    ...wow, did some experimentation in the cart and even with a background in discrete mathematics to include Number Theory, Abstract (matrix) Algebra, Set Theory, Discrete Probability and Game Theory, I still can't quite figure out Daz calculates these discounts when different placing categories of items in the cart, with the Bridget bundle, following the instructions on the MM page.

    1. Everyone who purchased the Bridget Bundle during the first couple of days should get the same extra 20% off and extra 40% that everyone got today and the days since release. They could give us a special banner and link to those pages specifically for early buyers.This would include getting more bang for our buck for the $50 Daz Originals which are now cheaper for late buyers.

    2. Keep Bundle deals the same throuhout the sale so early buyers are not getting worse deals than later buyers.

    3. Add new 70% off deals daily for those who already own the old products.

    4. Others feel free to add here...

    We appreciate any help the mods can do. We know it's not your fault, but Daz needs to be aware of all the disgruntled customers and they may lose more money when people return purchases and start shopping elsewhere...

    I'm not getting an extra 20% off today on the Bridget 8 bundle..am I supposed to? Its the exact same price, as is everything, that I had in my cart on day 1

    The extra 20% was there on day 1, too, so it should be the same.

    Was it? In any case all the items you can choose from have changed and the prices on Daz O's are better. Someone said they returned everything they purchased on the first day of release and re-purchased it and got a much better deal plus extra discounts on today's catch-up sale. I know I would have saved money on my earlier purchases and bought more today if I had today's deal then... For now, an empty cart until things improve... I might be done with this whole sale unless things are changed and drastically improved.

    Yes, it was there, it's still showing on the Bridget 8 promo page. In fact, it was a couple dollars cheaper on day 1, according to the purchase confirmation email--although I think I used a coupon so that calculation is probably a bit off.

    Well that promo works with any new release. For me, adding a new PC+ item dropped the price of my cart by almost $10 USD. :)

    It does say "new" not "Newly Mad." I made that mistake the first time I read it.

    But I've already gotten the new models I was interested in, except for the tulips. They do look nice, but I just bought a flower set and I have a bunch of the Lisa's Botanicals flowers that will probably look just as good once I add the Iray Base shader.

    As a PC+ Member, but without a "Key" product, I paid $2.13 for the tulips. (I'm a sucker for any plants by Martin J Frost. IMO, one can never have too many 3d flower products.)

    Depending on what you want from the Platinummy sale, you could save more than enough to justify the Tulips. Although it may not be an issue for you, the Tulips are also a new release and you'll continue to qualify for the 70% discount for the next three days. Just sayin'…

Yesterday I'd actually had the tulips in my cart along with the Platinummy items I wanted but didn't get the 70%--and didn't realize it should be 70% off, because I didn't see your reply until now.  :( I just tried with a couple of random Platinummys and it works. Oh, well. If there are new Platinummys tomorrow and it's still good I will get them then. Because I also love flowers.

Also, the Tulips are no longer included in the 70% off section. Today, the only item is the Bridget 8 HD Addon.

    Yeah, any utility that makes work easier or let's me do somethintg that I couldn't do before is always going to be on my list, but I've got to start watching the environments as well, as I have so much duplication that I don't even remember what's in what.  The problem is that when I'm gobbling down content in big lots during the sales to get the maximum discounts, I rarely have time to actually open up everything and really find out what it's capable of.   As an example, a few months ago some of us were commenting in a thread about how we wished that someone would model an ocean-based industrial cargo dock suitable for the multiple mega-yachts and big ships we'd picked up, as the closest thing out there was a river dock ... and then a couple of days ago I realized that not only has someone made one, but I've actually already owned it since MM two years ago... it's part of PW PRoductions Airprt Island set https://www.daz3d.com/airport-island-airport ; I just didn't think of it because it's just one of the four airports I own, and the others are all just airports...

I also put the 2 items I purchased with the purple banner discount in the same cart and the cost of those products are less as well

    Well, it is a bit annoying; but what I did was to repurchase everything I had in my original order for Bridgette 8 Pro. I found I could now get three more items for my $50 worth of DO's for free; so I added those And I also added a couple of other items I wanted that I could now get at a better discount for purchasing Bridgette 8 Pro now instead of earlier. Since I was lucky enough to have enough available credit I went ahead and placed the order and requested a refund of the original order

    I went the support ticket route - recreating the cart and showing that the prices are less today and I was able to fit another free DO in the $50 set.

    I finally caved and bought Bridget. It was the inclusion of the gorgeous morphs as a qualifier and the long curly hair in the related items that did it.

    Grr, I rather want the Skin Builder.  I bought Bridget a few days ago.  Had I waited until today I could have gotten her... and the big discount on Skin Builder.

    @ Kyoto Kid: "Consumer Math" is one name for a high school math course for students who aren't ready for higher math, or don't want to take it, but still need math credits to graduate. I don't know if it is still offered, since US graduation requirements now include Algebra at a minimum.

    waited a day too long and now lost the Bridgette HD morph at 70% off and the tulips.. i haven't bought a new release in 3 days I guess. its always something. Do i want to spend the cash or not is the problem. i actually decided not to buy anything, but then today I'm like I really need to buy this stuff.. I'm sitting on it again until my mind makes itself up.

    If you haven't already, you could pick up Solaris Corridor first. Its a PC+ item and a Still Mad item as well, qualifying you for the bonus buyer. It's less ideal, but it still cuts down on that Bridget 8 HD cost more than a little./p>

    I made a purchase yesterday and don't see the extra 70% off on the HD add-on either, seems to be broken.

    Well, we're rolling into the third week of MM and things don't seem to be improving yet, but there have been years in the past when DAZ has pulled a fizzling sale out of the fire by making radical revisons.  Here's hoping....

    The way things have been going, it wouldn't surprise me if they had the daylight savings time settings wrong.
