...if the IM is ever scrapped I'll just go back to manual downloads and running the hatever last version of the IM is at in offline mode to install.
LOL...not for me it ain't ;).
Laurie
Nor for anyone else.
It`s been manual install for me since almost the begining.
Both of my rendering computers never connect to the internet.
Microsoft update over wrote my Geforce drivers once and screwed everything up, so I kept them offline since
So now I manually download to this crappy laptop, and just transfer content to the other computers.
I also like manually installing because I really cant stand using Smart Content.

I think I have figured out why the Product Library sort order is messed up, with orders overlapping the ones on either side (when sorted by Purchase Date). Long story short, the wrong purchase times are being used in its data field for the product list. Instead of using the actual time of purchase, each item is assigned a different time, incrementing one product per hour from 1970-01-01 12:00:00 AM, in the order that they appear in the Order page. So, the second product in the list gets a Purchase date of 1970-01-01 1:00:00 AM, the third 1970-01-01 2:00:00 AM, etc.
1970-01-01 12:00:00 AM -> 1st ordered item
1970-01-01 1:00:00 AM -> 2nd ordered item
1970-01-01 2:00:00 AM -> 3rd ordered item
1970-01-01 3:00:00 AM -> 4th ordered item
1970-01-01 4:00:00 AM -> 5th ordered item
1970-01-01 5:00:00 AM -> 6th ordered item
1970-01-01 6:00:00 AM -> 7th ordered item
1970-01-01 7:00:00 AM -> 8th ordered item
1970-01-01 8:00:00 AM -> 9th ordered item
1970-01-01 9:00:00 AM -> 10th ordered item
1970-01-01 10:00:00 AM -> 11th ordered item
1970-01-01 11:00:00 AM -> 12th ordered item
1970-01-01 12:00:00 PM -> 13th ordered item
1970-01-01 1:00:00 PM -> 14th ordered item
1970-01-01 2:00:00 PM -> 15th ordered item
1970-01-01 3:00:00 PM -> 16th ordered item
1970-01-01 4:00:00 PM -> 17th ordered item
1970-01-01 5:00:00 PM -> 18th ordered item
1970-01-01 6:00:00 PM -> 19th ordered item
1970-01-01 7:00:00 PM -> 20th ordered item
1970-01-01 8:00:00 PM -> 21st ordered item
1970-01-01 9:00:00 PM -> 22nd ordered item
1970-01-01 10:00:00 PM -> 23rd ordered item
1970-01-01 11:00:00 PM -> 24th ordered item
The product data is loaded into a data structure with a number of fields to hold the pertinent info like product name, SKU, purchase date, and a lot of other stuff. The Purchase date is stored as text, and when sorted, it will do a text-based sort unless the data is converted to time. So, when sorting as ASCII text, you get:
1970-01-01 10:00:00 AM -> 11th ordered item
1970-01-01 10:00:00 PM -> 23rd ordered item
1970-01-01 11:00:00 AM -> 12th ordered item
1970-01-01 11:00:00 PM -> 24th ordered item
1970-01-01 12:00:00 AM -> 1st ordered item
1970-01-01 12:00:00 PM -> 13th ordered item
1970-01-01 1:00:00 AM -> 2nd ordered item
1970-01-01 1:00:00 PM -> 14th ordered item
1970-01-01 2:00:00 AM -> 3rd ordered item
1970-01-01 2:00:00 PM -> 15th ordered item
1970-01-01 3:00:00 AM -> 4th ordered item
1970-01-01 3:00:00 PM -> 16th ordered item
1970-01-01 4:00:00 AM -> 5th ordered item
1970-01-01 4:00:00 PM -> 17th ordered item
1970-01-01 5:00:00 AM -> 6th ordered item
1970-01-01 5:00:00 PM -> 18th ordered item
1970-01-01 6:00:00 AM -> 7th ordered item
1970-01-01 6:00:00 PM -> 19th ordered item
1970-01-01 7:00:00 AM -> 8th ordered item
1970-01-01 7:00:00 PM -> 20th ordered item
1970-01-01 8:00:00 AM -> 9th ordered item
1970-01-01 8:00:00 PM -> 21st ordered item
1970-01-01 9:00:00 AM -> 10th ordered item
1970-01-01 9:00:00 PM -> 22nd ordered item
repeat the cycle:
1970-01-02 10:00:00 AM
1970-01-02 10:00:00 PM
1970-01-02 11:00:00 AM
1970-01-02 11:00:00 PM
...
etc.
This corresponds exactly to the list I get from my Product Library. Note that if you get a particular item a second time (say, in a bundle, or as a freebie, or something) the latest order is the one used, not the first. If the correct Purchase date was used, even as text, items from one order would all end up grouped together anyway, but maybe not in the exact same order.
Not that all this will help us as end users, but it does explain what is happening. Now, the web guys have to talk to the database guys to get the correct data into the appropriate field. But, I'm sure they know that already, right?
Something tells me, uh, no. LOL Did you put in a ticket? ;)
Laurie
Not to mention that to use content from other stores, Daz Central is useless.
I agree. Someone did not properly match data columns. This sounds like a very bad data import. I wonder if that's what's plagueing some of the other issues, poor data export/import routines. It would explain some of this mess.

