This is almost certainly your browser being set to block certain kinds of content it considers "tracking content." I keep Firefox set on Kill when it comes to this stuff, and I had to allow a specific exception for Daz pages because of this. In Firefox click on the little shield on the URL line and it will give you some options. I don't know how to deal with it in Chrome because Chrome is not allowed on any of my systems.

Zendesk is a separate site from Daz, so there needs to be some way for Daz to validate the Zendesk sign in - that may look like tracking to the protection tool, even though it is used only by the two sites to talk to each other.

Was adding stuff to my cart, when I saw it changed to "Inactive" and the link to the product page leads to "Oops"
Looks to have been removed from the promo page too, though it will of curse [I am letting that typo stand] still be in the newsletters that had already been sent.

Unfortunately, because Aiko is in the Grab N Go, it appears that the cart automatically defaults to the $4.99 price, even if you meet the conditions of Daz+ for a Day and can buy her at $3.99
Probably not even worth filing a ticket, just kinda sloppy.

Also, I could not log in to the Zendesk/Help Center normally using the 'login' button. I did a workaround by clicking the 'PA Support' button which then allowed me to login, but I'm not a PA so I couldn't access the tickets system, but by then backing out and re-loading the zendesk support page, I was then detected as logged in and was able to access the ticket system from there. Seems to be a glitch or two at work here...
