    Some magic has happened behind the scenes, so I was able to download all my recent purchases from DIM.

    Food Shaders appeared in DIM FINALLY and I downloaded all 10. I did them one at a time.

    Shimmery Airy Fabric Iray Shaders  still will not download. 

    @richardhaseltine   I don't feel we're being dismissed, not at all.  But I DON'T think people who don't use the forums would come HERE to discuss what's wrong. They're not in a forum mindset, they would be in a "contact Customer Service" mindset. They have no way of knowing moderators take care of store issues.  These are the FORUMS, aka chit-chat. Why would they come here? Their first thought would most likely be contact Customer Service.   Hence, that's why Customer Service is flooded out to six weeks. Hopefully they are just worst-casing that. 

    You, Cris, and the other mods are doing a bang-up job. The others, nope. They need to have a dedicated thread, just them, none of us posting- with daily updates on what they are doing. Even if it's not fixed, what the heck are they working on?

    Daz started doing that in the BLOG and then quit on November 10 - nothing from them about the update in the BLOG since then. We are left to wonder.

    I've just been hit with the "no email after a purchase" tonight - included a gift card. No email for the order, and no "congratulations, you've been sent a gift from" email. Luckily the order history now has the gift card code and it redeemed properly.

    I did not receive any confirmation emails since they changed the store...

    Odd thing: New items appear in the store for only a brief moment, then disappear. If I refresh with F5 they appear again - then vanish.

    Are you using the browser addon? Try disabling the hide items feature, if you do.

    Well, unable to fix the store renewal of my PC+ subscription, my account is now cancelled.

    Is anyone still waiting for their gift card from the day the store changed ? I mean the help desk initially  replied to my request but the last reply I got (that said I should be able to access the code from my account/orders) didn't work and it was almost two weeks ago.

    Did you try the "put it in your cart and send it to the wishlist from there" workaround?

    Refresh the page a couple times while keeping an eye on the top right until it recognizes you're logged in, then wishlist it.

    Some extra info for this one,, I clicked the link provided and added the item to my wish list, which failed with the error "You must login to add items to your wishlist."

    I then opened a new tab on the store's main page and tried 2 putting random items in my wishlist, one failed, the other did not. I tried to add several ramdom items  They all worked except the one above and this one,, https://www.daz3d.com/crew-for-genesis-8-male Hopefully somebody on the web team can find a common denominator in these 2 items.

    Today I bought some Interactive Licenses for some bundles I own and for those all items in the bundles have the Interactive License status BUT for bundles for which I bought the Interactive License in the past couple of months it still shows Standard Licences for the items they contain and when opening the product page it would still allow me to buy an Interactive License although for the bundle license itself it shows Interactive License correctly.

    Also even today still all receipts just show Interactive Licenze DAZINT and that's it. Before the online shop servers/website upgrade it was correctly showing "Interactive License for xxxxxx" with the x being the product name.

    Honestly, I am quite fed up. If such a thing happens every once in a while - okay, not good, but acceptable. But almost EVERY SINGLE DAY? This is not funny anymore. I know, this is not a store issue. More likely a messed up QC and a management that is not really taking their customers seriously. Where other companies try to make (online) shopping more fun, DAZ is trying to make it a nightmare.

    Maybe I am dense. I just don't understand how DAZ could implement a defective app. Is someone a bad programmer?! The problem has existed for a month? Does DAZ need better troubleshooters?!

    The link to the template file for https://www.daz3d.com/x-fashion-sexy-sweet-lingerie-for-genesis-8-females has been broken for at least two months now.  The Daz website responds with "Auth invalid" anytime a request for the file is made.

    I first reported this to Daz on October 4th, and Daz responded that they were already aware, and it had previously been reported to their "QA Team".

    Tomorrow is the first of December.

    Is this ever going to be fixed?

    Hmmm... now 70 pages of posts.  Being sequestered at home and having exhausted watchable TV and bored with my music.  I've put my feet on the computer desk, leaned back in my chair, set a big glass of eggnog and a bottle of Amaretto nearby and am reading the entertaining posts in this thread.  Yay for switching store software. devil
