Trying to lodge my Emperor in a sci-fi building...

So I am trying to lodge my emperor in a sci-fi building, but I didn't find much in my library that could do. That's when I suddenly got this idea... Your thoughts?

What's this for?
Context?
Style of sci-fi?
Off the head, this looks industrial and not very Emperor's Palace-like.
With more and better details, I'm sure you'll get some nice suggestions.
Story: the ancient capital has been the victim of a structural attack. While people have been teleported by the defense systems in place, the city is totally grounded. They are relodged just a bit away from the capital, in a town that has a complete set of defense systems and construction measures against structural attacks. However, that town has been built in the modern style (sci-fi style) so the building looks very different than the ancient ones.
My aim is to find something in my runtime that can fit to look like an imperial palace while being a sci-fi building. Preferably, given that the scene is very, very, very wide, something made with either greeble or dystopia blocks, as I have the
Have you looked at Stonemason catalogue

For an interior, Sun Hall may be a bit more space opera than sci-fi (due to the art deco style), but it has the scale, and if you are using Iray, you can revamp it with shaders.
Looks more like a factory than the residence of an emperor (or a place they hold official meetings). Its disjointed structure just screams "function over form". The front entrance is almost hidden in the structure and you have all those side access points open from the front that look to be for deliveries with no thought given to presentation.
@chohole: Yes, I have those!
I have all of the greebles blocks, and all of the dystopia blocks, as well as most of what comes from stonemason's shop... I'm short of some items... but that's only a budget problem which I intend to take care of soon.
@xyer0 I, unfortunately, don't have the Sun Hall, put it on my wish list through. It's indoor too, and I'm looking for an outdoor scene.
@Ascania, thanks for your feedback too. I'll check to see if I can find a block that looks more like a castle then.
Maybe kit bash this. Can't get much cheaper than this.

And it has an Add-on.

@Griffin Avid: Hum... not very sci-fi :/
With your suggestion in mind, I have tried something: (shape not pimped yet)
I meant to mix the pieces together. Modern structures and the castle bits, but that looks good.
Check out Shantara City https://www.daz3d.com/shantara-city (part fantasy part sci fi). Plus Magix 101 https://www.daz3d.com/magix-101 makes matching Zeppelins https://www.daz3d.com/air-worlds
@markCCTx sorry, but I can't add anything to my collection right now, I'm just too tight financially. I'm keeping it in my mind through. It's definitely something that could help if I had the means.
do you have an inspiration in mind?
from a movie?
i think the atlantida temple props and stuff would make a colorful emperor's digs
Unfortunately, I don't have much inspiration.
I'm trying to think of something.
I used this one occasionally when I wanted futuristic monumental architecture, it's free: https://sharecg.com/v/48232/browse/11/Poser/Caprina-Solarium https://sharecg.com/v/48477/gallery/11/Poser/Caprina-Solarium-Back-Wall
It's designed with poser in mind, so the textures would need some adjustment, and it might be difficult to install and find if you are not used to using Poser assets in daz. (Basically, poser assets install to an area of your content library called the runtime, and the user-facing files for this particular asset would be under runtime/libraries/props).
You could also try dressing up the candidates you've already built, with a little monumental sculpture: dress G8M in sci-fi armor, put a weapon in his hand, pose him like he's saluting the emperor, scale up to 2000% or so, throw metal shaders on everything, including G8M, and you have a statue that will make almost any futuristic structure look more imperialistic.
the Dune emperor shaddam had a big chair kinda aztec looking
the star was emperor.
Chronicles of Riddick
stargate throne room
floating flower beds would lighten up the ambience
Do you happen to have https://www.daz3d.com/old-japanese-temple? Or something like that? With shaders you might bring it to a more Sci-Fi feeling. Have you looked at PC+ items? There are some interesting sets that were made very long ago that might work and are super inexpensive. There is one that I can't remember that I have, driving me nuts now. Walls, that you can form into whatever you need.
If it were me, I'd start with a search on 'deco' and adapt the results to tech (emissives and so on).
Wow, this forum really has a ton of really creative people! I'm working on something that has the idea that everyone has given. I hope that I am on the right track this time around. There's a lot of surfaces that I am reworking, so I'll put an update a little later on.
I am really grateful for all of your ideas, I've kept the "interiors" ideas for the future scenes of my book.
Thank you very much, everyone, for being so nice!
