    For those who are sad they missed this: consider that companies *can* go bankrupt over bugs like these. And would you really want to see Daz taken over by some major corporation like Disney? That would be really bad for this market, probably the end of new affordable rendering resources and software, be it for work or hobby, in the very near future.

     

    I really hope the new store software kicks in soon, there's several things that could cost Daz a lot of income with the current software. Things which should be fixed with new software.

     

    Is the problem the store software or the person who deploys the sales to the store?

    If it is a software issue then they could try the sales on a "development server" before releasing them to the "production server" to be sure.

    Some of the 2.99 I've put in my card earlier are now gone from the Darktober page. Is that a bug?

    So, will for example Labyrinth of Knossos Bundle and Roman Doric Ornamental Temple Kit return as 2.99 items?

    We're almost done fixing. Looks like the wrong list of items was in the 2.99 section which led to the problems we were seeing.

    I'm still seeing those two in the $2.99 carousel. 

    And 5 hours later, the 2.99 items are still not working.

    1. BYOBs combining: The first weekend they were separated, but Jack posted they were intended to combine for the weekend. Last weekend, they did combine, but not this weekend. Guess the rules weren't reset for this weekend. No big deal it it isn't fixed. Everything I was going to buy is Cool But Nonessential for me.

    2. Everything $0. Yes I noticed. No I didn't take advantage.

    Which ones? Did you hard refresh? I've been testing and they're working.

    Ok, now I'm seeing a different selection of items in the $2.99 section. 

    Cart is being dumped and not shopping tonight - they were PC for a day @ $1.99 recently - if I didn't buy them at $1.99, I'm certainly not buying them at $2.99. 

    This store is an absolute joke.

    And I'm just adding here, those stupid carousel don't working properly on ipads (and probably phones). Not having a sale category page to go to instead of the carousel, is annoying as get out.

    It's working on the iPhone 11 for me. I'll have to try it on my iPad Pro.

    The entire category has been replaced, looks like previous Plat for a Day stuff.  That makes me very unhappy; there were some things I really wanted.

    Is it just me, or are Daz sales getting too complex?

    Cart prices are all over the road, and the sales are not quite right.

    Yep, the 2,99 is now old PC+ for a day-stuff. Got already everything I wanted. So thank you, but no.

    HM's bundle is wishlisted for now. May be welcomed for christmas with a better discount in 2 months. Or DAZ decides to throw in another special discount on 3-5 new releases. Then it will be definitely on the list ;-)

    And the 0$ glitch? Was not online then. Not sure if I could have resisted. Guess nobody will get broke and hope PAs will get there share anyhow. And seeing how much stuff goes PC+ for a day which I purchased upon release makes me think that the regular margin is not all that bad.

    I have similar problems on my Kindle Fire tablet, which uses a variant Android OS. 

    Even on my laptop I prefer a linked page for the included items since they easier for me to look through & I can use Daz Deals to select for Wishlisted.

    From now on I will screen shot the prices time etc, and contact CS and hope they will honor the prices that are advertised.

    I'd like to see Daz get their act together and have sales that work, I would like to be able to shop here confidently and I would like to see an end to PAs guilt triping customers.

    Previously reported, but not fixed: Building a bundle using items from both BYOB 5 and BYOB 6 isn't working. BYOB 3 and BYOB 4 were mix-and-match last weekend for the catch-up, and that was deliberate (not a bug) according to comments in the PC+ forum, so... ?

    So, can we assume that the 2.99 items that were originally present at turnover will not be coming back?  And is $44 really the price of the Kherington bundle?  I would like to check out, please, lol.

    LOL, I thought I'd leave it a few hours then check the prices in my cart... all the $2.99 items are showing full price - as good as they undoubtedly are, not gonna pay $285 for them.

    Oh, i see what the problem is - all the items I put in my cart are not in the $2.99 carousel anymore - been swapped with a bunch of V4 items... time to clear my cart and start again, LOL.
