  • Please answer my question: does the giftcard code emails come from the same adress and through the same system as the confirmation emails? As I said before: I have made three orders over the last few days, haven't had time to shop today yet, and I didn't get a single email, I haven't unsubsribed to the newsletter, I get all newslettters and subscribtion emails from the forums. Nothing in my spam folder in my mail and in my mail client. So I need desparately to know if the emails for conf emails and giftcard code comes from the same system and from the same adress, if so then I won't get any giftcard code either. I have 17 dollars left in store credit (witch shows the correct balance, but below that it shows the wrong amount balance before and after purachase) so I can make a small order today but after that I need to buy a giftcard! This shouldn't be a difficult question to answer, Please answer me sad.    

     

    And this: https://www.daz3d.com/ancient-ruins which I bought yesterday can't be downloaded either throught dim or manually, I wan't what I bought, Please fix the link. Do I need to open a ticket about it or is it enough to write about it here? I wrote the same thing in the sales thread also as I asked this yesterday there twice with no reply at all sad

    I don't know the answer.

    I would say, purchase a GC.. if it doesn't appear.. file a ticket... the same for the misisng download.

    I would say, purchase a GC.. if it doesn't appear.. file a ticket... the same for the misisng download.

    Im am being charged $4.45 tax for the "SPECIAL-GIFT" free starter bundle...

    So I pushed through the sale to see what would happen and it went through like it was free, no payment selection or anything. The order showed a final price of 4.45 in my account. I checked my cc account details and nothing seemed to be charged.

    Maybe it can still download as long as there are products on the Downloads tab, so if you haven't done a refresh it might work.  So you better not try to refresh until you have downloaded what you want.

    ..the issue I'm having (been going onfor awhile even before the store update) has been downloads failures (now up to 11 products that refuse to download). Posted about that in the DIM sticky.

    It's strange how different people have different problems all the time.

    I think my dream right now is to be able to download all of the stuff I bought this week in DIM before the weekend starts :P

    Cart using Specialer-Gift is charging tax on the whole cart total instead of the actual cart total.

    Reported the $5 DO Interactive License not working if the licenses purchased alone, reported the extra 10/20% on DOs from Pardon Our Dust not working.

    Adding an Interactive License to any already owned products doesn't bring the discount to the cart. So a DAZ Original gets $50 in the cart instead of $5 as it should be. I hope it is going to get fixed soon.

    I imagine that is the same issue as the tax on freebies.

    Thanks for stopping the automatic saving of card info, but the "save card" box is ticked by default, and that is one more unnecessary step that people who don't want to save their info will have to do. Opt out should be default, not opt in. Please change it.

    Those of us who opt out of having our card information stored on the site need to be aware that this is not working.  My card information was stored despite opting out.  There is no way in my account page to remove the card.  I did put in a trouble ticket yesterday and amended it a few minutes ago when I was able to make a purchase with the stored card info.  Seems like a pretty serious flaw in the checkout process when the opt out feature doesn't work.  I'm hoping that this will REALLY be fixed soon. :(

    Another minor-ish point, but they took away the ability to REMOVE a coupon from the cart page - once applied, it seems to be stuck there.

    Why do I care? Well at one time it used to be that if you cleared the cart with a coupon active you then "lost" that coupon forever. Maybe this was fixed, but I'm scared to try.

    Delete the text and click Apply - it will complain that the coupon is not valid (duh) but it will clear the previous one.

    I noticed that. Just delete the text, then apply the now-empty coupon code. It will come back saying the coupon is invalid as usually happens when it's not valid. "Coupon? What coupon? There's no coupon."

    For the order above since the item was free I was actually charged no tax even though it shows that. That is the 'SPECIAL-GIFT' coupon.

    The opposite problem occurs with the 'SPECIALER-GIFT' coupon. The item becomes free but the two new items I bought have no tax charged in the cart and the tax is not added when I check out either.

    Code SPECIAL-GIFT is not working for me at all - getting a coupon code invalid message with just Gianni 7 Starter Bundle in cart. Could this be because the coupon only works for full price ie not PC prices?

    The bundle shows as $50.37 in cart for me rather than $89.95
