    I think it would have been more suprising if the sale ended yesterday like all the promos said it would, I think i'll just wait for next month's major sale

    Dear, I don't believe that word means what you think it means...not in DazLand anyways. 

    Guess I will look on the bright side - I will have a bit of cash Thursday so maybe it'll get extended again...or there'll be another sale that maybe suits me better.

    Seeing the sale extended made me think of the time I went to see British singer-songwriter Tom Robinson in concert, and the following exchange at the end of the show:

    TR: We have to go now ...

    AUDIENCE: (disappointed) Booooo!

    TR: (leans closer to the mic, whispers) Listen. We know we're going to do an encore. You know we're going to do an encore. This is established theatrical performance. (louder) WE HAVE TO GO NOW ...

    AUDIENCE: (laughing) Boooooooo!

    It wouldn't be a DAZ sale without an "unexpected" extension.

    I'm waiting for the sale to start. "Sale" implies bargains and I haven't seen any bargains. I can see people getting excited for the Mech Spider but the other new stuff, more redundant outfits and yet even more battle blades, like we need more of those. And all overpriced. How about a realistic steam train locomotive, a realistic spacesuit, a realistic gangster car (do not post a link to the recent one which is crap), train conductor and engineer clothes, operating room, you know, stuff that hasn't been done yet? Yay for battle blades, just can't get enough of those.

    ...I'm the same when it comes to Japanese school girl uniforms.

    As to trains, I had to go to the "other store" to get a Milwaukee Road streamlined 4-4-2  Atlantic with Hiawatha passenger carriages including the "Beaver Tail" lounge car.  I also have a couple British steam locomotives along with a classic Greyhound Super Sceincruiser™ bus I purchased there as well..

    ...OK, picked three items, tried the coupon and got the "Coupon Invalid" error in the cart when I tired to apply the code. I then went back to the banner and discovered in the "fine print" for the Blink Sale, it mentions the coupon code is not valid on New Items. However when I clicked on the banner, it remained on the current store page which still includes all the new releases (three of which on my wishlist I selected).  Usually deals like theis change the selection of items to ones that are applicable.   

    The wishlist doesn't indicate which products are new releases.

    This kind of stuff is frustrating and discouraging.

    Not sure this belong in this thread, but I don't want to make a new thread for this. I just want to say that I prefer outfits w many material zones and am not fond of those w only one, and this has only one, even the sunglasses, only one, no material settings on the rings of the bikini, this one: https://www.daz3d.com/beach-party-outfit-set-for-genesis-8-and-81 . I just spent hours w making an overlay diffuse map to get the straps in a different color, make any color maps, and make a new surface zone on the main parts. Life is too short to select each tiny polygon on the rings of the bikini, without selecting the fabrics around the rings, so if I want them in gold I must either tint the any color map or have then entire straps and rings in gold. I like the design so I won't return the outfit, but I would not have bought it if I knew. I am a big fan of the artist other stuff, but to not even have the glass on the sunglasses and the metal on the bikini a seperate zone............indecision. Thought I post about it so people who are like me and love to customize things w iray shaders knows this and can better decide if they want it anyway.

    Well, that's 50% off whatever is in the cart (with standard exceptions), so 2+ Featured Artists or Additional Artists at 60% off gives a total of 80% off. Adding some Debut New to go with the Featured Artists would give even more. Good enough for me, but I'm tapped out for today...

    Wow, 1st PA sale I didn't buy any PA items on sale. Although I admit if I wasn't fixing other things I would of bought at least some of Polish's airplane/helicopter/western motel/furniture collection bundles.

    Those 80% without buy-in were pretty sweet. Got that Bang Bob hair by Linday that I've been eyeing for literally years at this point, and some other stuff.

    8 items in total, somehow managed to stop myself from going full 10.

    Maybe or maybe not. There is always a possibility of a 'we really mean it this time' extension with a final, final catchup. I wouldn't count on it but with DAZ you just never know.

    I don't think it would end this midnight (although I would be shaking my head if this is true). What to do with the PAs whose names start with the letter M, N, O... and so on?
