    MAJOR complaint!!!!!!

My temp agency switched to a new payroll company.. who then messed up paychecks for the entire company! :ahhh: :ahhh: :ahhh:

So, no paycheck today and a ton of panic in the office.. they're trying to arrange WIRING money into everyone's accounts.. I might have to survive a low-funds weekend.. might not see money until Tuesday, at the latest. :ahhh: :ahhh: And rent is due on Tuesday, so if no pay by then, look for me under a bridge! :ahhh: :ahhh:

Needless to say, I'm going to take 1/2 this paycheck and start a savings account.. $600 is two weeks worth of minimum-burn-rate living, I should have than in about 3 weeks. Then $100 a week into savings to tide me over idiocy like this! :cheese:

Whole affair has given me screaming indigestion.. just had my last miso soup.. le sigh.

Will sip coffee, render, and relax. :)

    Feh, feh, feh, today sucks!

My work also switched to a new payroll software. My check did arrive in my account on time, though I heard that some people got theirs at 8am or later (the city requires all employees to have direct deposit, so they should have gone in at midnight). BUT the web browser for sick leave or vacation time required IE9 to be able to see it. I had been cruising along with IE11 for months. Which meant that help desk had to roll back my IE. That was a mini adventure in itself. Oh, and you currently can't view Pay stubs or leave balances at home; only on city computers on city networks.

But when they rolled back my internet browser, it broke my ability to see the map in our Work order tracking browser, just as I was needing to update a major work order list. Normally not a super big deal, since I have a dedicated map program. But there was a few work orders that I could not find their address with my map. I had to look up the name of the person that called in the complaint and then do a search on property owners with that name and hoped that worked. (It did in this case).

Oh, and I've been suffering from insomnia for three nights now. I just can't get more than a couple hours of sleep. I'm so tired

I forgot it was Saturday which means the bus runs early. I left the house too late to catch the seven bus but also way too early for the eight something bus. I do not want to go back home just to miss the next bus.

Good morning! A brisk 35F, going all the way to 40F today!

Tomorrow nights low: 12F! :ahhh: :ahhh:

Paycheck sorted an savings account now holds one weeks worth of rent and will slowly grow towards a far larger safety bucket size. THEN I have for a new laptop, maybe. This one is plenty fast for music production.. maybe I'll get a small form factor box with a superfast CPU and some killer NVidia card, then just sell/buy monitor and keyboard when I move.

Have a benefit to addend tomorrow.. drummer in a friends band died of a heart attack a bit ago, this is to help his family out. Gotta support my friends friends. Sad, though.. he was just 39.. no warning.

Anyway, coffee and corned beef has time! :cheese:

Too many weather changes. I think I will hibernate until April, maybe May. HEB (grocery store) should deliver instead of my having to walk half a mile to their store.

It is too wet outside too. The mist outside makes the air chilly.

You're probably seeing what the Hindu's call Apsaras.. basically women drunk on the spirit of Shiva.. the symbology is dense and hard to explain, so I won't even try.

Another night between the dark and the light.
Addiction to feed, can't put up a fight.

Tomorrow is the memorial and benefit for Scotty, the drummer in my friend Peewee's band.. dead of a heart attack at 39, no warning, no indications.

This is to collect money and donations to get his family through, a lovely wife and a beautiful daughter. So, all content money into the bucket, because they're WAY more important than any 3D bullshit. Met him as his family a few times.. an acquaintance.. such nice people.

Getting old sucks. I though I could get out BEFORE I started caring. Oh well, focus on my music, that's where my life is going. Again. Geesh.

...here in Portland Safeway Stores has home delivery. Though not comfortable having someone else pick out my meats, fish, & veggies.

To Hell with it. One last chance for immortality!

    MUSIC OR BUST! :cheese: :cheese:

I love you all, but it's time to NUT UP or SHUT UP!

    Albummmmmmmmm or BUST :) :) :)

I f I can't make this happen, I don't deserve to exist.. I will be just another discarded shell. I can be better.. but I will be a very different snake, I need to shed my skin, and give up a past that is like an albatross..

    So be it!
