Does anyone know if the "size issue" is going to be addressed? Right now that is my biggest problem with the site. The thumbnails are just too big (along with everything else, fonts, etc), and I don't like the new sorting of information (on the product page) as it means more scrolling for the same information we use to get on one screen full with the thumbnail on the right, smaller additonal images below it, and the name, description, requirements to the right of it). Of course if the size issue is fixed, perhaps it will fix the sorting on the product pages as well.

My other major issue is not being able to load the entire page at once. I have to scroll, load, scroll, load, scroll, load. I just want to get the page, while do something else then scroll not have to keep fighting every step of the way.

I am getting the crazy deals (well if I don't already have the stuff that is in it), but that is about it. Normally I would look though my wish list and see if there was something else I would like, but right now it is too much hassle to bother.

Is there still talk about getting the wishlist icon under the product thumbnails in category pages?

I missed a wishlisted item yesterday in the V4/M4 category and was very unhappy to have missed it ...
if you put that neat little heart to the left of the add to cart button, it would make it much easier for me!
I can't open ALL product pages in a category to find out whether I had wishlisted something ... I think that would crash my Firefox.

    +1
(well, probably +100's of people.) Jon said they didn't want a lot of clutter and would look at it (in the Member's Forum when we brought it up) and there is no reason not to have a tiny heart under the image. There's plenty of room with those large images. We want wishlist on the first page so we don't have to go to the product page to do it!!!!!

Ctrl and scrollwheel to get bigger or smaller (Ctrl + 0 = back to original) - at least in Firefox ...

Oh I am well aware of the zoom ability, and I am using Firefox. However if I zoom back enough that gets the images to a decent size the text is too small to read. So zoom back, then zoom in to read, then zoom back again, scroll, zoom in, etc etc. Doesn't really make it worth all the extra size changing. Which proves my point that they are just too big and overwhelming the screen and makes the site hard to use compared to its predecessor. I don't have the time to keep doing all of that. I want to get in, have the page load in less than a minute or so, find what I want, and get out. Not spend a hour scrolling around trying to find something in my wish list (or anywhere else) or fighting trying to get the page to load because it only loads what is visible on screen so I have to scroll over it to get it to load. They should be trying to make it easier to spend money, not harder. ;)

...fix the bleedin' forums login on this site. I am sick and tired of playing Russian roulette login voodo only to be misdirected to my account page every time I try to log into the forums instead of being sent back to where I was and having to manually navigate to the post in the email link. One time I have to do this, the next time I have to do that. What do I have to do next, stand on my head and recite the bloody Gettysburg Address in Swahili while balancing a bottle of nitro glycerin on my left foot so I can be sent back to the thread I'm on in instead of the bleedin' stupid account page all the time?

This has become more than irritating.

I'm still getting the Blue Man with a tick and not being logged in to the store. Was adding add-on textures to my wishlist and saw it wasn't saying I owned the base product.

Weird stuff starting up again. I put one of the new hairs into my cart last night, decided when I logged in tonight to put it into my wishlist for later, went back to the store front page to browse a bit...

...and the hair I'd just moved from cart to wishlist was marked with the plain hollow cart icon as "already purchased". While the "hide items I own" box was ticked.

A force-reload fixed the icon display, but this is getting a bit ridiculous. How much can we trust what we see on the store pages?

Oh great, I bought a GC with the last credit on my prepay card hoping to pick up some of today's items. The order went through fine, got the code in an e-mail, went to the store to redeem it and it just hangs (pic attached - it's been like this for at least 30 mins) Looks like the gremlins are really in - going to "My Account" also fails to build properly (icons all missing) SO it looks like I won't be shopping anymore this sale...

...they need to deal with these "gremlins" first before ending the PC Anniversary sale so that people who have been unable to make purchases because of store glitches can still take advantage of it.

Or offer a nice big fat one time use coupon with no restrictions or minimum spending limit that doesn't expire until the end of December

Where are the texture templates? "Beach Volleyball Set", for one example, used to have them on the store page, but I'm not seeing them there now (or in my Product Library).

