick Bisson. The use of victorian clothes in the promos seems to be a nod to Murdoch Mysteries, and the character is described as a "young man with Canadian roots."
However, as a hockey fan I can't look at him and not see retired NHL player Patrick Marleau... I seriously doubt that's the basis, but that's my knee-jerk reaction whenever I see the figure. So I think Jepe was aiming for Jannick Bisson and landed a bit on Patrick Marleau.

Except in the clean-shaven renders, then you can see the bottom of his face is really different.
I think the nose is different, too, but all the straight-on shots make it hard to tell its shape exactly.
Could be Amy Adams as well, at least that's what Claude said when I showed it the promo picture
Agreed, especially since “Alice” is also the title of one of Avril Lavigne’s songs, and the height is accurate once more.

HID already did an Avril Lavigne figure with HID Ariel which, IMO, looks a lot closer to her than Alice, so I feel like Alice is supposed to be someone else, unless they decided to go back and redo the character.

). They are also the same height. I wishlisted both.
