I tried buying bundles for 2.99, for science, and it definitely doesn't work. You can use that code to get 30% off, though.
I figured I would try working the opposite angle, adding 5+ items in the $10-20 range to my cart and then entering the promo. Still doesn't work.
If one adds all the 12415 G8 items in the store in to the cart, the code must work for some of them, then it's just a matter of removing the ones it didn't work with and the ones one doesn't want

I'll be waiting for you to share the results of your 12415-items-cart investigation.

Yeah the link on the SPECIALTIES promo is definitely wrong - pretty sure they would not want to be including bundles that are over several hundred dollars for $2.99 each.
Well some months ago there was a promo for some expensive daz bundles that I bought for $7 to $13 on average.
So if they would want to do something similar for some more bundles with a flash sale it wouldn't be wrong.
But the code is not working so what they wanted to do remains a mistery.

Did you also add a new release over $1 too as that is listed as a requirement?
Well, if you don't have a new item, in theory the only penalty is that you pay $4 instead of $3 per item.
But I tried both options, first with the most expensive bundles (for science!) and then with a bunch of random Gen8 items. The code didn't work either time. My guess is that they temporarily disabled it until they can figure out which items they actually want to sell for 3 or 4 bucks.

You of little faith... The code does work.
Went to the main store page, filtered for G8 Male and Female, set the listing to show 120 items per page and used the URL trick to find where the items below $20 started.
Selected 30 items that had no discount on them and applied the Coupon - No error.
The code worked on 7 items out of randomly selected 30, amongst them were items from; Pretty3D, SF-Design, Cherubit, IH Kang, Bluejaunte and Outoftouch.
However the Daz+ store page has not been showing any products at all for sometime now. I don't know if and/or which new + products might trigger additional discounts on older + products.
Buying 2 today did trigger a get something free from a particular page of products. Thank you :-)
One thing I can recommend is to, if you have one (or can get a free one), check the same link with VPN (or switch it off for the test if you have one). My problem was different, but maybe it will help.
I've been having issues with the website too, random pages not loading: the problem persisted on two browsers on my PC, on my phone (wifi and cellular), and even on my husband's Mac. Until... he switched on the VPN. Then all the pages worked. It suggests it's an external problem, but will also be hard to replicate (it'll work for some people just because they connect from a different region/via different DNS server than you). I reported these findings to the support. We'll see what they say.
The dystopian corridor (spotlight new release) is not triggering any discount on the Medusa bundle or the Borgias opulent courtyard bundle (I haven't tried any other new releases) it is now working on the Borgias opulent courtyard bundle
This is almost certainly your browser being set to block certain kinds of content it considers "tracking content." I keep Firefox set on Kill when it comes to this stuff, and I had to allow a specific exception for Daz pages because of this. In Firefox click on the little shield on the URL line and it will give you some options. I don't know how to deal with it in Chrome because Chrome is not allowed on any of my systems.

Thats it!!
First I deactivated my add blocker - does not help
But disable enchanced tracking protection did the trick!
wich leads me to the question why is there tracking at all?

Zendesk is a separate site from Daz, so there needs to be some way for Daz to validate the Zendesk sign in - that may look like tracking to the protection tool, even though it is used only by the two sites to talk to each other.

specialties doesnt work for me either
The SPECIALTIES banner leads to a wrong page. It includes generation 4 and G2 items. That can't be right.
It's only a requirement to get them for $2.99. If you don't mind paying $3.99, then you don't need one.

The coupon code " SPECIALTIES" from the banner on the main page doesn't work, don't see any requierements other than being a D+ member
Weeeeell, maybe this can be flagged up to DAZ?
The link from the Genesis 8 Grabbag banner is being updated, if the code still doesn't work once that is done please post.

Now it works
been here since a decade. so many sales issues seem unmatched on the internet
The link works but the coupon code does not.
Do you have 5 or more items from that link in your cart from this selection: https://www.daz3d.com/perfect-items-for-your-collection?
The link worked for me ... poor CC ;-)

Oops. No, I didn't. It works now. Sorry about that.
No worries. I'm glad it works for you now :)
Sign in for the help page does not work
firefox and edge tested
https://www.daz3d.com/help seems to work here in safari on my ipad.
my bad, was talking about the help center https://bugs.daz3d.com/hc/en-us
FYI I just tried and it works for me with both firefox and edge, so it might be something local or related to your system.
Thanks for checking
hitting the sign in button on http://bugs.daz3d.com/hc/en-us leads to https://bugs.daz3d.com/hc/en-us/signin?return_to=https%3A%2F%2Fbugs.daz3d.com%2Fhc%2Fen-us for me