Can I highlight this question and ask it again - several pages ago and no answer yet?

Most of the products have the templates in your product library for the item, but a number of older products didn't get caught in the big update for them. We'll be updating that shortly and they will show up in the product library for the product.
I just checked this for a number of figures, HiroToon, AikoToon, and Toon Baby and none of these have made that transition. For those that need these files immediately, what is the protocol for getting them?

I have Cleared history/cache in IE and re-logged in

    Any suggestions?

What is the solution for this? Because it happens to me also!

Log out, Log in again. Cleared cache. Log out, Log in again. Any suggestions?

Just out of curiosity, are you folks who are having trouble all using Firefox? Not that it should matter, but sometimes, from a web coding perspective, you have to accommodate the idiosyncrasies of the various browsers.

Now, I'm not trying to to tell anyone at DAZ how to code their website. Heck, my web design skills are limited to moderate HTML & a bit of CSS. But maybe if there's a common thread here, it could help troubleshoot the problem.

And for the record, I'm running Chrome under Windows 7 Home 64-bit and haven't had any login issues, etc. Not to make light of anyone's frustrating experience, but I almost wish I couldn't log in. Then I wouldn't be watching my bank account diminish every couple of hours as I compulsively seek out the various combo discounts. Yeah, yeah, I know: first world problems...

Huh. No problems there, either, for me. They've got me hooked like a crackhead on this sale. I'm staring at the clock waiting for (hopefully) another 8hr promo. I'd speculate that they don't want to monkey around with my ability/desire to give the my money.

I've already had 3 orders in the last 24hrs. I think I may need an intervention.

PS No disrespect intended toward anybody actually dealing with real addiction. I don't mean to trivialize your struggles.

Just checked out and bought a gift card also, everything worked fine. When redeeming the gift card the page just ate my code (input field went blank) and didn't give any confirmation or anything, but I can see the store credit so apparently no problems.

    I'm using IE11and Chrome btw.

    Wish-lists
1). Categorization for wish lists. Just a way that I could sort things out into genre, or base figure etc.
2). Prioritization for wish lists. Jut a way that I could indicate things I *REALLY* want vs. things I have a passing interest in.
3). Wish list PUBLICATION. A link to a read only version of my wish list to share w/ people who want to buy me gifts but have no idea what to get me. (registry features wouldn't be bad either)
4). Wish list sorting by discount percentage.
5). Highlight on items that are part of a category sale (preferably with price when promo is applied, and quick link to promo details).
6). On site messaging when a wish list item goes on sale, or gets added to a promo category.

    Storefront
1). Bundles hidden when all base items in that bundle are owned and "Hide items I own" is checked.
    eg:
A). Owning http://www.daz3d.com/superhero-pro-bundle causes http://www.daz3d.com/superhero-bundle to no longer be displayed.
B). Owning http://www.daz3d.com/superhero-pro-bundle AND http://www.daz3d.com/anatomy-starter-bundle causes http://www.daz3d.com/anatomy-4-pro-bundle to no longer be displayed.
2). Add the following links in a dropdown to the header bar:
    http://www.daz3d.com/freebies
    http://www.daz3d.com/fast-grab-3d-models/
    http://www.daz3d.com/sales-promotions
3). Conditional sale items list both pre-post condition price and link back to sale condition terms.
    eg:
Item's base price is $10.00, and is 10% off with qualifying purchase. List item as $10.00, but flag it with a banner for $9.00 with link to the details of that promo.
    4). Sort by discount %.
5). User gallery integration for products, similar to Amazon's user photos where each product page will have a link to user renders tagged with those product names/SKU's (suggested tag format: "DAZ########" where "#########" is the SKU from the product library.)

    Galleries
1). Product tag integration with the store (see Storefront section #5).

    Product Library
    1). Filter by figure.
    2). Filter by artist
3). Gallery style view option (similar to current wish list view.)

Just some ideas of things I'd like to see since the inception of the new store.

You can get the same kind of itemized invoice from the order detail page, there's an "invoice" button in the "about this order" block which changes the view.
