    The issue is with CloudFlare. The website is updated and then CloudFlare updates their servers with the new information. When you access the sales pages, product pages, catalogs, etc., you're actually being served the information from a CloudFlare server physically near you. I'm not sure what Daz has to do when the CF servers get it wrong, but there must be something to give those servers a vitual kick.

    It is relevant. It takes time for the information to propogate over all the servers. I've seen the changes in as little as 15 minutes, but it varies every night. The more sweeping the changes, the longer it can take. When there isn't an event sale, the changes each night affect significantly fewer products, and it takes a lot less time.

    No other site I shop at, for 3D or physical products, has the kind of daily promotions that Daz does. I honestly can't say that those sites wouldn't run into the same issues if they had a daily changeover at midnight.

    I ordered Frida Character, Clothing and Hair Bundle

    The hair did not show up in DIM. (Character and Clothing did..and store shows I own it.

     

    edit: Firefox flaw..doubled the copy 'link text'. Been over a year like that.

    If it is cloudflare, they need a better option than that. None the less, it doesn't excuse all the other persistent errors, maths messups etc that are inherrent in the cart software. Imagine Amazon telling its customers to wait for their site to settle down. They would be in all sorts of trouble.

    Various Age Bob Hair for Genesis 3 and 8 Female(s) files missing in download

    only templates files in download.

    Rest of the files are missing, hair model, textures etc.

    Reported error to tech support, filled a  ticket.

    Are the platinum club plus "GET AN EXTRA 60% OFF THESE WEEKLY ITEMS" supposed to take an additional 60% off when in cart? The strappy swimsuit and Walls aplenty are reducing by 60% and then 30% but the Aslan Court ones aren't reducing at all.

    Aslan is discounting for me. Make sure you are logged in properly or try another browser, clear cache. You can also put in a ticket.

    Edit: I don't find a strappy swimsuit or walls aplenty among the item selection for that category.

I've tried unhiding what I have, but there's no listing in the Artist drop down box. On the main page there is an asterisk saying 'Usable only once', but there doesn't appear to be a coupon. Perhaps one can only make one selection.

    Aave was removed, but it hasn't changed over and the cache can't be flushed till Daz gets in later.

    the aave nainen products has been corrected, or the whatever is "usable only once" has been corrected? Not sure whether to check out or not - is there supposed to be a coupon there?

    ah ok thanks. I'm still seeing the "aive nainen" on the 70% off sale section. I was curious what the * Usable once per customer. Cannot be used to buy an item already owned at a lower price. meant as it usually is for a coupon, and as I already own M8 and V8 I'm missing out on that extra sale, so thought maybe the coupon was in place of it.

    All that is is making excuses and putting things off it really needs to be fixed. Rendo  have daily promotions and a change over time but I have never seen the problems like here there. Telling people to just be patient it will settle down soon is silly while that is being done people are going to be leaving and spending there money elswhere. Daz really need to understand that it needs to be fixed defending them and making excuses will not do them any good in the long run.

    The new Pro bundle is listed on the very last page of the sales page if sorted by new arrivals, as if it were released over a decade ago.

    Probably bugged.   "PLUS get an EXTRA 30% OFF* Today's PC+ Category Items" does not work on the pro bundles.

    I have 4  RYNNE 8 Add-ons and Rynne 8 Pro Bundle in the cart and no bonus for any G7 bundles.
