Just a heads up, when I installed this character https://www.daz3d.com/fwsa-ryker-hd-for-genesis-8-male his character preset duf tried to overwrite the one for https://www.daz3d.com/ryker-hd-for-vladimir-8 since they have the same name. Just a heads up for anyone who may have both characters. I'm going to submit a ticket so hopefully this gets corrected.

Edit: I am referring to zombietaggerung's problem of FWSA Ryker overwriting the Vladimir Ryker.
I don't have this problem. Both show up properly for me in Smart Content (both in Files and Products). I installed with Daz Connect.
Edit again: But all of FWSA Ryker's 3Delight materials are incorrectly categorized as Iray materials as well as 3Delight materials. I will submit a help request.
I accidentally deleted the purple banner. How do i get it back?

Thank you, Chohole. I checked them and found the message, so I think it will be ok. It just doesn't appear as a purple banner, but I think this is not necessary to get the discount.
In my product library the https://www.daz3d.com/fluidos-companion seems to have no download options at all...
Perhaps this is only a problem for people who manually install as I do. Maybe DIM and Connect don't do that.
It's DIM only, the PA was going to talk to Daz about the lack of any actual direct download for those with DIM on an off-line machine.
Okay. Yeah, and a Download/install with DIM link would have been nice, because now it looks like an error. But I'll go dust off my DIM
I paid for a gift card yesterday at 6pm and still have not received the email. PayPal and my bank took the money out of my account and I sent a ticket to sales with a screenshot. Is there any way to expedite a response on these things because I want to purchase things in today’s sale and usually CS takes several days to respond...
Edited to say this was resolved. But I found the response was a bit blunt and could have been a little nicer with an apology. (See screenshot of convo.) I don’t think I was rude in my request. I payed for the gift card at 6:15 pm PT yesterday and I got the code around noon today after a ticket which is not a bad response time for them (maybe a mod helped me out after this post, not sure...) but it was a huge pain for me and it would have been nice to get even a cut-and-paste apology. I must say that CS used to be great, on the ball and friendly and this seems to have declined in the last eight months or so...
Perhaps Amy wanted to get you the code as quickly as possible. I know I've been succinct at times when I'd rather have been wordy, (I think "wordy" is in my DNA,) because of looming deadlines and a desire to help someone before the cutoff.
However, considering this is an ongoing problem, it wouldn't hurt to have a canned response handy, complete with an apology for the inconvenience. I suspect Customer Service has just been overwhelmed since Daz started including so many free items as incentives to buy base figures, (and for other promos, too,) with the occasional store glitches that charge folks for those freebies!.

Not knocking Amy simply saying maybe Daz should make Jamie a mentor for others.
And now the store appears to be having a serious fit. The Loyalty catch-up and Fast Grab parts of the www.daz3d.com/shop banner are both throwing Magento "there has been an error processing your request" pages.
Magento has cleared up on my end.
Many of the Featured Artists pages are throwing Magento errors: from Arien to P3Design (inclusive).
Update: the Magento errors are coming and going randomly, but mostly affecting the middle half of the list of artists.
Just cleared up here, as well.
Give it a bit more time to completely work out the hamsters. I read elsewhere they seem to be suffering from too much spiked spiced egg nog. Very sorry for any inconvenience. Please be patient while we give the drunken hamsters some coffee
Well. now the artist pages are working, but now everything in my cart has more than doubled in price.
I'll check back later, but I'm really sick of the never ending problems with the Daz store. I mean, where else do you find a shop (physical or online) where the prices are messed up 365 days of the year?
Something just happened in the shop. Everything is now full price.
Check your cart, it's showing full price on the item pages, but looks correct in the cart for me

Nah. My cart prices are discounted but they have also changed from what they were a couple hours earlier.
Yeah, rechecking my math looks like I was off. If they don't get this fixed, looks like I won't be making a purchase tonight

Ok, looks like the store is settling back down. Items are now showing the 40% they should on the page, but my cart hasn't changed. Roughly what percentage should stuff be with the 30% loyalty and requesite new items in the cart?