The Now-Crowd Egyptians don't show up in neither DIM nor Daz Central. I opened a ticket for it that has confirmed it as a bug, but doesn't move since.
Tried manual download, since the product is more than 10 GB, it ran almost 24 hours, reached 100 % and failed.
I'll give it a week, then I'll return the product.
So, Daz is reinventing the flat tire?
Nope, no mails at all from Daz.
I did never get advertising mails, so I do not miss them. But not receiving any confirmation mails when buying stuff (including gift cards) is new...
Facegen Artist Pro now has manual zip file download in the Product Library - but is still unusable because once downloaded there is no serial number in my account serial number section to validate it. The program says "Your serial number is in your purchase email and your receipt." but it isn't there either.
That is because the sender of the mails is now the same as the sender of the advertising mails. You will have to contact Support (good luck) to get those emails again.
DIM "Ready to Download" is suddenly blank.
Broken link on order confirmation page
The 'Go to My Downloadable Products' link on the order confirmation page (circled in red on the screenshot below) went to the Error 404 Oops chamelon page for my last three orders. The items are in my product library, so it's just the link that's bad.
(That's an outstanding problem from another thread that's been closed - Products bought since mid-November not appearing in my Product Library )
Ah, seeing the above screenshot... The new store seems to say "Your order contains some products that are not currently available through DAZ Install Manager" after every single purchase. Even ones where there was nothing special in the order.
Thanks for get it confirmed, Richard.
I only use DIM to download my purchases and sporadically Product Library - when downloads works there.
dForce Nautica The Wrath won't download in DIM. I had a 255mbps download speed and everything else zipped right along.
I couldn't really find this, but is there a known issue with credit cards? I've been using mine for platinum club+ but now got a mail saying that my recurring payment didn't work and them thanking me for being part of the club. But I really want to stay in platinum club. I thought it might have something to do with the expiration date of my card (which expires at the end of this year), so I removed from the list, but now I can't add the new card.
I'm sorry if this was already posted before, I've also made a support ticket for this.
This sounds like something you're going to have to open a ticket on, since it's related to your account. I hated typing that since Support is way behind which frustrates the customers.
Is it temporary or should I submit a ticket as soon as possible?
HTTP 400 Oops for https://www.daz3d.com/platinum-club-monthly
Just an Update from me. Still nothing on Interactive Licenses in Over a month.
1) Product Library not fixed for Bundle Packages (By this I mean if you buy the bundle interactive License all items in the bundle should be marked as Interactive and are not)
2) Order History and emailed Order Confirmation. Still have no idea what I bought yesterday (see images)
Just to clarify what is missing, the third image shows my Order Confirmation pre update (all old Order Histories that were correct were wiped when migrated)

I have had a support request in since Friday morning.
I bought this item because I want to use it for a project NOW.
This is a "premium" product (list price $139) - but totally unusable without a serial number.
The Zip file download fails everytime for Fairytale Furniture Product Sku: 70463
