I meant in Advanced render settings. It's an easy way to cap texture resolution (as far as I understand it)

You included hte duf file that shows the issue?

In the first instance, no, but once I worked out that it would probably be required, yes I included it, along with a description of the products I was using and several images to illustrate the issue.

Technical support are also refusing to answer my questions, such as - "Do you see the problem I'm referring to in the images?" and "Is there any way to smooth it out more?"

    Terrible customer service...

Silly question: Are you rendering the image? I say that because because with all the images being rendered on rendertica of V7 with the gens, someone would have caught it by now. That would be a fairly obvious seam to catch when rendering or viewing.

Also if you're rendering in 3delight, check your shading rate as that may be the issue.

Yeah, I'm rendering them in Iray using the default RuinsHDR lighting. I agree that someone probably would've raised the issue before me if they were seeing it too... so I have no idea whats going wrong for me. Although the images on Renderotica have probably all been post-worked so you wouldn't see any seams anyway, even if they were there originally. I can't work out whats doing it though - it ends up looking like the geograft is a slightly grey-er sticker thats been stuck onto the models.

Maybe I need to raise a ticket to ask Daz technical about it... although that didn't do me much good the last time I tried that frown.

Its frustrating because I can see that the product is probably very good, but for some reason its just not rendering well for me.

I raised a ticket some weeks, month or so ago; it is being looked at, and last time I enquired, a fix is being worked on. Not sure if I included V7; I didn't bother checking the model as I don't like the texture - too suntanned. I found an issue with all that didn't come with a seperate torso texture to be used with the genital texture. I haven't tried any of the last three ish I bought as not got a need as yet, but I'll be glad when the fix is in.

    EDIT

I raised the ticket early July and queried the progress end of august.

Did you include a DUF scene file and list of content with your ticket?

Yup, quite a lot of stuff; a reply told me they could reproduce the error.
