There has definitely been a greater degree of ad recycling, but that's understandable. If it follows the pattern of most businesses, there are almost certainly far more newbies coming in than old-timers who've actually had the time to buyout a significant portion of the catalog. I get that, and understand why DAZ would chose to focus its advertising on that group.
On the other hand, the increasing lack of clarity, poor English and misleading phrasing in ads and other promotional text, promotions that abruptly change parameters without warning halfway through a day, and other store-based errors attributable to a lack of suffiecient pre-testing and text editing is more concerning. Especially snce many reported propblems are no longer being fixed at all while the promotions containing them continue to run for days or even weeks, and the general default attitude seems to have increasingly become "let customer service handle it", thereby putting the onus on the customer's ability to spot the errors in the first place, their willingness to endure the help ticket submission gulag, and their financial ability to cover the difference in costs in the meantime.

If anyone hasn't taken advantage of the free hdri offer, those combine with today's discounts on the breeds. I checked it out of curiosity. Wish I had waited.
I'm now a half year on DAZ. So when is the next big "real" sale going to happen? The actual offer are *meh*.
We have memories of "March Madness" sales ;-)
March Madness but that hasn't been as good as the PC sale or Christmas lately. Usually around 50-60% off products.
If you mean a big sale event which lasts for weeks like the PA or PC sale, then the next annual one is March Madness (which will be, as you can imagine, in March).
Although it has been known to stretch an extra few days either (or both) ways, into late February or early April.
I'm probably waiting for something like March Madness, then. PC Sale was awesome! Better than Christmas, I think. I did not capitalize nearly enough on that. But as the thread name says... "There's always another sale!"
When I first started buying at Daz3d, there were three "event" sales: March Madness, PA Festival (September) and PC Anniversary (October). Even then, the various sales during December were really good, but a few years back, Daz3d had a holiday rewards offer that went the full month. They've modified the discount that goes with it, but the Holiday Rewards has become the fourth event sale.
After three solid months of back-to-back event sales, getting back to normal isn't easy.
Same items in PC+ for a Day again. Guess I'm returning more items to qulifiy for the discounts. Oh, and yet another super-discounted Pro Bundle sale... I'm beginning to suspect that DAZ's marketing department may have died when the building was swallowed in a customer service ticket induced sinkhole and have now been resureected as mindless zombies.
I wouldn't mind another pro bundle sale except that the cutoff date for qualifying bundles was moved earlier, not later, so there are even fewer bundles I might be interested in this time.
I'm starting to think Daz wants to spite us.
This is the third day for pc items for a day.
More than this, a new discount offer related to buying those items....

Even though the pro bundle sale is limited to 2 items, The offer can be used more than once.
Just bought 5 bundles fo $20 each
I already have all Gen 8 Pro Bundles from that offer I was interested in. So I save those who are left up for the next "Buy the all new [Place name here] 8 Pro Bundle and get another Pro Bundle for free". I don't want to run out of available Pro Bundles until then. :D
In between there are some good sale events as well ... I remember one of the best sales this year was the build your own flash sale with items all over the store eligible. You could combine it with other discounts and end up with 85% off or something. This was outside the major sale events.
Just as an FYI for PC+ users, the DZFire Flash Sale works with the new PC+ item for Tengu Mokushiroku: Eternal. With it in the cart, you can get the two required products for it down to 88% off if you find a third DZFire item you want.
Wowsie... that's a tad bit more than I paid for the cyborg just yesterday, and could not buy the tengu one because both of them ended up too expensive (together with the pc+ item I bought). Dont' think I can be bothered with a ticket though, and it would feel wrong to DZFire to do that too. Still, it makes one wonder how the hell Daz thinks these days *Sighs*
Or just lazy. Half the problems as of late are more likely to be the result of rampant cut and pasting without any look at context than anything else.

Because the 6 off 18 coupon is for PA items and these are Daz originals.
Incorrect. The six off 18 (SAVE6) coupon also normally works on non-new DAZ Originals. Maybe in this case it has been excluded because of the already low sale price (similar to excluding its use onFast Grab items)
Either way, since the promotion is exclusively targeted at PC+ members, who ALL, obviously, get that coupon, and there isn't a specific disclaimer that PC+ coupons don't work, the coupons really should.be valid. I already have all of the bundles, but if you submit a customer service ticket along with a screen grab of the promotion, I don't see how they could not agree to apply it after the fact. It mIght take a while though, given that I'm still waiting on a ticket from last year to clear...
